According to RadarOnline reports : NBA’s infamous bad boy Allen Iverson lost a legal battle with his former attorneys after he refused to pay for their help on his nasty divorce filing, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. Tawanna Iverson, Allen’s ex-wife, filed for divorce back in June 2011 and the nasty divorce wasn’t settled until over a year later in Jan. 2013 — during at which time the judge who finalized the split shed the guard in a less than favorable light. “[Iverson] does not know how to manage the children; has little interest in learning to manage the children and has actually, at times, been a hindrance to their spiritual and emotional growth and development. For example, he has refused to attend to an obvious and serious alcohol problem, which has caused him to do inappropriate things in the presence of the children while impaired,” the judge wrote in the divorce decree. “He has left the children alone without supervision. He has left his young daughters in a hotel room with men who are unknown to the mother.” Iverson allegedly refused to pay the firm over $60,000 for their services — so the firm sued him in a Georgia court and won against the baller on Oct. 30, 2013 to the tune of $64,892.61, which is the principal amount plus interest. But Iverson hasn’t paid up yet, so the firm filed a lien against him on Nov. 7. We really feel for those kids and poor Tawanna. That guy is the epitome of how your ego can rob you of EVERYTHING. We just hope he gets it together at some point before it’s too late to repair his relationship with his kids. That’s something you can never get back!
Darren’s got some ‘splainin’ to do … Darren Sharper Charged With Rape And Drugging Of Multiple Women According to TMZ reports : Darren Sharper has just been charged with 2 counts of rape in L.A. … after the former New Orleans Saints superstar allegedly drugged multiple women and raped them in his hotel room … TMZ Sports has learned. Among the charges … two counts of rape by use of drugs, four counts of furnishing a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance, all felonies. Sharper — who had a Hall of Fame-caliber NFL career as a safety — is accused of drugging the women with zolpidem (Ambien). Officials say Sharper met the two women in a West Hollywood nightclub on October 30th and invited them to another party. On the way, officials say they stopped at Darren’s hotel room and he gave them each a shot. The women then passed out and hours later one of the women claims she woke up with Sharper sexually assaulting her. The second woman says she woke up and “interrupted his actions.” Once wasn’t enough for thirsty-azz Darren though… Officials say Sharper STRUCK AGAIN on January 14th … when he returned to the same West Hollywood nightclub and found two more women. Sharper allegedly pulled the same scheme — inviting them back to hs room, gave them a shot, they passed out, he raped them. Officials say both women left his hotel and sought medical treatment. Sharper was arrested on January 17th. He was released on $200k bail. In addition to the rape, officials also say he was illegally in possession of morphine. If convicted, Sharper faces more than 30 YEARS in prison. Officials are recommending the judge set his bail at $10 MILLION. Can’t lie, doesn’t look good for bruh.

According to Sister 2 Sister: The ladies of SWV are allowing reality TV cameras into their lives, and despite what other divas have experienced, they’re not worried about the exposure ruining their reputations. Coko Clemons, Lelee Lyons and Taj George star in “SWV Reunited,” premiering Thursday on WE tv, and while stars of the “R&B Divas” franchise have lost a few fans after appearing on reality TV, the SWV ladies don’t think that’s something they need to worry about. “We were aware that the cameras were there and they were filming everything. You gotta be smart when you’re taping reality TV. You can’t just act any kinda crazy way. You gotta think smart,” said Coko. “I don’t think we’re acting like Kelly Price [of ‘R&B Divas: LA].” When it comes to reality TV, it seems the haters are more vocal than the fans, but SWV isn’t worried about Twitter thugs. “Some of the comments…people are just crazy,” Taj said. “You have some who absolutely love you. Some don’t know a thing about you and can’t stand the cells in your body. You have to realize, these people know nothing about you. According to NY Daily News reports : Kelly Rhodes, 49, faces up to 15 years in prison after she left the body of Mary Gertrude Grenia, 89, wrapped in blankets outside of a Port Huron Township Goodwill store, the Times Herald reported. Prosecutors don’t believe Rhodes killed the woman, but said she may have neglected to care for her elderly mother, leading to her death. “I love her and miss her more than I ever could imagine,” Rhodes, originally from Salem, Ore., told the court during sentencing on Friday. The cold-hearted daughter displayed a “callousness that is frankly hard to fathom,” prosecutor Mona Armstrong said, when Rhodes dumped the body beside a Dumpster on March 12. The shocking crime was captured on surveillance video. “I understand I need to be punished for my poor decisions that were not sensible or logical at all,” Rhodes told the newspaper before her sentencing. The uncaring daughter reportedly took her sick and elderly mother out of a nursing home three years ago, but had fallen on hard times financially. The court didn’t accept the excuse and found her guilty of manslaughter, fourth-degree vulnerable adult abuse and removing a dead body without permission of a medical examiner. Grenia had heart and lung disease, and an autopsy showed no signs of trauma. Prosecutors believe Grenia died in her daughter’s truck before her corpse was dumped and left behind. “The bottom line is, (Grenia) was not provided that simple dignity she was entitled to at her age and after raising this particular defendant,” Armstrong said, the newspaper reported. Ludacris has been in a long-term relationship with Eudoxie — pronounced kinda like the book in the Bible (don’t ask). But Luda took a break from Eudo long enough to get Tamika Fuller preggo. Cai Bella Bridges was born December 9th. And here’s where the plot thickens. It seems Ludacris knows he’s the daddy, but he’s worried Tamika will go in for the kill. So he’s filed legal docs — obtained by TMZ — claiming he’s only pulling in $25,842.41 a month on average. Under Georgia law … his monthly child support payment would be set at $1,754.66. Bride Charged $50K To Company Card To Pay For Luxury Wedding La’Reese and Darelle Darville got married in luxury June 1 at the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood, with rose petals lining the aisle and an arch of white flowers crowning over them as they said their vows. Police have one question: How did they pay for it? Via Palm Beach Post reports: The answer, they allege, is her employer’s credit card — and to the tune of nearly $50,000. La’Reese Darville, 31, of Port St. Lucie was arrested Monday on fraud and grand theft charges after city police said she used the card to front most of her wedding costs. She was released later that day from the St. Lucie County Jail on $,7,500 bail. Reached at her home Wednesday evening, Darville described the situation as a huge misunderstanding. She said the charges were made with the permission of her father, Leroy Felix, a part-owner of her employer, Partners III Pawn Shop. Darville said her father helped her with the wedding’s expenses and provided her with a credit-card number that was linked to the business. “It’s been said, or worded, that the card was stolen,” Darville said. “I called. He gave me the number and (said) use it. I used it and it was being paid back, so I have no idea what the whole big deal is about, but (certainly) it was a huge mix-up.” Those who were paid with that money, however, are left to wonder what lies in store for them. “I just can’t imagine what was going through her brain that day,” said Sara Kauss, a Jupiter-based photographer, who said she enjoyed meeting the Darvilles and working the wedding. “She should have worked hard and saved up and then planned this wedding.” Police were called to the pawn shop, on Southwest Bayshore Boulevard between Crosstown Parkway and Port St. Lucie Boulevard, on Nov. 17. They spoke with two other owners, Keith Angelotti and Scott Matthews. Angelotti and Matthews said Darville, their operations manager, takes care of their finances. The three owners have individual Bank of America credit cards for the company’s account, and Matthews is the primary name on the account. On Nov. 12, the bank called Matthews to say he was late on making payments. He found out the card was overdrawn about $10,000. He also discovered that Felix’s card was charged about $10,000 and Angelotti’s card was charged about $28,000. The charges were from wedding vendors — such as photographers and planners — and for renting the casino. Police said Matthews asked Felix about the transactions, and Felix said he didn’t know anything about it. Matthews and Angelotti spoke with Darville, a store employee for about eight years. She acknowledged using the cards for her wedding but blamed it on her father. She said she never told him about the $10,000, but he told her one time she could use Angelotti’s card. Darville said she recently left the company and is now a stay at-home mother. Darville met with police Monday and admitted to using her employer’s credit card account 14 times for her wedding. She also said she used around $3,000 from her employer’s checking account to pay some of the credit-card charges. Police say Darville also told them she intended on repaying the business in full. Police say the $10,000 to her father’s credit card was with his permission, but Darville did not have permission to charge $39,286.24 to the company’s account. She also said she has repaid $17,161.49 but has no record of it. We wonder if her boss attended the wedding?
