Source: Miami Herald / Getty The recently jobless Antonio Brown has barely begun handling the flurry of allegations that have come out since his swift departure from the Oakland Raiders to the New England Patriots and now has more legal issues on his plate. The talented, if somewhat troubled, wide receiver is now due in court over a $7 million condo battle with his Miami landlord. The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Brown is using his newly cleared schedule to finally appear for a court deposition. Brown is in the middle a nasty battle with his former landlord, Vladimir Kirsanov, over a $7 million Miami condo. In court docs filed on September 18, Kirsanov accused Brown of blowing off a deposition in the case, despite being ordered by the judge. He explained during an August hearing, the judge ordered Brown to be deposed within 30 days. The landlord wrote, “Brown had until Tuesday, September 17, 2019 to appear for a deposition. Defendant Brown failed to comply and is in violation of this Court’s Order.” Brown’s landlord company, Aqualina 1402 LLC, launched the suit last year after leasing the player an oceanfront condo in Miami for $7 million. According to the landlord’s suit, Brown left the leased apartment and its high-end furnishings in terrible shape thus breaking terms of the least. The total in damages the landlord is seeking has not been specified. If Brown does not appear in court on September 24, he runs the risk of being sanctioned. — Photo: Getty

The “Juice” star has since apologized for putting the driver on blast, who has since come out saying she fears harm will come to her based on Lizzo’s accusation of theft. TMZ reports : The driver, Tiffany W., tells TMZ … her world was turned upside down when the “Truth Hurts” singer excoriated her on Twitter — to her near-million followers — saying, “this girl Tiffany W. stole my food she lucky I don’t fight no more.” Lizzo also included a screenshot of her profile photo. This has scared the crap out of her. She’s afraid to leave her home and even go to work, for fear someone might harm her or even worse. As for the delivery incident … we’re told Lizzo’s order was supposed to go to a Boston hotel, but there was no room number listed and no one answered the phone linked to the account. We’re told Tiffany went the extra mile and hit up the hotel concierge. She says she went into the lobby and continued to try to contact the customer and heard nothing back. Tiffany ended up waiting for a total of 10 minutes and finally left. As for the food … it was seafood, which Tiffany doesn’t even eat. For what it’s worth, Postmates says that the driver was not in the wrong and waited for five minutes to deliver the food before moving on to her next destination. — Photo: WENN

Jerome is the first Afro-Latino to win for acting, he is also the youngest winner for Lead Actor in a Limited Series in Emmy history. “It’s an honor. It’s a blessing, and I hope this is a step forward for Dominicans, for Latinos, for Afro-Latinos. It’s about time we are here. Source: Roger Kisby / Getty Yeah, that will get you arrested. Rapper Kamaiyah got pinched after she reportedly licked off a shot in the screening room on a condo. Nah, you can’t make this stuff up. Reports TMZ : Police say Kamaiyah was hanging out at an apartment building in the San Fernando Valley … where she and some friends made their way into the facility’s movie screening room. Not a theater, per se … but close enough. Anyway, on surveillance footage reviewed by management — and eventually by law enforcement — a woman cops believe is Kamaiyah was seen pulling a handgun from inside her bag before letting a round go in the room. She darted shortly afterward. Law enforcement sources tell us it appears the discharge, during the screening last month, was accidental and the gun went off as Kamaiyah was playing with it. We’re told she wasn’t arguing with anyone beforehand … so there’s no reason to think the bullet was meant for anyone. According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, Kamaiyah wasn’t arrested until just a couple weeks ago when a warrant was issued and cops located her. We’re told they found what they believe to be the same gun used at the complex. Kamaiyah was eventually charged with elony negligent discharge of a firearm and had to fork over $35,000 bond.
