Beyonce Buys Cher’s $45 Million Malibu Mansion Via Complex Cher’s lavish mansion on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu has been sold to another epic diva: Beyonce herself. It was listed in 2008 for $45 million however it was taken off the market because Cher said the view was too good to get rid of. However in March it was silently put back up for sale and it has been picked up by Queen B. The 13,126-square-foot mansion has an Italian Renaissance-style and is quite astounding as you can see in the photos above. It boasts stone walls and a stamped-copper dining-room ceiling. The Ron Wilson-designed palace contains seven bedrooms, 9 baths, a theatre, a tennis court, a pool, and an adjacent guest house. It is truly a palace. Apparently this past Saturday the deal went through and Cher held a party following the big news, which you can hear more about in the video below. Trey Songz Off The Hook In Assault Case According to TMZ Trey Songz is officially off the hook in his strip club assault case … after prosecutors decided they couldn’t prove the rapper smacked a woman in the face WITH CASH during an album release party last August … TMZ has learned. We broke the story … Songz was arrested for assault in NY after a woman at Club Perfection told cops Trey threw a “sum of United States currency” at her face, “causing substantial pain to her left eye.” It’s unclear if the woman was a stripper … or just one of those sexy waitresses that don’t get naked (so disappointing, right?). Officials investigated the incident … and ultimately determined they couldn’t prove he did anything illegal, so Trey is in the clear. But the Queens D.A.’s office tells TMZ … even if Trey did throw cash, “There would be no clear case of misconduct. Teen Boy Gets Piggy Bank Stolen By Prostitute Via CBS News reports: A teenage boy who used an iPad to arrange a meeting with an alleged prostitute ended up with a different experience than he’d intended. The boy, 14, from the Chicago suburb Prospect Heights, set up the intended encounter using a website for sexual liaisons, police say. CBS Chicago reports when the woman arrived at the teenager’s home Wednesday, she allegedly sprayed him with pepper spray, stole the iPad, a piggy-bank and a jar full of money. Police were able to track the suspect when she later used the iPad. Dareka Brooks, 22, of Milwaukee, was charged with one count of armed robbery. Her bond was set at $10,000. Her next court appearance is set for May 31. The teenage victim is safe, police said. Poor kid really did get screwed…. Continue reading →
