And this religion thing, committing to God as well as to each other. As we reported yesterday – and he confirmed with the Instagram photo he shared before taking down – Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are back together . They were caught kissing at a Bible study group and went to church together Wednesday night, with a close source saying they’re “trying to be better people.” Justin posted a Bible verse on Instagram the next day saying, “After you have suffered a little while, God will restore, confirm, strengthen and establish you.” They were also spotted at the movies earlier this week, which is presumably when he posted (and quickly deleted) the telling photo of Selena kissing his cheek. To think we actually scoffed at the notion that Bieber was sure his girl would come running back to him after their latest split. We should know better. Writing on Instagram that “It’s About Humanity,” Selena posted the controversial message last night for folks to “Pray for Gaza” in regard to the ongoing battle being waged between Israel and Palestine in that region. Gomez is the latest star to weigh in on this difficult topic, with Rihanna (accidentally, she claims) Tweeting ” Free Palestine ” earlier in the week, only for the message to be quickly deleted. But Selena isn’t backing off. “Please pray for those families and babies today. Please always remember what’s important in life,” she explained. Many are now wondering whether Gomez actually supports Hamas – which has launched numerous missiles in an attempt to destroy Israel – or if she’s just expressing prayers for peace in general.
