My name is Lindsay and my dream has always been to see my idol Justin Bieber in concert, and well it finally happened. On December 1st, it was Justin’s concert here in Toronto. Sadly, my friends and I had no tickets. I woke up that day really early and headed out to the Rogers Centre with my friend to at least try and get a glimpse of Justin. We got to the venue and met up with the rest of our friends and the waiting began. Hours went by and we were waiting in the freezing cold. We walked around the Rogers Centre maybe a billion times by then. It was about 4 o’clock and all of the people with meet & greet’s started heading in. Five guys and two camera men came outside and a lady followed behind with a sign saying “BELIEVE MOVIE BEING FILMED.” We all went crazy, everyone started singing. It was an amazing feeling being with Beliebers, singing to our idol’s song and being filmed for the movie. After the camera crew left we were waiting in front of a door and we saw Jon Chu. He waved at us, said hi and left. The concert was going to start in a bit and we kept losing hope. We thought we were never going to see Justin, Scooter or anyone. We wanted to get into the concert so bad. We started talking to people who worked at the venue, scalpers, basically anyone. The concert had started and we were all depressed, except for one of my friends who said, “Justin told us to never say never.” She kept us waiting in the cold longer. Then as 8 o’clock came around, we were going to leave. It was too cold to stand around anymore. As we were walking to leave we saw a man with a camera filming, one of Justin’s dancers and Scooter. We all ran to him, crying, telling him how long we were outside for, etc. He said he had no tickets but he’d take a picture with us. The 6 of us lined up to take a picture with him but then he said, “I only have 5 tickets, 1 of you can’t come in.” My heart broke. All that waiting and one of us sadly couldn’t go. My friend, said it was okay, she wouldn’t come with us. But then Scooter said to her, “You can’t sit with them but you’re coming to watch the show with me.” WE ALL WENT CRAZY. We started crying, screaming, my friend even looked like she was going to pass out. He gave us front row tickets. I hugged him and we ran in so fast screaming and crying. People were looking at us weird. We got in to the venue and into our seats about 10 minutes before Justin came out. When Justin came out everyone went WILD. After the concert, I went home and went straight to bed. I woke up the next morning with a tweet from Scooter and a follow from him. It was the best day of my life and I owe it all to Scooter Braun . I will never be able to thank him enough for what he did for us that day. I’m so happy I could finally say, “I seen my Idol Justin Bieber live in concert.” Don’t ever lose hope. My name is Jocelyn and I’m the girl on the right of Bieber. This picture was taken on the second night of LA’s 102.7 KIIS FM Jingleball. In fifth grade, I used to watch videos on YouTube that teenage girls made dancing and lip syncing to a song. This song ‘One Time’ started showing up more and more. I looked it up, saw the video with around three thousand views, noticed the boy singing, and fell in love. However, I was too scared to tell anyone I liked him because everyone made fun of Bieber once they found out about him. I went to go watch Never Say Never in 3D, but I put my hood on the whole time. I bought his albums, but I would put it under something else on the conveyor belt once in line. Whenever the songs came on over the radio and I had a friend with me, I would stay quiet. As I got older and more mature, I realized nobody really cared, so by eighth grade I was loud and proud about me being a Belieber. One day I came home from school on December 3rd at around 1:50 p.m. It was a normal day. I got a phone call from my mom telling me that she was picking up my best friend. I asked why and she said, “We’re going to Jingleball!” I have connections from my cousins because they work at KIIS, so they got us seats. When we got there, we were given VIP passes and tickets. At first, our seats were pretty bad. The seats that are usually the cheapest and are way high up in the stadium. I wasn’t having too good of a time so I decided to go downstairs to the VIP lounge with my friend. My cousin texted me. “Hurry up and come down here! RUN” My friend and I sprinted all the way down to the VIP lounge using the stairs. As soon as we got there, my cousin’s boss ran up to me, stuck a MEET & GREET JUSTIN BIEBER sticker on my shirt, gave me front row tickets, made me stop crying, and walked away WITHOUT A WORD. I was bawling and I couldn’t believe it. I met Justin for basically five seconds, but when I walked up to him, he said, “Aye, whassup, I’m Justin Bieber” in the most seductive voice ever, I swear. We made eye contact for a bit because I was the first one to walk up. As I walked beside him, he looked over at me and smiled. We took a picture and were ushered out, but Justin slowed it down and said, “Thank you, ladies” while putting his hand on my back to guide me out. I was like …wow. I can’t believe I am actually writing one of these but here we go. My name is Natalie, I’m from a very small town in New Jersey and I have been trying to see Justin in concert since 2009 but could never afford tickets. When Believe tour tickets were announced I already knew I wasn’t going to be able to afford them so I couldn’t buy any. Since then I said I was going to try to find my way into a show. November 28 th came and it was the first show at Madison Square Garden. My mom and I had been planning on going to New York that day to see what could happen. I had made a poster that said, “Just an Out Of Town Girl who would Die In Your Arms for some Believe tickets to see my Boyfriend…Never Say Never right?” I was hoping that someone in the Bieber Crew might notice and help me. My mom and I got to freezing NYC around 3:30 p.m. and went out in the back where the rest of the beliebers were waiting. While waiting we saw Dan Kanter and Pattie. Later, Alfredo came out and I thought he was going to give out tickets so I started crying and yelling for him but all he did was get his friend. Around 7:40 p.m. nothing was happening so my mom was like maybe we should just leave since the show had already started. I convinced her to stay a little longer and she agreed and went to the entrance of the arena to warm up. (My mom only went inside because I made friend’s with another girl who was alone and if we got tickets, my mom said she would give her ticket to the girl). Then out of no where Scooter Braun comes out with tickets! First he went over to some other fans and then he came to the girl next to me. The whole time I’m just like, “Scooter please I’m from New Jersey” but he didn’t hear me and gave the group next to me tickets, then he started walking away. Then I started crying hysterically while holding my poster up until a security guard saw me and knew how long I was waiting for. The security guard took my poster, showed it to Scooter and that’s when Scooter came back to me. I said again, “PLEASE SCOOTER I’M FROM NEW JERSEY. I’VE NEVER SEEN JUSTIN BEFORE.” Then he asked me “Who you with,” so I just pointed to the girl next to me and said “her.” Then he looked through his ticket’s and handed me two and said, “You guys are going in together!” I cried 10x harder and yelled “Thank You” and just started to run to the entrance of the arena. The girl and I went to look for my mom and when I got to her, I collapsed onto the floor crying and telling her everything that had just happened. When we got inside to our seats we found out we were on the floor, only 3 rows before the stage! Then the most amazing concert started and after 4 years of trying, I finally saw my idol in concert. I just want to say THANK YOU to Scooter because he made my dreams come true that night and DREAMS DO COME TRUE. Hi, I’m CeCe, 16 years old, and after almost 4 years, I’ve decided to share my Bieber experience that has made me realize how lucky I am to have met Justin. It was July 22nd, 2009 and I was just 12 years old when I found out that Justin was going to be at a radio station about 4 hours away from me, on the 23rd. He was going to be mentoring a band of teenagers the station had thrown together that week, ironically named ‘One Week.’ Very randomly and out of the blue, I found out my brother had a basketball tournament up in Dallas where the radio station was located on the same weekend Justin was going to be there, and my mom agreed to take a friend and I to meet Justin the very next day. I couldn’t have been more excited. We got there at about 7 o’clock that morning and there was nobody waiting outside except for us. It wasn’t that nobody wanted to see Justin, it was just that nobody really knew about him then . That’s when I heard a very familiar voice singing, “when I met you girl my heart went knock knock…” I died. He had just released the song a bit earlier, and didn’t put out the video until 2 months after, but I had seen his covers on Youtube before then. His smile was glowing. I just stared through the window and couldn’t believe he was right there in front of me. The band he was working with came inside and just messed around for a while. The lead singer, a 14 year old girl, had never even heard of Justin before, along with the other band members. It was incredible to watch him mentor those kids with such great enthusiasm and maturity. I mean, he was barley 15 for Christ’s sake. After about an hour, a few more people showed up until there was bout 30 girls there to meet Justin. I thought that was a lot of girls to wait in line with, having no idea that how difficult it would be to meet him now. He eventually came out to take pictures and talk, and he walked down the line, and almost 4 years later, I still remember exactly how I felt. I was so anxious and excited to talk to him, but I was also incredibly nervous. He came up to me, with the same handsome charm he has now, smiled, said hi and hugged me tight. I told him how much I loved his music and he smiled and thanked me. It was perfect. After talking for a couple of minutes, we got a picture and I was so overwhelmed. I just watched him meet everybody else, completely in shock. He was the most respectful, sweetest, most handsome guy I had ever met , and I absolutely adored that kid and everything about him. Then, when I thought it couldn’t get better, it did. After a tweet he posted on his Twitter, I found out that he was going to be there AGAIN the next day doing the same thing , and boy was I ready to get up at 6 a.m. again and wait outside that same window. We repeated the process with about the same amount of girls, except for now he actually remembered me from the day before. Actually being remembered by JUSTIN BIEBER was unreal, even though he wasn’t very famous and well known yet, he already held a special place in my heart. After a couple more hugs, another picture, and a whole lot of nervous ‘thank you, you’re so talented and beautiful’ talk, it was time to go. I didn’t think I would be so attached, but even then, at 12 years old, I went to my hotel room and cried. I actually missed this kid who I had met twice and was crying over it. That’s when I knew that even if his career never took off, I was going to be there every step of the way to love and support him no matter what. My name is Megha, I live in Chicago and I’ve been a belieber since 2008. My dream ever since I first laid my eyes on Justin was to meet him so I can tell him how much he means to me. But before I start off, I just want to say thank you to everyone who tried helping me and never gave up on me. The night before Justin’s first concert in Chicago I had everyone tweet #BiebsMeetMegha for me and my friend since we really wanted to meet Justin on either Tuesday or Wednesday. Sadly, we failed and I had no word from any of the crew. I tried everything you could possibly think of. My friend and I originally had tickets to Justin’s concert on Wednesday, October 24th but we decided to go to the arena right after school on Tuesday just in case Justin came out (I never expected anything). As we were driving there, I said “Alexis, I don’t think we’re going to meet Justin, I’ve tried everything and no one has gotten back to me. I tried.” We got to the arena and right away we rushed to our spots near the barricades. I met some other Twitter Beliebers and we had a great time! Justin tweeted “#Traffic” and everyone QUICKLY ran to see if Justin was coming and his tour bus arrived. Alexis and I rushed to his tour bus and were right in front of Justin. Justin then was waving at us. At this point, I was crying so hard and I felt like my life was complete. Justin didn’t come out until about 30 minutes after that but as he came out he was SO close to me and I was bawling. He came out with Alfredo, Scooter, and Kenny. Alfredo filmed a little bit of me and Alexis crying (Oprah’s film crew also filmed a lot of us). I could barely breathe and by this time; my other friends from school had arrived and I cried on them so hard that I was shaking. JUSTIN BIEBER was within a foot away from me and he had PAC in his hands . I accidentally took a short video . I couldn’t believe it at all and I called one of my closest friends, and my family crying. I felt so complete and I was completely fine with not meeting Justin after that. After this, we just hung around. I met some of Justin’s dancers. As it got time for the concert to start, my friends and I decided that we wanted to stay after the concert started just to meet any of the crew that came outside. We waited and waited until we saw Scooter walking out. I immediately start crying and Scooter asked me why I’m crying. I said, “I just want to meet Justin tomorrow” but he said he couldn’t do that. There was a girl next to us that drove 3 hours just to try to get tickets (@Bieberswagvato), and Scooter said he only had one ticket left. He asked me and my 4 other friends and I quote, “If I only had one ticket left, would you rather keep it for one of you guys or give it to this girl right here?” “So if I only had one ticket, you would rather give it to this girl than any of your 4 other friends?” and right away I said “YES. You can give the girl the ticket right now.” Scooter didn’t hear me ask for a picture so I just quickly took one from my phone with him because my phone was only 1% and my camera was dead. I also asked Scooter to follow me on twitter but he said “not now.” We got into the concert crying and telling everyone inside what happened! We missed Cody and only got to see some of Carly but we were so happy. Scooter Braun gave us FRONT row tickets. Scooter gave me and my friends tickets because we were willing to give up our tickets for her . We cried the whole night, and as it was time for Justin to come out, I ran as fast as I could to the barricade thing around the stage and was the first one there. During the concert Justin touched my hand and looked at me and Alexis about 3 times. Let me tell you every time Justin noticed I existed, I cried. When he lifted his shirt up I screamed saying “YOU’RE SO SEXY. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH” and he said “Thank you” to me! I CRIED SO HARD. There was a point where Justin stopped right at me and Alexis and looked RIGHT INTO OUR EYES. I felt like he was staring into my soul, he’s literally perfect. The concert was amazing, thank you so much Scooter. I have no words to describe how thankful I am. The next day me and Alexis missed school. Nothing went on in the morning and Justin arrived but didn’t come out. We saw Alfredo coming out on his segway. I went to go find my friends because I had given them my Oreos/letter to give to Alfredo. My friend told me she gave him the Oreo’s and letter and I cried tears of joy. By this time the concert was starting so me and Alexis ran inside. Wednesday night was also amazing even though we weren’t front row. I still couldn’t believe everything that happened on Tuesday. Justin hadn’t been to Chicago in 2 years and I miss him so much now that he’s gone. I just want to say that dreams DO come true. I never thought anything like this would ever happen to me. I have the worst luck in the entire world, but it somehow happened. If you deserve it and really set your mind to it, it will come true. Wednesday 12th September my life completely changed in seconds. I found out Justin would be coming to the UK again and due to being on holiday at the time the tickets came on sale for the book signing I had no hope left what so ever but still wanted to travel down to London to even get a glimpse of my idol . M y 2 friends and I had a sleepover and was getting extremely excited about London, we were staring at all the Bieber posters thinking we could actually meet our Idol tomorrow and we had no idea whatsoever about it. The next day finally arrived. We woke at 5:30am and hurried to get dressed and then went to the train station. The day was turning out to be a total disaster, we missed our train and I had all sorts of visions in my mind rushing around like crazy, I felt so confused right now I didn’t even know what was going on.We were travelling all this way just to get glimpse of our idol and that might not even happen. London is such a big city and we had no idea what hotel he was staying at? where he was going to go? and also we had no tickets for the book signing? We got to London finding his hotel. We screamed the whole place down and ran as quick as we could to find our self outside the building Justin was in, he’s usually like thousands of miles away the other side of the world but this time he was meters away . We then waited patiently for around 2 hours. Then we met Dan Kanter who was lovely we definitely know this is Justin’s hotel now and we also gave Dan a present which was a UK guitar key ring, he thanked us and told us it was cool . Then suddenly OMG. I saw some hot guy with a sexy swag walk walking towards us. Who’s that jk lol and guess what? I realize that its Justin. My head was not on earth right now, it was on dream land, all feelings shot through me like electricity, I had a rush of excitement strike over me. Some girls run towards him. My heart was beating and my eyes were shooting out love hearts how amazing he looked. I ran towards him and he smiled at me, which made my heart melt like lava and then I went ”Can I have a hug please Justin?” and he sweetly spoke “As long as you get behind the barrier I’ll come and give you a hug.” Then everyone over crowded him and paparazzi’s surrounded him, he ran inside the hotel again, that was it I was shouting at the top of my voice “STAY CALM AND GET BEHIND THE BARRIER!!” It felt like deja vu he began to walk out the hotel once again coming towards us, my hands shaking trying to control my self, I get the camera ready to see that he looks up at me before getting a picture with a another fan, that’s it I’m going to pass out. His eyes staring into mine as he walked towards me, he put his hand onto my back and grabbed hold of it. He did the peace sign but I didn’t fit that onto the photo. I ran to the end of the barrier and stood there in complete shock, staring at Justin and taking every possible second in that I could and realizing the boy of my dreams is right in front of my eyes. Alfredo was in front of me and he asked if I wanted a picture whilst talking to him, he’s lovely and also we gave him Oreo’s as gift. Then as I looked up Justin ran to his car everyone touching him and going crazy as security pushed me over and getting tripped up in front of him was embarrassing lol. We ran for our life after him in his car he watched us through the blacked out window as I waved bye to him. We freaked out screaming the whole of London town down it was crazy, I cannot believe that Justin happened, I’ve just met my idol and the boy who made it possible.Then we found out the next destination Justin would be at and stormed there to BBC live lounge. We waited for hours and seen him get into the car and head off to the book signing. We then seen Kenny and I explained we didn’t have wristbands and he told us to meet him there. So we headed there and got in the first taxi we seen and got out to find hundreds of fans at this “secret location” we had no chance I began to think. I was very grateful to meet him hours before so I weren’t interested if I didn’t get in but I’d be extremely happy if we did and I might as well give it a shot. We then seen Justin’s car and all fans acted crazy, the whole place was bouncing, the building was shaking and everyone was chanting and singing Justin , a fan got pinned to the floor trying to run after his car, completely mental it felt as if I was apart of a movie!! We then seen Kenny, he whipped out some wristbands giving one to my friend Matthew (Boy Belieber) and I literally was to glued to Kenny’s stomach everyone went wild, Kenny was screaming at the security attacking him to come inside for his safety, next minute he gave one to my friend Ellie and then gave one to me I freaked out to realize someone took it out of my hand, that’s it I was hysterically crying all over the place, paparazzi’s surrounded me taking pictures of me, I couldn’t help my self, I was crying my eyes out to all my friends. I begged the security and she said there’s nothing she could do about it, it was Kenny’s choice not hers. I felt so much pain inside me that someone heartless would break my dreams like that. After begging the security man he then told me I could go into the venue with my friend as a guardian! OMG. WHAT THE HELL!? I ‘d be meeting Justin again twice in one day! We all were getting hyped talking about Justin after waiting a hour we got into the building where Justin was at and believe was blasting and all disco lights were flashing, it was amazing all Beliebers singing together as a family it was seriously adorable. It was now 7:29pm and Die in your arms came on to find that it was our turn to go and meet Justin. I began walking up the stairs and my legs acting like jelly. Behind the black curtain Justin was there and seconds later there he was perfectly smiling on the table. My heart beating extremely fast and my head spinning in all directions. I felt physically sick. Nerves whirling around down my spine and in my stomach. He stopped for a second and Justin’s eyes followed me upwards from the table and he looked up at me and his warm soft smile welcoming me. He spoke softly ”Hey!” my palms of my hands were so hot right now.”Hey Justin, I’m the girl who gave you the purple believe wristband in London last time and you wore it” His smile widened as his eyes sparkled at me. ”OH MY GOD REALLY?!” his face looked shocked ”Thank you so much, I remember you!?” I mumbled ”Justin thank you so much, it means a lot” I smiled so much at him I looked like a douche how much I was smiling. His eyes staring at me and he never went off me until I left the room, looking behind me seeing him one last time. Y’all have to believe in your self no matter how negative you feel because I’m telling you something I had no clue I was going to meet him, you’ve got to have the dedication and the determination to believe in your self. Justin is seriously the most flawless and unreal idol ever. Photos seriously don’t do him justice cause he’s so much impeccable in person.
