Lil Wayne Ordered To Submit To DNA Test Remember when we told you that a Louisiana woman was demanding child support payments from Lil Wayne for her then 15-year-old son, whom she claimed she conceived with the rapper back in the early 2000’s? Wayne claimed he never once even touched the lady in question, so the kid couldn’t possibly be his. Now the woman in question, Keiotia Watson, is looking to prove once and for all that the rapper is the father of her son Dwayne Carter, whom she named after his “daddy.” According to TMZ , Wayne has been ordered to submit DNA for a paternity test to determine once and for all if he is indeed the child’s father and will have to pay Keiotia $5,000 a month in child support for the next two years. Katt Williams Settles Lawsuit Out Of Court   the actress who claimed he assaulted her has decided to settle matters outside of court for more than $10,000. The victim, Jamila Majesty, claimed that she visited Katt’s’ Malibu crib in 2016. After arriving at the residence, there were several other women in attendance. The actress says she used Williams personal bathroom, which resulted in the him getting belligerent and yelling, “no one uses my bathroom.” Allegedly, Williams and the women in his home then began to beat Majesty until she lost conciseness. During the beating which allegedly lasted for 3 hours, the victim claims that Katt burned her with a cigarette. Also she claims that during the beating one woman was “reading a book about witchcraft and casting spells while throwing questionable items into a nearby fire”. Majesty escaped the mansion and drove home without calling the police in total fear that Williams would retaliate. She filed a lawsuit for assault, battery, emotional distress and false imprisonment after a few months.   Continue reading →

SMH: E! Producer Claims She Was Fired Over Airing Celebrity Criticism Of The Network

News  host Catt Sadler made the decision to leave after finding out that her salary was half that of her male counterparts. Her courageous decision was announced in early February, which came only a few days before the Golden Globe ceremony–which is where celebrities were particularly fired up to speak out against the systemic sexism of Hollywood. Now, another woman is claiming she was wrongfully terminated by the network. The producer, Aileen Gram-Moreno, told the  New York Times   that she was fired from E! for allowing Eva Longoria to criticize the network and support Catt Sadler. She filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Thursday. She claims she was unfairly terminated and replaced by a man. Gram-Moreno elaborated, “They said, if there’s any mention of Catt in the pre-show, make sure you flag it. You’re censoring celebrities; it’s just not a good idea in my humble opinion. But it wasn’t my decision.” However, the producer claims there were just too many prerecorded interviews to thoroughly review them all, and she was unable to listen to Longoria’s interview all the way through. So when she says towards the end, “We stand with you, Catt,” Gram-Moreno was “devastated about the mistake,” and apologized to her executive producer via text, who said it was probably unavoidable. Five days later, however, Gram-Moreno said she was fired from all upcoming shows she had already been booked for, including the Screen Actors Guild Awards, the Grammys, and the Oscars. E!  spokeswoman, Sarah Goldstein insists that Gram-Moreno is just a freelancer who averages 20 days a year, and she was let go only due to performance issues. Continue reading →

Raymond Boyd/Getty Images Firefighter Accused Of Calling A Toddler The N-Word According to reports from KCTV 5 News , a man in Kansas is accused of spitting on a preschool-aged boy and calling him the n-word while dinning at a Hooters restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas on Monday. Apparently, the young reportedly wandered away from a birthday party that his family was attending at the restaurant, which for some reason made this other patron upset. When one of the boy’s relatives came to retrieve him, a man reportedly began calling the child racial slurs and, at one point, spit on him. A source told KCTV, “He basically said get that little ‘blank’ up off the floor…The n-word started to get thrown around.” The witness said he was sure a physical altercation would ensue, but police were called to the restaurant as soon as things got heated. Once authorities arrived, the man reportedly told officers that everything was alright because he was a first-responder. “I didn’t catch what the officer said to him, but his immediate response was ‘It’s OK, I’m a fireman,’” the witness recalled. “Like that was supposed to blanket cover everything for him.” This “firefighter” wasn’t arrested, but the Overland Park police insist they continue to work with the case. Maury Phillips/WireImage Columbus Short Pleads No Contest To Hitting His Wife According to reports from TMZ , Columbus Short is set to go away to jail for a few months. If you know anything about the actor, you’ve probably heard stories of him being fired from his gig on the popular TV series Scandal after reports of domestic abuse, and it looks like years later, he still hasn’t learned his lesson. Short entered his plea on Friday in Los Angeles after getting arrested back in November. According to prosecutors, he hit new wife Aida Abramyan during an argument–he was sentenced to 36 months probation and domestic violence education. Unfortunately for Short, he was already on probation for a 2014 bar fight where he knocked out a guy, so he got the year in jail for violating his probation. As aforementioned, Columbus has serious issues with domestic violence. He’s also on probation for a previous incident where he allegedly   put a knife to his ex-wife’s throat. Short announced his engagement and pregnancy with current wife just months after breaking up with Karrine Steffans in 2016. Even though the actor himself pleaded no contest to the charge, his wife is telling a different story. She took to Twitter to show support of her husband and say the media has it all wrong. He announced via Medium on the last day of February that he would be showcasing one female rapper every day for the first 10 days in march, and emphasized that with Donald Trump in office, Hip-Hop is his “great escape.” Jeffries writes about the meaning of his mission, “In every field of human endeavor, women excel when given a fair shot. (Photo by Brian Stukes/Getty Images) Rapper Was Hospitalized Early Thursday Reportedly With Pneumonia Rapper Rick Ross’ sudden illness was so severe that it kept him out of a hearing Thursday for his ongoing child support battle with his son’s mother. Ross, whose real name is William Leonard Roberts, was supposed to appear March 1 in Broward County Family Court for a mediation meeting with baby mama Tia Kemp, but the judge agreed to cancel the hearing at the last minute after both Kemp and Ross asked for a postponement, according to court records obtained by BOSSIP. Someone inside Ross’ $1.4 million home called 911 overnight Thursday to report an unresponsive man with a history of seizures who was breathing heavily, according to the rapper’s dispatch report, which was obtained by BOSSIP. The caller said when the man – later ID’d as Ross – woke up, he was combative, “slobbing out of the mouth” and had “boo-boo’d” on himself. Multiple outlets are reporting that Ross is battling pneumonia. Kemp sued Ross back in 2007 to establish paternity and child support. The case was closed in 2013, but Kemp reopened it two years later because she said that she needed the child support upped from $2,800 to $20,000 because their son needed resources like counseling, extracurricular activities and tutoring. The mom argued that Ross’ income had drastically changed and most recently, Kemp filed a motion to force Ross to pay for her son’s tutoring and for a psychological evaluation. However, Ross fired back, saying his income hadn’t changed and Kemp needed to get a job. We reached out to Kemp Friday, and she declined to comment, saying she was on the way to the hospital. Taylor Hill/Getty Images Kim Kardashian Has Another Show In The Works Kim Kardashian is set to executive produce yet another reality show, along with E!’s  Keeping Up With the Kardashians  and her new Lifetime show about beauty bloggers, Glam Masters . You Kiddin’ Me  is going to be a comedy prank series that involves both kids and celebrities, and if Kim has anything to say about it, it’s sure to be a viral hit. The series will consist of 10-episodes and is going to be produced by Lionsgate. According to reports from  Deadline,   the show will air via the Facebook Watch video platform. Lionsgate has said about the project that the “new series peeks into the family relationships of Hollywood stars as children prank their famous parents and an unsuspecting public.” Kim is an executive producer along with Jennifer O’Connell, Brian Tannenbaum, Peter M. Cohen, and Melissa Stokes. Apparently, You Kiddin’ Me  will recruit people on Facebook to participate in the pranks, which is what the producers and celebrity kids will use to crowdsource the best prank ideas.
