Woman Faces 67 Counts Of Sexual Assault

Christine Hubbs, 42-year-old married mother of three from Livermore, California, has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with two 14-year-old boys. Hubbs is under arrest and facing 67 counts of sexual assault on a minor, unlawful sexual intercourse with person under 18 years, oral copulation, lewd act on a child, distribution or exhibition of lewd material to a minor, Contacting a minor for the purpose of engaging in lewd or lascivious behavio Police were contacted on July 27 about the alleged assaults which date back to 2008 after a parent allegedly found a nude photo of Hubbs on their son's cell phone. Search warrants were obtained and Hubbs' personal computer and phones were seized, revealing her ongoing relationships with the teenagers. According to one of the boys, Hubbs first performed sex acts on him when he was 13-years-old, back in 2008, and continued until recentyl. Hubbs had sex with the boys in her car and hotels. Police say Hubbs used her cell phone to transmit messages and nude photos to the boys who say she gave them money and gifts. During the investihation of the alleged sexual realionthip with the first boy, investigators found that there was another minor boy with whom Christine Shreeve Hubbs entered into a sexual relationship. No more fillings? Gel regenerates teeth

Dentists could soon hang up their drills. A new peptide, embedded in a soft gel or a thin, flexible film and placed next to a cavity, encourages cells inside teeth to regenerate in about a month, according to a new study in the journal ACS Nano. This technology is the first of its kind. The new gel or thin film could eliminate the need to fill painful cavities or drill deep into the root canal of an infected tooth. “It's not like toothpaste,” which prevent cavities, said Nadia Benkirane-Jessel, a scientist at the Institut National de la Sante et de la Recherche Medicale and a co-author of a recent paper. “Here we are really trying to control cavities (after they develop).” Drilling teeth and filling them is safe and effective. Dentists fill millions of cavities each year across the United States. However, though dentists numb the tooth, many patients still rue the sound of that drill. The new research could make a trip to the dentist's office more pleasant, said Berkirane-Jessel. Instead of a drill, a quick dab of gel or a thin film against an infected tooth could heal teeth from within. Wow. An Inconvenient Rumor: Al Gore Accused of Sexual Assault on Massage Therapist

Al Gore has had better months. Ever since the former Vice President of the United States separated from wife Tipper, scandalous allegations have been a-flyin’. The latest? The National Enquirer says Gore was accused of sexually attacking a masseuse in Portland, Oregon, back in 2006, and is named in a police report. The bombshell story will include the secret police documents, a photo of the woman making the stunning charges and will reveal the details, the tabloid says. Alleged proof of the encounter? Pants she saved as evidence. True or not, this report comes just weeks after Al and Tipper Gore split . The Enquirer says she suspected he was involved with “a gorgeous massage therapist.” Well, at least she’s pretty, supposedly. AL GORE SEX ATTACK : A month ago, if you told us we would report two stories about the former V.P. getting his freak on, we probably wouldn’t have believed you . He’s also accused of an affair with Laurie David , ex-wife of Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm creator Larry David, and a producer on An Inconvenient Truth . The celebrity gossip tabloid says the 62-year-old Gore was in Portland at the time of the alleged incident – October 24, 2006 – and has the $540 massage bill. No criminal charges were filed against Gore, but Portland police prepared a document marked “Confidential Special Report” – containing explosive allegations. A woman, whose name is being withheld by the publication, reportedly lodged a complaint “unwanted sexual contact” by Al Gore “at a local upscale hotel.” We would say this is pure nonsense, but it’s not exactly loose, vague wording of the OK! or Star variety. Besides, after Rielle Hunter , nothing is surprising.

Tito Ortiz Arrested For Assault on Jenna Jameson

Tito Ortiz, Jenna Jameson’s MMA fighter beau and baby daddy, was just arrested for allegedly beating her. He faces felony domestic violence charges. The alleged attack occurred at the home he shares with Jenna in Huntington Beach, Calif., and left the legendary porn star with “visible injuries.” Someone called 911 this morning at 9:53 a.m. and reported a “disturbance.” Few other details are known at this time, but THG will keep you posted. Jenna Jameson and Tito Ortiz have been together more than three years . Tito Ortiz s currently in custody and on his way to an Orange County jail. Ben Roethlisberger Cleared in Sexual Assault Case

NFL star Ben Roethlisberger will not be charged for sexual assault over the alleged incident that took place March 5 in Georgia, according to news reports. According to Milledgeville, Ga., prosecutor Fred Bright, the alleged victim wrote a letter on March 17, stating she no longer wanted to pursue the case. Why she wanted it over with is unclear, but it’s a done deal . During his investigation, Bright claims that “everyone” involved said that both the quarterback and the Ben Roethlisberger accuser were highly intoxicated. What’s unclear is what went on in the bathroom at Capital City nightclub, as “significant questions about what occurred” mean Ben won’t be prosecuted. BEN THERE, DONE THAT : Roethlisberger dodges another bullet . After the alleged incident, the woman went to a local hospital where a doctor and two nurses examined her and found “a superficial laceration,” bruising and bleeding. The woman told doctors “a boy kinda raped me,” but prosecutors say the doctor could not definitively say if the woman’s injuries substantiated a sexual assault claim . Bright said Roethlisberger initially claimed the woman fell and hit her head in the bathroom, but after she arrived at the hospital, doctors found no trauma to the head. After that, Bright says Ben’s agent stepped in and said the quarterback wouldn’t answer questions without an attorney present. In any case, he’s in the clear now. His civil suit courtesy of Andrea McNulty is still pending, however.
