Good news for Sean Kingston and his fans, the singer is is finally walking on his own this morning, according to TMZ. A rep for Kingston told the site: “Sean is breathing on his own and walked for the first time this morning.” “Sean Kingston continues to be hospitalized at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. His condition has been upgraded to serious.” We’re happy the singer is on the mend! You Can’t Be Serious: Florida Authorities Want To Press Charges Against Sean Kingston For Almost Hurting Manatees

Yes, we’re talking about the same Sean Kingston who could have possibly died last Sunday and is still laying in a hospital bed with a tube to help him breath. According to TMZ , if Kingston was speeding when he wrecked out on his jet ski, he did so in a Manatee area. And that’s something the State of Florida takes very seriously. Sean Kingston ain’t in the clear yet after crashing a high-speed jet ski into a Miami bridge — TMZ has learned the singer could still face legal repercussions … for disturbing the local manatees. Law enforcement sources tell us … the area where Kingston crashed last weekend is a manatee zone — and according to Florida state law, boats and watercrafts are prohibited from producing a wake in manatee-populated areas. Based on the jet ski damage … Kingston probably produced a wake before his accident — but law enforcement is still investigating to figure out exactly what happened prior to the crash. If Kingston IS found in violation of the manatee law — he faces a maximum fine of $32,500. Wow. 32 Gs though? Florida is out of control.

Singer Sean Kingston was rushed to Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital after crashing his jet ski into a bridge. He and a female passenger were injured around 6pm and Miami paramedics responded to the scene. Kingston’s rep told TMZ …. “Sean Kingston was in an accident today.
