Looks like Charlie Sheen is at it again, trashing the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services on Twitter in violation of a gag order. He also seems to be hungry for some fresh seafood. The actor, who is living with the department, just tweeted the following messages, all using the letters DCFS and making some thinly-veiled points: If you missed the background story here, Sheen is furious that ex-wife Brooke Mueller has been granted a path to establishing full custody of their twins. Brooke’s brother Scott was given custody after Charlie’s previous ex, Denise Richards, told the court she couldn’t care for Bob, Max and her two girls. There is a gag order in place and Charlie has been warned about running his mouth (and Twitter) about the issue. His lawyer promised he’d behave. So much for that. Then again, the judge in the case has also showed restraint, fearing that coming down on Sheen will only make this more of a circus. He’ll probably let it slide for that reason … but we guarantee he’s not amused, despite Sheen’s aptitude for clever wordplay at the expense of DCFS .

Convinced that she exhibited signs of heavy poisoning, Bertolotti pushed for independent testing on his late daughter’s hair, blood and tissue samples. He reached out to The Carlson Company to conduct independent tests, and was shocked by the results. The lab reports were alarming to say the least: “Ten (10) of the heavy metals evaluated were detected at levels higher that the WHO [The World Health Organization] high levels.” “Testing the hair strand sample identified as” back of the head” we have detected ten (10) heavy metals at levels above the WHO high levels recommendation.” “If we were to eliminate the possibility of a simultaneous accidental heavy metals exposure to the sample donor then the only logical explanation would be an exposure to these metals (toxins) administered by a third party perpetrator with likely criminal intent.” Many of these heavy metals the report speaks of are most frequently found in rodenticides and insecticides. In other words, rat poison and the like. Her father knew that she had displayed symptoms of metal poisoning , including headaches, cramps, wheezing, disorientation, congestion and pneumonia. It’s still unclear whether she ingested such materials by accident or at the sinister behest of someone else, but her father won’t rest until he finds out. He has also spoken out about the many tabloid “rumors” that the Clueless actress had a drug problem, which contributed to her death at the age of 32. “Vicious rumors, spread by tabloids, unfairly smeared Brittany’s reputation,” Angelo told the Examiner. “My daughter was neither anorexic nor a drug junkie.” “Brittany and Simon were ridiculed by The Hollywood Reporter,” he adds, “when they complained of being under surveillance and in fear for their lives.” “I will not rest until the truth is told. There will be justice for Brittany.”

Nearly 80 years after the original hit theaters, a sequel to It’s a Wonderful Life is reportedly in the works. According to Variety, the follow-up film will star Karolyn Grimes (who portrayed George Bailey’s daughter, Zuzu, in the 1946 classic) and be titled It’s A Wonderful Life: The Rest of the Story . Grimes uttered the famously beloved line “Every time a bell rings, an angel gets his wings.” The new movie will find Karolyn actually portraying an angel and showing George’s grandson what the world would be like if he had never been born. “The storyline of the new film retains the spirit of the original – every life is important as long as you have friends,” screenwriter and producer Bob Farnsworth said. Adds Grimes: “The new film will retain the feeling of the original, and it simply must be shared. I’ve probably read close to 20 scripts over the years suggesting a sequel to It’s a Wonderful Life , but none of them were any good. Make that 41 fraud charges for Teresa Giudice. With The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her husband already facing up to 30 years in prison as the result of allegations over forged bankruptcy documents, U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman now says two new counts have been tacked on. They result from a $361,250 mortgage that Teresa took out in 2005. “In the course of obtaining the loan, she and Giuseppe Giudice prepared a loan application which falsely stated that Teresa Giudice was employed as a realtor and that she had a monthly salary of $15,000,” Fishman said. “Teresa Giudice was not employed outside the home at the time.” Teresa and Joe will answer this latest charge in a Newark court Wednesday. They pleaded not guilty in August to the 39 other charges. The federal indictment accuses the Giudices of exaggerating their income by faking her employment history while applying for various loans. The couple supposedly failed to disclose rental and business income after filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2009. They are free on $500,000 bond, but has to give up their passports and will face a trial some time in 2014. If convicted, the Giudices face up to three decades years in jail and a $1 million fine.

Charlie Sheen was summoned into an L.A. courtroom after tweeting insults about the judge handling his kids’ custody case, but was let off the hook. The actor called the judge “anus brain” and his former wife an “Adderall snorting husk” after Brooke Mueller’s brother Scott was awarded guardianship. Despite a gag order barring him from slamming his ex in public, or talking about the case at all for that matter, Charlie will not be prosecuted for the stunt. The judge thinks it may turn the court into even more of a “circus” and just wants things to die down. Charlie, meanwhile, wants other stuff to die. Sheen tweeted Brooke a picture of a cake with a grenade in it after Brooke lost her battle to win a restraining order keeping him from coming near her. The 48-year-old actor tweeted: “So lemme see if I got this straight …” “My twin boys are now in harm’s way and in grave danger, being ‘raised’ by a gaggle of incompetent and lascivious marionettes all ruled and fooled by an Adderall snorting husk called Brooke.” “And guess what CPS and ‘I’m Italian’ judge anus-brain ,” he went on. “You may have gagged me temporarily, but mark my unspoken words, anything happens to my boys, and you will get to know me, know who I truly am, a loving father.” Despite being warned that he faced jail if he broke the order, Sheen defiantly wrote: “If this means being jailed for loving and trying to protect my children, go for it.” “I have as many friends on the inside as I do out here. My passion WILL NOT be silenced. You are all standing in my way. I’d recommend a shift in your geography.” It is believed that Brooke Mueller, who struggled with drug abuse in the past, begged a judge for custody after Denise Richards “turned her boys against her.” It was eventually granted after she put her brother Scott forward to look after the boys. They will live with him for the time being, NOT under the same roof as Brooke. Richards who has two young daughters with Sheen, wrote a letter to the court detailing alleged behavioral problems and mood swings of Bob and Max, 4.
