Here’s What You Were Probably Listening To 10 Years Ago Today

Source: Astrid Stawiarz / Getty Time flies when you’re turning up. 2009-2019. End of an era. — Sidra Aziz (@NamkeenJalebi) June 16, 2019 The era when Facebook was new and poppin’, flip phones and baggy clothes were out and sidekicks and skinny jeans are in — but one thing that doesn’t change with the times is our love for music. Ten years ago, Rihanna hadn’t solidified her place in music, Beyoncé and Jay Z weren’t even parents yet and Kanye West was Kardashian-free. 2009 was a such a transitional year, too. It was the end of a decade, we lost Michael Jackson, and the death of autotune was on the rise. Music still had a little meaning and a little fun, and wasn’t so drug and club influenced just yet. Life was much simpler back then. @Only1Vlad: What a crazy roller coaster 2009 – 2019 has been thus far. An entire decade of ups and downs (like all of you). The most important takeaway I’ve really learned and took away from the past 10 years is – people aren’t always going to be in your life. So, hold on to memories. Just in time for the nostalgic November weather, hit the flip to check out our list of hit songs that were probably on your  playlist in 2009.

Becky G Slutty Halloween of the Day

I still don’t know who Becky G is, I guess I could google it but why bother. I am only posting this because I like her approach to Halloween photoshoots and not just because there is a Luchador mask in it, because my whole branding on this site, not that I’ve done any real branding, but you get what I am saying, has been the Luchador mask, that unfortunately has led to at least one person saying “what do you think you’re jack black or something” or “hey Nacho Libre get your own schtick”…but when Becky G does it…she’s half naked…and thus better…because when girls are half naked, despite how easy it is to do, it works. Red Table Talk: Demi Moore’s Daughters Detail How Her Drug Abuse Damaged Their Relationship

Source: Michael Beck / Red Table Talk Demi Moore’s Daughters Say Drugs Made Her A Monster After Split Ashton Kutcher The upcoming “Red Table Talk” episode airing on Facebook Watch Monday, November 4 is going to be a big one. For the first time, Demi Moore and daughters Rumer & Tallulah Willis come to the Red Table to share intimate details about Demi’s best-selling memoir “Inside Out,” the difficulties of their traumatic mother-daughter relationship, Demi’s life threatening addiction, as well as the men in her life and why their family didn’t speak for three years. In a preview clip for the upcoming episode Tallulah details how Demi’s behavior would change when she wasn’t sober: “It’s like the sun went down and like, a monster came,” Tallulah said. “I remember there’s just the anxiety that would come up in my body when I could sense that her eyes were shutting a little bit more, the way she was speaking. Or she would be a lot more affectionate with me if she wasn’t sober.” “It was just jarring,” Rumer added. “It was very weird, and there were moments where it would get angry,” Tallulah continued. “I recall being very upset and kind of treating her like a child and speaking to her like a child. It was not the mom that we had grown up with.” Check out a sneak peak of the episode HERE and HERE. Tune-in to Facebook Watch , Facebook’s video platform, on Monday, November 4 for a special Red Table Talk with guests Demi Moore and daughters Rumer and Tallulah Willis at 9:00 a.m. PT / 12:00 p.m. ET.
