I’ve never heard of this magazine FutureClaw, but have decided they are my new best friend, not because they wished me a happy birthday or invited me to their fashion parties, but because they recruited old retired model and got them posing like it was 1992, a year I was a much simpler person, less desensitized and able to get an erection in the stripclub…an era before the internet, throatfucking porn, 2 girls 1 cup and all the other celebrity sex tape bullshit I’ve been exposed to, and I guess Cindy Crawford reminds me of that simpler time…when jerking off to a pic of a girl in a bra was ok… I also saw her in person recently, and she’s fucking amazing…all tall and totally gave me sex eyes as her security pushed me out of the way so she could get in her hotel room. I figure having a best friend at a fashion magazine is one step closer to getting that private jet I’ve always wanted, but more importantly, maybe they’ll invite me on site when they get a little more fashion in their shoots by showing model tit… Either way, pantsless Cindy Crawford is a winner…Enjoy… Here’s Niki Taylor – A lot less sexy – But Still a Retired Model from the 90s making a comeback for old times…I figure I might as well give her some airtime so she doesn’t develop an eating disorder and try to kill herself at the Botox clinic…

Apparently, there’s a reason why Gabriel Aubry recently panicked over his paternity. The Canadian model filed a motion on December 30 to be officially, legally declared the father of Nahla, the two-year old daughter he shares with Halle Berry. Insiders tell Radar Online his concern over custody status is based on a series of explosive fights with his ex. “Whenever Gabriel doesn’t do exactly what Halle tells him to do, or if he does something she doesn’t approve of or like, she goes crazy on him, screaming and shouting,” the source says . Referring to Berry as someone with a “nasty temper,” this friend says things grew more heated than ever near the end of the year, as Aubry was spotted out in public with Kim Kardashian and others. “Halle was absolutely furious and had a complete melt-down. She basically gave him an ultimatum: choose between dating other women and carrying on being on her good side… in the end he just got sick of being bossed around and told what to do by his ex-girlfriend.” For that reason, Aubry can’t trust that he and Berry can peacefully work out a custody arrangement outside a courtroom. The source makes it clear that Gabriel believes Halle is a good mother, and has no intention of fighting for full custody of Nahla. He just wants to ensure his rights as her father are protected, especially as Berry has allegedly gone to extreme lengths to discredit him. “Gabriel told me that he believes Halle is having him tailed by a private investigator, and he’s not just some paranoid dude with a wild imagination… if she thinks a PI is going to dig up anything salacious or scandalous I think she’ll be sorely disappointed. Gabriel’s one of the straightest, nicest, bordering on boring guys I know.”

So far back, they put the high in high school. “We went to high school together,” the said of her fellow Long Beach Polytechnic High School alum on Wednesday’s Lopez Tonight. “He was a year older than me.” HOOK IT UP : Girl’s gotta get her smoke on. “I remember him even back then, he was very tall and skinny. He always wore lots of ponytails. A distracted Pennsylvania woman fell in a fountain at the mall because she was texting so feverishly. That’s hilarious, as is the fact that she’s now suing the mall! Oh yes, Cathy Cruz Marrero feels the mall is at fault for not helping her. She claims she could’ve been badly hurt and the security guards should’ve helped. Instead, they laughed. By Jayson Rodriguez Johnny Nunez Photo: MTV News Celebrity Favorites: Johnny Nunez In the playbook for rap stardom, few things are as essential as being photographed by Johnny Nunez. The New York photog has snapped some of the most iconic images in hip-hop, from Jay-Z and Nas sharing a champagne toast to Mick Jagger, Sting and movie mogul Harvey Weinstein each flashing the Roc diamond in a picture together. For the latter, Nunez exhibited his trademark charm to pull off the feat (anyone in New York City social circles can attest to this), but he endured a hostile environment in the process. Nunez has been reflecting on his career lately, with both a documentary on his life (“Shooting Stars”) previewing on the festival circuit and a New Era cap collaboration (to benefit the Eye Can Foundation for the blind). “A client of mine’s friend said [to him], ‘Why did you bring a photographer?’ ” Nunez told Mixtape Daily about snapping the Jagger, Sting and Weinstein pic that paid homage to Roc-A-Fella Records. “I looked back, and all I saw was all these ice grills [looking at me]. So I thought, ‘Wow, what am I gonna do?’ ” The event was a Vanity Fair party overseas, and Nunez had accompanied Damon Dash — he worked as the hip-hop mogul’s personal photographer — and his entourage. Nunez saw the three powerhouse celebrities together in the distance and put his hustle to work. “I said, ‘Excuse me, could I get a photo?’ And I heard the other photographers: ‘What is he doing?’ ” Nunez recalled. “I could feel the security guards wanting to yank me.” Sting agreed, and Nunez asked the singer if he could put his hands together in the diamond symbol made popular by Jay-Z as recognition of his and Dash’s label, Roc-A-Fella. Sting obliged but asked what the gesture meant. “It’s a universal symbol of love,” Nunez shot back. Weinsten also agreed to toss up the Roc. Michael Jackson Doctor Conrad Murray Hid Evidence, Guard Testifies

By Gil Kaufman, with additional reporting by Kara Warner Alberto Alvarez, Michael Jackson’s bodyguard, leaves court after testifying at the preliminary hearing for Dr. Conrad Murray on January 5 Photo: Toby Canham/Getty Images The second day of testimony in the preliminary hearing of Michael Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray , featured damning testimony from one of the late King of Pop’s bodyguards about Murray’s actions in the critical minutes after the singer was found unresponsive. After a former Jackson staffer testified Tuesday that Murray appeared to not know how to perform CPR properly , security guard Alberto Alvarez said on Wednesday (January 5) that the cardiologist frantically grabbed medical evidence from the star’s bedroom before instructing Alvarez to call 911. The Los Angeles Times reported that Alvarez said he was the first person to walk into Jackson’s bedroom after Murray realized his patient was not breathing, where he found the cardiologist administering chest compressions with one hand while Jackson lay on his bed, which goes against the recommended procedure for the life-saving method. “I said, ‘Dr. Murray, what happened?’ ” Alvarez told the court. ” ‘He had a bad reaction, he had a bad reaction,’ that’s all he said.” Alvarez choked up as he described how Jackson’s daughter, Paris, followed him into the room and screamed when she saw her father sprawled out and unresponsive on the bed. He said Murray then instructed him to get the children out of the room, noticing as he left that Jackson’s penis was out of his underwear and that medical tubing was attached to it. When Deputy District Attorney David Walgren asked Alvarez if he knew what a condom catheter was, the security guard said he did not. Alvarez said he then witnessed Murray grabbing a handful of medicine bottles and instructing the security guard to put them in a bag. He told the court that he held open the bag as the doctor dropped the bottles of medicine inside and then put it in a brown canvas bag on the floor, per Murray’s instructions. Murray also allegedly told Alvarez to grab one of the two bags hanging on an IV stand next to Jackson’s bed and put it in another bag. Alvarez said he noticed a “milk-like substance” in the bottom of the IV bag. The Los Angeles County Coroner’s office determined that Jackson died of an acute intoxication of propofol, a powerful surgical anesthetic sometimes referred to as “milk of amnesia” thanks to its milky white appearance. Only after the medical materials had been put away did Murray tell Alvarez to call 911. “After you had collected the bottles per Dr. Murray’s instructions, and after you had collected the bags per Dr. Murray’s instructions, did Dr. Murray instruct you to call 911?” Walgren asked. “Yes, sir,” Alvarez responded. TMZ reported that during cross-examination, defense attorney Ed Chernoff got Alvarez to admit that he never told police about Murray ordering him to remove the bottles and Alvarez later admitted that he may try to sell his story. Later in the day, EMT Richard Senniff testified that he arrived at the Jackson home, just four minutes after the 911 call was placed. According to TMZ, Senniff said that, based on the condition of Jackson’s body, it appeared that Murray waited at least 20 minutes to call 911. Senniff also stated that when he asked Murray what meds Jackson had been administered, he only listed lorazepam (Ativan). Jackson cook Kai Chase also testified, revealing the food she prepared for Jackson prior to his death (seared ahi tuna and salad, white bean Tuscan soup) and that she knew something was wrong when Murray came downstairs in a panic and summoned Jackson’s son, Prince. The preliminary hearing is aimed at determining whether there is enough evidence to try Murray on a felony count of involuntary manslaughter in the June 2009 death of the King of Pop.
