As Teen Mom stars go, Kailyn Lowry is pretty sane and stable. But sadly, it seems even otherwise level-headed humans are capable of getting caught up in the insanity of waist-training. If you’re not familiar with waist-training, it’s an idiotic fitness trend endorsed by the Kardashians that doesn’t actually sculpt your waist into a more slender shape, but might cause damage to vital organs. Now, Kailyn is shilling for a waist-trainer manufacturer (for an undisclosed fee, of course), and she’s either lying to her fans, or she actually buys the company’s BS claims. “Summer body almost ready,” Lowry captioned the above photo. “Losing more inches off my waist by eating healthy & waist training w/@Colombianwaist. I wear it 4-6 hrs & it’s very comfortable.” “I recommend it to all Moms that [are] trying to get that pre baby body back or for anyone who wants a smaller waist.” There’s no denying that she’s is in great shape these days, but we’re guessing that has more to do with Kailyn’s extensive plastic surgery than with some torturous-looking contraption that would make Scarlett O’Hara wince. “But their love seems so real!” said no one ever. While Bachelorette Kailyn Bristowe and her #1 rose recipient, Shawn Booth are keeping marriage talk at bay, former contestant JJ Lane is calling their relationship a total sham. Lane spoke to In Touch about how Bristowe and Booth are sitting on a throne of lines together in the name of cash. And though he may be right in his assumptions that this is all a farce, Lane kinda sounds bitter to say the least. “Kaitlyn and Shawn’s relationship is a sham ,” Lane claimed. “They have a business relationship. Shawn is only sticking with her for the money.” What about true love? What about the televised wedding? “Shawn is such a jealous, insecure person,” Lane continued. “There is no way that Kaitlyn is going to be able to live her life long-term with a guy like that.” Like any villain, Lane ended his interview with a zinger. “I will revel in their divorce!” he proclaimed. OK, guy. chill out. Few Bachelor/Bachelorettes have gone the distance with their rose recipient, so everything Lane is saying could possibly be true. However, ABC must have some ironclad restrictions on what past and present contestants can and cannot say. Bottom line: Save it for the tell-all, Lane (be sure to get through the legal tape first). Might Bruce Jenner have been the unsung hero of Keeping up with the Kardashians? The transgender star, now known as Caitlyn Jenner of course, no longer appears on his family’s reality show. And look at what has subsequently happened to the program’s ratings. According Nielson, the return of Keeping Up with the Kardashians last month only brought in 1.9 million viewers, a drastic drop off from the 2.5 million the series had averaged during its previous run. What might this mean for the future of E!’s flagship reality show? Probably not much. Looking ahead, those who watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online will see Kylie Jenner and Tyga go public with their relationship, a storyline expected to result in a major ratings boost. There’s also been talk that Kris Jenner wants to marry boyfriend Corey Gamble on the Season 11 finale. The couple has not been together for very long, but this is Kris Jenner we’re talking about. Since when do real feelings trump the chance to make more money? An insider has told Radar Online that Kris told her kids “that having [the wedding] as an episode of the show is an extremely lucrative idea.” And then imagine how she can cash in on the future divorce episodes?!? A new report reveals that Booth and Bristowe aren’t even sleeping in the same bed, even as they’re keeping up appearances with their charade. This week’s edition of In Touch claims that they’ve already split; Shawn cheating on Kaitlyn has also been a persistent rumor of late. A witness dished to the tabloid, “They were so lovey-dovey. But, when the cameras turned off, they immediately stopped holding hands.” At Fashion Week, “Kaitlyn jumped on her phone while Shawn sat there checking out the beautiful models. They act like total strangers.” Other sources close to them say that fans at Fashion Week weren’t imagining the tension between Shawn Booth and Kaitlyn Bristowe. It was real. An insider dished, “Kaitlyn and Shawn really did love each other at first. But, he was constantly on her about who she was texting and talking to.” “Shawn never showed this side of himself during the show. Kaitlyn eventually realized that she didn’t want to be with someone like that.” Still, the couple (or former couple?) are sticking it out, and not just because they want to make sure if this romance can stand the test of time. The magazine goes on to say that Kaitlyn and Shawn are faking their engagement and planning on keeping that going as long as they can. After all, even staying together means a big payout – just ask Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert – so imagine the jackpot they’ll hit if they marry. True love.
