Shooting your brother and then covering your tracks? That’s cold. Teenager Shoots Brother In The Head According to Mail Online A teenager shot his high school basketball star brother in the head while playing with his father’s gun, a court has heard. Michael Whitney then attempted to cover his tracks by shooting out a window and moving his brother’s body to another room on Friday, prosecutors have said. The 19-year-old had taken the semi-automatic handgun which belonged to his security guard father from a drawer before teasing his 16-year-old brother Malcolm. Malcolm was a standout basketball player at Hyde Park Academy. At first police thought Malcolm, who was found face down on a sofa, died of an accidental self-inflicted gun-shot. But his older brother Michael was charged on Saturday with manslaughter and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon. According to prosecutors, Michael approached his brother who was in the bathroom and pointed the gun at him. When Malcolm reached for the gun, it fired hitting him in the head. Despite trying to lie about the sequence of events, Michael eventually admitted he was responsible. Michael Whitney has four prior felony burglary convictions and is a freshman at Illinois State University. He appeared in Cook County criminal court today where his bail was set at $1million. Before setting the bail amount, Circuit Court Judge Adam Bourgeois Jr. said, ‘The problem is, this tragedy would not have occurred if a convicted felon had not touched a firearm, according to the Chicago Tribune. Whitney broke down in tears in the courtroom while members of his family consoled each other. If he would have just said, “I’m sorry I accidentally shot my brother” then he would have been fine. He messed up when he tried to cover his tracks. So sad.

Ninjas be like, see “what had happened was.” 2 Chainz’s Security Guard Responds To Robbery We’re like Drake with this 2 Chainz situation, “no new friends” because 2 Chainz’s friends he has now suck. Dude we seen the footage. Ya’ll ninjas bolted like runaway slaves. How you the security guard and leave your man hanging like that? According to Power 107.5 “We went downtown to San Francisco — it’s broad daylight, like 4:30 in the afternoon. People were walking around and everything — all of a sudden three dudes just jumped out with huge guns, .357 Magnums. They pointed the guns at us and we was like ‘Whoa!’ We thought it was a joke for a minute. We looked at them, we stopped, kinda paused. We thought it was a joke. Then all we heard was, ’2 Chainz give it up.’ So we like stood there and didn’t do anything, and we kinda like froze, ’cause we wanted to see if this was real. All of a sudden, the next thing you know, 2 Chainz kinda like backed up a little bit. And then he said, ‘Give it up. Give it up.’ And then all of a sudden he took off. He took off running first. When he took off running, we took off running. Then all of a sudden these dudes, they just start shooting. I don’t know where they shot at.” “TMZ got it all like we just left and left him standing there, and we just took off. But he started running first, and we took off after he took off. So I don’t know what they trying to make it seem like. The bottom line is he just fell, the dude he grabbed his wallet from him, and his cell phone from him, and that’s all they took. He has his chains on him, his bracelet and all that, and all his jewelry with him and they ain’t touch none of that. All they did is they got his wallet, and like I said, he ain’t got no money in his wallet. The bottom line is, man, it was a setup. Paris Jackson Transferred to Hospital Where Michael Died

Paris Jackson was transferred to UCLA Medical Center Saturday night, effectively ending the 5150 psychiatric hold that began after her suicide attempt. That facility is the same one where her father, Michael Jackson, was pronounced dead four years ago this month following an acute Propofol overdose. As you’re likely aware by now, 15-year-old Jackson was rushed to the hospital early Wednesday after she allegedly cut her forearm with a meat cleaver. A purported Paris Jackson suicide note was found at the scene, though it’s unclear; the youngster is believed to have been battling major depression. She was placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold, effectively keeping her at a local hospital regardless of her condition or desire to leave, for 72 hours. That three-day period is now over, so the troubled teen was moved to UCLA Medical Center. TMZ photos showed Jackson being wheeled yesterday. No word on her status, though the mood of her security team suggested that Jackson may be doing better after what can only be called a tragic week. The Jackson family, of course, is no stranger to UCLA Medical Center, where Michael was taken after he went into cardiac arrest on June 25, 2009. That’s where he was pronounced dead, after Dr. Conrad Murray – who left Paris a bizarre pay phone “letter” this week – refused to call it at his home. As for the King of Pop’s daughter and her long-term prognosis, a custody judge has since ordered an investigation in a bid to ensure her well-being.

My name is Maitè, I’m 19 years old, I’m from Belgium and I met Justin on April 10, 2013 . I never ever thought I’d get to write my own Bieber experience! It all started back in July, a week before tickets went on sale when I got a text saying “Justin is coming back to Belgium!” It was so unexpected, but I had already saved up money just in case. My friend and I were talking about getting M&G tickets, so we agreed to try and get those first. My friend (Maryam) who lives in Montréal that I met on Twitter gave me a pre-sale code to buy tickets. My friend and I were both on our computers since the very morning but we didn’t get M&G tickets. We thankfully got Golden Circle tickets instead. My friend and I kept checking the ticket website hoping that they would add M&G’s and to our surprise they did! As I was about to text my friend, I got a text from her saying, “I bought us M&G’s!” I was so happy that I would finally get to meet my idol after years of supporting him. I counted down 279 days until the big day arrived. I got to the arena around 3 p.m and went directly to the backstage doors. We had to line up outside for about an hour and Kenny came to the doors and yelled, “Oh my god” and went back inside. Around 5 p.m they allowed us in, we got our M&G necklace/wristbands and lined up again inside. After about an hour Dan Kanter came to the line and took pictures with most of us. He told me he was very excited to be in Belgium and that Justin might have a surprise for the show. He was so sweet and funny! After about 3 hours of waiting, Justin finally arrived. I was shocked how fast it all went. As I walked through the curtain I saw Justin with his big sunglasses on and a snapback. He’s even more perfect in real life. I went over to Justin and I couldn’t believe I was standing next to THE Justin Bieber, it felt so unreal. After the picture was taken, I just froze and kept standing next to him. He grabbed me so tight to him and gave me a side hug.  It’s such an amazing feeling. I quickly turned around to take one last look at Justin. I was shaking, and started crying. Later on the show started and it was just perfect! We held up signs saying, “We will forever love you as long as you love us” and Justin said to the crowd: “I will forever love you too.” We also threw balloons in the air and Justin was so impressed, he just stood there about 7 minutes looking into the crowd tearing up! I also went to the show on April 11th. I was second row and again, Justin put on an amazing show. These were the best two days of my life. My name is Anoush, (on the right) I’m a 14 year old Belieber from London and for as long as I can remember, I had tried to see Justin. I camped outside Westfield for 7 hours in the freezing cold, I’ve waited outside his hotels – I’ve done as much as I could. Meeting him almost seemed impossible. It isn’t. My past few birthday presents and Christmas presents was a meet and greet, that’s all I wanted. Nothing else mattered. I met Justin on the 7th March 2013 at 7:07 p.m. I can say it was the best moment I will ever experience. I remember waiting for 3 hours in the waiting room with my best friend and nothing seemed to matter. The thought of seeing my idol in the flesh seemed so unreal to me. At around 7 p.m. the doors opened and we were near the front of the meet and greet line. The security pulled us through and I caught a glimpse of the back of Justin’s head. I started crying. We went through the curtains and watched the girls in front of us get their picture taken with Justin as I could barely breathe. It was our turn and I couldn’t take my eyes off Justin. He’s perfect, I took in every part of him. His black vest, baggy black trackies, his hat, his arms, his eyes, his mouth, his hair, everything. Justin pointed towards his sides and was like, “Come here, yeah right here!” I wrapped my arms around his waist and I never wanted to let go. We got our picture and as I was walking out the security spun me around and I turned to see Justin and he yells, “You guys are so amazing.” By this point I was in full-on tears and I yelled back telling him I loved him. We left the room and I had a breakdown. I literally crouched down and cried and cried some more. As we were walking through the O2 I was getting many strange looks but I didn’t care. I had just met my idol. To make the night ever better, we got seats in the fourth row and Justin pointed at my camera! It will forever be the best day of my life and honestly don’t give up because I never thought I would meet him but I did. My name is Melina, I’m 17 years old, I live in Switzerland and this is my Bieber experience. Everything started when we found out that Justin and the crew arrived in Zurich 2 days before the concert. My friend (@lavensonadora) and I went to Justin’s hotel. We weren’t sure if he was really there, but then we saw the tour busses and his bus driver confirmed that he was. We stayed and waited for him. At that time, there was only 15 people hoping for him to come out. We started chanting. All of a sudden we looked up to the balcony and saw him standing there, filming us with the biggest smile on his face. We were freaking out. We couldn’t believe JUSTIN BIEBER was smiling because of US. All of this happened around 5 p.m. Then about 30 minutes later he left the hotel in his van. Suddenly the van stopped. Unfortunately everyone ran to the car, but at least we saw him sitting inside of it. At night a taxi drove by, and someone said, “Hey guys, how are you?” It was DAN KANTER. We freaked out. At midnight, Justin’s van came out and we talked to his driver. He allowed us to sit in the car and to take his candy. He also told us that Justin wanted to get out of the car and say hi to his beliebers, but he couldn’t because everyone ran up to the car and it was too crazy. The next day, March 22nd, the day of the concert! It was the happiest, but saddest day of my life. All of our best friends had M&G tickets, except @rebelleefleur and I. We were devastated. Fortunately, we had diamond circle tickets and were in first row. Justin killed it. After the concert, the tour busses left and we said bye to Justin. We gave up hope up and thought we’d never meet him. We thought it was all over. BUT IT WASN’T! A few days later, on April 1st, Lily (@rebelleefleur) called me with the best news. She had won M&G tickets for the next day in Germany! It all happened so quickly and we had to leave 3 hours later. The second I had my wristband on I started crying. I couldn’t believe it was actually happening and I was about to meet my everything. Finally we were standing in the same room as Justin, and it was our turn! I walked in with open arms and the only thing I could focus on was his perfection. I asked “Can I hu…” and he didn’t let me finish and just hugged me. I was holding my entire world in my arms. I was lucky enough to stand next to him. We took the picture and the security told us to leave. I took his hand and we looked in each other’s eyes, he winked and smiled. As soon as I got out I bursted into tears. Tears of happiness. Lily and I entered the concert hall and were all the way in the back. We were still trying to calm down and realize what just happened. Then we saw Chris, someone in Justin’s team again and asked him if there was a chance for us to get into golden circle. He told us to wait a sec, came back and brought us into diamond circle! As if this wasn’t enough, when we were waiting for the concert to start, we heard people scream. It was Alfredo Flores! We ran over and had the chance to meet Alfredo for 5 seconds. The concert was perfect and we enjoyed every single second of it. I wanna thank the whole crew for being amazing, and Justin for who he is. I’m very thankful and blessed. These days were the best days of my life. Justin told us to believe, and he was right, because dreams do come true. No matter what happens, I will always be a belieber and a part of this family. Cheerios Executive Defends Mixed Race Ad, Will Keep It Running

Cheerios is refusing the let the bigots win. The brand found itself at the center of an unexpected controversy last week after an advertisement that featured a mixed race family was hit with racial epithets on YouTube. Controversial Cheerios Commercial But Camille Gibson – vice president of marketing for Cheerios – says the message of the spot fits in with the cereal’s Heart Healthy campaign and: “We felt like we were reflecting an American family.” The national commercial will continue running as scheduled for several months. And – despite the vocal minority online – overall, Gibson said, the feedback has been overwhelmingly supportive: “Consumers are actually responding very positively to the ad.” Thank goodness. It really is like Patton Oswalt said after the Boston bombing: the good people outnumber the bad people in this world by a large margin.

With assault allegations already looming over his security team from an incident in Miami on Wednesday… TMZ has obtained the audio of ANOTHER altercation between Bieber and a different photographer outside a recording studio around 4 a.m. yesterday. And it paints Bieber in a terribly negative light, cursing off a reporter; stealing his SIM card; and laughing at his pleas to have the property returned. Topless Women Protest Heidi Klum on Germany’s Next Top Model

If this is what we can expect when Heidi Klum kicks off her America’s Got Talent judging career on June 4, count us in! A pair of topless women jumped on stage yesterday during the Germany’s Next Top Model finale and protested the presence of Klum as a panelist. It’s unclear why, but female had painted Heidi Horror Picture Show on her chest, as scene/censored here: Security intervened before the women got to Klum, and the show continued as scheduled, but if this was all some kind of marketing ploy for Tuesday’s AGT premiere, we say: Well done, NBC. Well done.

Maurice Jones-Drew Charged With Battery After Fighting Security Guard Via TMZ reports: Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew has been charged with battery after allegedly KO’ing a security guard at the Conch House in St. Augustine, FL … TMZ has learned. According to the police report obtained by TMZ, MJD is accused of striking the security guard with a closed fist on the guard’s left cheek, knocking him out. According to cops, the punch was intentional. The incident went down during “Reggae Sundays” at the the Conch House restaurant on May 26. According to the police report, witnesses say … MJD’s buddy was told by security to stop touching a young female. The buddy allegedly “slapped” a security guard on his chest … and a melee ensued. One the security guards reportedly put MJD’s friend in a headlock to stop the fight … and that’s when MJD stepped in and clocked the guard. After the incident, the security guard spoke with police — and cops noted that the guy’s jaw was “swollen a great deal and had a large lump on his jaw bone.” The security guard was hospitalized after the incident — and doctors found contusions and a bone bruise, but no broken bones.
