Woman Claims Sexual Assault At The Hands Of Water Toy Held By Hibachi Cook Sexual assault is no joke. It is to be taken very seriously. This, however, is a lil’, well, read this report from AZFamily for yourself and tell us what you think… A woman’s husband said she was sexually assaulted when she was squirted with water from a toy at a hibachi restaurant. The woman, Isabelle Lassiter, and her husband, James Lassiter, called the police but refused to file charges when they arrived Monday. “It was a sexual-style assault on my wife,” James Lassiter said Tuesday. The toy, used during the cook’s show at Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse, was made to look like a little boy, and it shoots water when its plastic pants are pulled down. Isabelle Lassiter said she thinks the cooks here showed a little too much of the little guy in the cook’s hand. “It peed on me, basically,” she said Tuesday. Really? You got R.Kelly’ed? Really? Smh. Isabelle and James Lassiter were in town on a job from Texas. They said they were mortified when the chef essentially made the toy urinate water on Isabelle. “(It happened) in front of our minor children and grandchildren,” James Lassiter said. “It really didn’t have a wiener, but you got the point,” Isabelle Lassiter said. Police noted the doll wasn’t anatomically correct, but the Lassiters said that didn’t matter. “Just because somebody cut off a piece of plastic, OK, it’s not there anymore, doesn’t change the fact that you’re getting peed on,” James Lassiter said. Florida Judge Said Blacks Should Get On A Boat And Go Back To Africa Well no wonder there’s no justice in the justice system… A Florida circuit judge has been reassigned as formal charges are being levied against him for using the “c-word” to a female attorney AND saying blacks should “go back to Africa.” According to Jacksonville.com reports A state judicial panel has filed formal charges against Jacksonville Circuit Judge Mark Hulsey alleging he used racist and misogynistic language to subordinates. The complaint includes charges that Hulsey, who is paid $146,000 a year, referred to a woman as a “c–t” and said blacks “should go get back on a ship and go back to Africa.” In a statement Hulsey said he’d done nothing wrong and looks forward to clearing his name, but hours after the allegations became public Chief Judge Mark Mahon reassigned Hulsey to the Probate Division. “These allegations are very serious, and if true, very troubling,” Mahon said in a prepared statement.”This is done not to pass judgement on the truth of these charges but to continue the orderly administration of justice. For me to comment any further would not be appropriate.” “These false allegations have been a poorly kept secret hanging over me like a cloud for months,” Hulsey said in emailed remarks Wednesday. “I am pleased the JQC (Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission) has concluded its initial investigation, and that I will now have an opportunity to respond to them in a public forum.” Word of accusations against Hulsey spread well before the commission’s decision. In June, several black pastors asked for Hulsey’s resignation, expressing doubts black defendants could be treated fairly in his court. SMH… Ironically this guy is up for re-election later this year. He was elected in 2010 after a twenty year career as an attorney. Ironically along with him potentially being a racist and a misogynist, he’s also been accused of pushing his work onto his staff attorneys (even during a DEATH PENALTY case!) and exploiting his judicial assistant by having her pay personal bills, write letters and phone people on his behalf. Via TheDailyBeast Patrick Mumford, 24, was sitting in a driveway the afternoon of Feb. 1 when officers with the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department approached him. Less than a minute later, they shot him twice with a stun gun. The police had a warrant for another man, Michael Clay, but immediately assumed they had their guy. Indeed, the lawmen believed Mumford was Clay, and that he was lying about his identity, a review of body camera footage shows. Now Mumford’s fate is hanging in the balance because Savannah police mistook him for someone else. After the frightening encounter, Mumford was charged with violating probation—stemming from a nonviolent drug offense—and could spend up to seven years in jail, his attorney says.
