Naya Rivera: What Is Her Future on Glee?

The future of Naya Rivera on Glee is very much in doubt. While earlier reports suggested the actress has been fired from this Fox comedy due to a feud with main star Lea Michele, an insider tells E! News that Rivera has NOT been let go from the series. However, she won’t be appearing on the Glee Season 5 finale either. But this change allegedly has nothing to do with any kind of Rivera-Michele beef, according to the source. “I don’t know where these stories are coming from, but they are not true,” E! writes. Rivera’s rep, meanwhile, reiterates that the actress may leave the series, but only out of her own volition, as many cast changes are expected to take place prior to Glee’s final season, which airs this fall. “Any reports or rumors circulating that Naya Rivera was let go or fired from Glee are absolutely untrue. End of story,” the rep states. Rivera has starred as Santana Lopez since Glee Season 1, with her character featured more prominently as the years went on. She was at the center of a memorable lesbian storyline just a couple seasons ago. The Glee Season 5 finale airs on May 13 and it’s already been announced that Season 6 will be it for this floundering series, whose ratings have been in the tank for awhile now. Andrew and Emma displayed serious chemistry in 2012’s The Amazing Spider-Man and their off-screen romance has continued to blossom since. Hillary Clinton Dodges Hurled Shoe in Vegas: Watch Now!

Forget running for President in 2016 . Hillary Clinton clearly has a future as an acrobat. While delivering a speech at the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries Conference in Las Vegas today, the former First Lady managed to dodge a shoe thrown in her direction by an angry audience member. And not only did the 66-year old remain upright, her quick wit was kept fully intact. Hillary Clinton Avoids Thrown Shoe “What was that a bat? Is that a bat?” Clinton replied on stage. “Is that somebody throwing something at me? Is that part of Cirque du Soleil?” She added: “My goodness, I didn’t know that solid waste management was so controversial. Thank goodness she didn’t play softball like I did.” The assailant was quickly apprehended by the Secret Service and is in custody at the moment. In December 2008, George W. Bush also had a shoe thrown at him by a journalist in Iraq. He was a little slower on his feet than Mrs. Clinton.

American Idol Results: Who Went Home?

American Idol went back in time this week, as the contestants performed songs from the 1980s . But the remaining eight hopefuls could only look to the past for so long, as they were forced to consider the future on Thursday, namely: Who would be sticking around to take the stage against next Wednesday evening?  In quick succession, those voted to safety were Caleb Johnson … followed by Jessica Meuse… and Dexter Roberts. CJ Harris was the first to land in the Bottom 3. We then learn that Alex Preston is safe, as is Jena Irene. This leaves Sam Woolf, CJ and Malaya Watson as the least popular trio, with Sam being called to safety and Ryan Seacrest telling the world that MALAYA WATSON has been eliminated. No final song this week, as the Save has been used. So, did viewers make the right choice? Did Watson deserve the boot?   Yes, but what a run! No, it should have been Sam! No, it should have been CJ! American Idol Results: Which 8 Are Great?

Thanks to the premiere of Surviving Jack (seriously… thanks!) the drawn-out American Idol results show was cut to 30 minutes this week. So we won’t waste any time in revealing the Bottom 3 after what most believed was a fairly entertaining performance episode : Sorry, Majesty Rose, CJ Harris and Sam Woolf . But even more sorry to Majesty in particular because she earned the lowest number of votes. The adorable young hopeful sang “Happy” in an attempt to earn the judges’ save. Alas. “This has been the hardest deliberation for us,” Keith Urban told the contestant and the audience. “It’s not about talent or ability. We got to agree. By a narrow margin, we are not using our save tonight.” And that’s the end of the line for Majesty Rose. Did viewers make the right call?   Yes, but what a run! No, it should have been Sam! The Walking Dead Season 4 Finale: Who Will Arrive at Terminus?

In a season that saw the death of beloved characters and the separation of our band of survivors,  The Walking Dead has shaken up its format. Sunday night  The Walking Dead  season 4 episode 15 saw the first group of survivors arrive at Terminus, but now the questions are starting to form, as this season finale poster reveals. Who else will arrive at Terminus? Better yet, what IS Terminus? Is it the safe haven the group needs? Or does it hide something more sinister inside its gates? What do you think?
