CNN Security Guard Killed By Police While Talking His Son Down From Hostage Situation In today’s episode of “Cops Kill People” a father was tragically taken from his son under suspicious circumstances… Via RawStory Bobby Daniels was a peace officer by trade – a private security guard employed at CNN’s headquarters in Atlanta. When he learned that his emotionally troubled 25-year-old son Bias had suffered a breakdown and was holding a fellow security guard at gunpoint in a mobile home part in Douglasville, Bobby raced to the scene. Using the skills of persuasion and patient de-escalation upon which a private peace officer must rely, Bobby persuaded his son to relinquish his handgun and place it on the hood of a car. Just seconds later, Daniels was fatally shot – not by his mentally ill son, but by the sheriff’s deputies who had arrived on the scene. In familiar fashion, law enforcement officials insist that the victim of this police shooting – at least the 960th to occur in 2015 – was to blame, and they have provided contradictory accounts as to how it happened. “I think that he could have been trying to help the situation instead of hurting it, but when he pointed the gun at the officers, he was shot,” asserted Douglas County Sheriff Phil Miller in remarks to reports at the scene shortly after the December 21 incident. A different official account provided by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation claims that as Bobby and Bias struggled over control of the gun, deputies attempted to incapacitate the younger man with a taser. It’s amazing how each and every time the police murder kill a civilian there are wildly polarized versions of the events.

As you probably know, there are many ways in which the Kardashian-Jenner clan is not your typical American family. For one thing, Kim and company don't have the same boundaries as most sisters. Despite the fact that they're all legal adults now, it's still not uncommon for Kylie to put her hand down Kendall's pants . Or for Kylie to suck on Kendall's tongue . Come to think of it, most of the inappropriate behavior has to do with Kylie. Perhaps that's why Kim decided to flip the script by leaving a dong-shaped pastry on the front step of Kylie's Calabasas mansion . Kylie explains the situation in the video below, but the clip leaves us with more questions than answers. Why is Kim running around pranking people at night when she's nine months pregnant? How are people able to “ding-dong ditch” Kylie? Does she not have 24 hour security? Who took a bite out of the penis?! Obviously, these burning questions might never be answered, but the video gives us an interesting insight into Kim and Kylie's relationship. Clearly, despite their 17-year age difference, Kim has still puts effort into being a fun, spontaneous older sister. Perhaps that's why Kylie wants to transform into Kim . Not the way most siblings would respond to having a cool older sibling, but we think it's safe to say Kylie is not your average 18-year-old.

Oakland Man Brutally Beaten By Whole Foods Security Damn, does it EVER need to be this serious ? This man is in critical condition over an argument in the grocery store? According to Oakland Tribune reports : A Whole Foods Market security guard has been suspended after a violent altercation with a customer at an Oakland store, a spokeswoman said Friday. The alleged assault began about 9:30 p.m. Thursday inside the market located on Bay Place near Lake Merritt, according to spokeswoman Beth Krauss and a witness. Oakland police are investigating the incident as an assault. The witness, Zoe Marks, said in an interview by phone Friday the alleged assault began as a verbal argument between the male customer and a cashier and escalated after a security guard arrived. Marks, a Seattle native and lecturer at Scotland’s University of Edinburgh here for a conference, posted images of the customer lying in a pool of his own blood and another image of medics tending to him. The images have been widely shared on social media. “He wasn’t shouting at anyone. He wasn’t violent or disruptive,” Marks said of the customer. “There was no threat from him to any of the customers or employees. (We) felt safe until the security guard attacked him.” Marks, who gave her statement to Oakland police, said she watched as the guard slammed the man against a concrete pillar, put him in a chokehold until he passed out, and threw him out of the store. “No one called for help. They called for backup,” she said of store employees by phone on Friday. “They were treating him as a threat as he lay unconscious in his own blood.” Krauss said the images Marks posted to Facebook and Twitter “are disturbing to say the least.” “Whole Foods Market considers the safety and security of all team members, customers and members of our community a top priority,” Krauss wrote in an email. “While we move swiftly to gather the facts, we want to make it clear that Whole Foods Market takes a zero tolerance approach to violence,” Krauss wrote. One report claimed the altercation started over the man trying to use an Electronic Benefits Transfer Card. Just crazy though right? The rapper was arrested, according to ABC7 in Chicago, after telling fans to rush past security and barricades and onto the stage. A video posted on Twitter captures some of the apparent chaos, which resulted in the set being shut down after only five minutes. The 23-year-old can be heard chanting, “We want rage.” And this picture gives a glimpse of the aftermath, which looks to have included dozens of fans joining Travis onstage. “The performer played one song and then began telling fans to come over the barricades,” the Office of Emergency Management said in a statement, as reported by ABC. “Due to the security’s quick response, the situation was remedied immediately and no fans were injured. Bernard Berrian Catches Friend And Ex-Teammate Burglarizing His Home What part of the game is THIS??? Via Yahoo! Former Vikings and Bears wide receiver Bernard Berrian has gone from catching passes to criminals, and his post-playing career as a sleuth won’t get any easier than it did when he caught his friend red-handed. The strange but true story, as told by Berrian to KFSN-TV Action News reporter Sontaya Rose, began with a pair of unsolved burglaries in Berrian’s Fresno area home during early April. As a result, the one-time NFL leader in yards per reception installed a security system to help solve the targeted crime spree. Meanwhile, Berrian’s former Fresno State teammate and longtime friend Therrian Fontenot had taken a creepy interest in his whereabouts. Their conversations went something like, “Hey, man, are you around this weekend? Oh, you’re out of town? Any chance you could send over the itinerary? Just curious is all.” A couple weeks later, Fontenot, who appeared in two career NFL games as a defensive back for the Packers and Browns, left a barbecue the two friends attended together, and Berrian received an alert on his phone. He fired up the security footage, and there was Fontenot rifling through his belongings. “I actually watched him doing it while he was doing it,” said Berrian. “I could have actually spoke to him, I got a microphone on there. I could have told him, I got you, while he was doing it.” “I was like, wow, he is a real professional, he takes a spray bottle with him to wipe off fingerprints and a towel.” The game is filthy. SMH. Promoting Awareness | Victim Empowerment (a.k.a. PAVE), a sexual-violence awareness nonprofit, is pressuring the Obama administration to revoke Cosby’s Presidential Medal of Freedom. “The Presidential Medal of Freedom is the highest honor to any American civilian, and Bill Cosby’s name does not belong on it,” PAVE founder Angela Rose told Time. The medal is “presented to individuals who have made especially meritorious contributions to the security or national interests of the United States, to world peace, or to cultural or other significant public or private endeavors,” according to the White House. Then-president George W. Bush gave the embattled comedian the honor in 2002. The petition comes on the heels of Cosby’s recent unsealed admission to having sex with drugged women. “We cannot yet give his accusers their day in court, but we can fight back in the court of public opinion,” the petition writers urge. Although the revocation would be unprecedented (and potentially impossible, according to White House spokesperson Josh Earnest), PAVE is seeking to gather at least 100,000 signatures by August 7. At time of publication, the petition had racked up a little more than 1.3 percent of its goal.
