Blake Lively looks like she’s about to bust out of her dress on the set of Gossip Girl in Brooklyn, New York. The 21-year-old actress who plays Serena van Wondsen on the hit CW show was shooting scenes for the upcoming third season in the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.
