It’d be a long night for anybody to try and figure out who won what throughout multiple posts so we figured we’d make it easy. Here’s every Black actor that won an award for the show, what category they won, and who they won it against. Sterling K. Brown (pictured above) won an Emmy for “Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie” for his role as Christopher Darden in The People Vs. OJ Simpson: American Crime Story. He also gave a shout out to “the hottest chick in the game wearing [his] chain.” No, not Beyonce. He was talking about his wife. Courtney B. Vance won an Emmy for “Outstanding Actor in a Limited Series or Movie” for his role as Johnnie Cochran in The People Vs. OJ Simpson: American Crime Story. Vance was against Bryan Cranston, in All the Way , Benedict Cumberbatch, in Sherlock: The Abominable Bride , Idris Elba in Luther , Cuba Gooding Jr. in The People vs. O.J. Simpson , and Tom Hiddleston in The Night Manager . This is Vance’s first Emmy win. Vance, like Brown, made sure to shout out his beautiful wife Angela Bassett.

2 Chainz Opens Escobar Lounge In Atlanta Rapper 2 Chainz can now add “restaurateur” to his resume, the G.O.O.D. music maker just opened his first lounge in Atlanta with a “late night brunch” themed party hosted by Def Jam. The space is in the Castleberry Hill section of the city, known for its art scene and loft spaces. The restaurant is call Escobar, an obvious ode to Pablo Escobar. Beyonce and Jay Z Attend The US Open Jay And Bey’s latest NYC date night found them supporting their friend Serena Williams as she slayed and dominated the court. The power pair attended the match as personal guests of Serena Williams who — of course — won tonight’s match. Via USA Today : Serena Williams is tied with Steffi Graf for most Grand Slam tittles in the Open era, and Thursday night she equaled another legend for most match wins by a female player at the major tournaments. Williams was strong, if not her best, in a 6-3, 6-3 victory over fellow American Vania King, earning her 306th career win at a Grand Slam. That tally pulled her even with Martina Navratilova, who was 306-49 during her career at the majors. With the win, Williams moves to 306-42. “I feel like I made a lot of errors,” said Williams, who appeared frustrated at times in the match. “What really matters is I got the win.
