All the pop-culture popularity Chuck built up over the last few years might just be washed away in a wave of rainbow-colored protesters… Chuck Norris Says Gays Should Be Banned From The Boy Scouts Of America According to TMZ reports : Chuck Norris believes gay people have NO PLACE in the Boy Scouts of America … and claims plans to overturn the “century-old policy” to ban them is simply un-American. Chuck — an outspoken Republican political activist — just penned an article for AmmoLand.com … titled, “Is Obama Creating a Pro-Gay Boy Scouts of America?” In the article, Norris attacks James Turley — a high ranking BSA official who recently announced his plan to “seek a change” to a Boy Scouts policy that bans gay Scouts and gay Scout leaders. 72-year-old Norris suggests Turley is only championing the cause because he’s trying to curry favor with Obama’s “pro-gay” administration. Norris talks about the Boy Scouts as epitomizing the best of America. The insinuation … that gays don’t. So gays are un-American? End Of Days: California Pastor Becomes The Sixth Person To Die Or Suffer From Mysterious Flesh-Eating Bacteria

Sweet baby Jesus help us! California Pastor Dies From Flesh-Eating Bacteria A long-serving and well-loved pastor has been killed by a flesh-eating bacteria infection that has already left five others seriously ill. Linda Snyder, from Sacramento, who is a preacher at city’s United Methodist Church, died this morning following a six-month battle with the deadly germ called necrotizing-fasciitis. She was the sixth person to have developed a flesh-eating infection over the course of the last two months. At the beginning of June South Carolina grandmother Louise Thompson underwent emergency surgery to remove infected flesh from her leg and was in a coma for five days. And last month student Aimee Copeland from Georgia College had to have her leg, her foot and both hands amputated and is still in intensive care after bacteria got into a cut she developed following a fall. Mrs Snyder contracted the deadly disease on January 6 after bacteria got into a wound, possibly an abscess, she had developed in December. Doctors tried to contain the spread of the bacteria, but her daughter Karen told Fox 40 that her mother had developed lots of complications and medical staff were unable to contain it. Well we’ll be damned… Missing Actor Nick Stahl Contacts Friends Via Email According to TMZ reports : Missing “Terminator 3″ star Nick Stahl has reached out to friends via email, TMZ has learned, telling them he’s ok and pledging to go to rehab. According to our sources, Stahl emailed friends yesterday and apologized for scaring them. We’re told Stahl told friends he was getting treatment and would be out of contact for the next 30 days. Our sources say Stahl’s friends and family hope he’s telling the truth … but they are skeptical. We’re told that Stahl’s wife, the one who reported him missing, was not on the email. This guy must have been in REALLY bad shape to take off to rehab without telling ANYONE! His wife probably feels like isht for getting the news from the internet…

Acura Denies Knowledge Of Racist Cast Sheet, But Offers Apology According to TMZ reports: Acura has issued a full-on apology … after we ran a story that the car company’s ad people sought an African American actor to play a car dealer who was “not too dark.” The commercial — which featured Jerry Seinfeld and Jay Leno and ran during the Super Bowl — was cast by an agency that sent out a casting sheet, looking for a “nice looking, friendly, not too dark” African American actor to play the role of dealer. Acura just issued this statement: “We apologize to anyone offended by the language on the casting sheet used in the selection of actors for one of our commercials.” The car company added, “We sought to cast an African-American in a prominent role in the commercial, and we made our selection based on the fact that he was the most talented actor.” As for the language “not too dark,” Acura says, “The casting sheet was only now brought to our attention. George Zimmerman To Appear In Court To Face 2nd Degree Murder Charges George Zimmerman will be hauled into court to face second-degree murder charges Thursday — arrested 45 days after he killed Trayvon Martin and walked free. The charges against Zimmerman show prosecutors didn’t buy his claims of self-defense. Instead, they believe he intended to kill Trayvon. The Florida cops’ refusal to arrest Zimmerman when he killed the unarmed black teenager on Feb. 26 sparked a national civil rights crusade and a series of rallies, marches and petitions. “It is the search for justice for Trayvon that has brought us here,” special prosecutor Angela Corey told a packed news conference in Jacksonville, Fla. “We did not come to this decision lightly. We do not prosecute by public pressure, nor by petition.” Zimmerman surrendered at the state police office in Jacksonville. He will plead not guilty at his initial appearance Thursday, his lawyer said. Prosecutors are charging Zimmerman with second-degree murder, which carries a maximum sentence of life without parole. Legal experts had expected the lesser charge of manslaughter — an unintentional killing — especially in light of police officials’ insistence that Zimmerman should face no punishment at all. Legal experts said Corey’s decision to hit Zimmerman with murder charges could give prosecutors — or a jury — leeway. “By charging second-degree murder she gives herself flexibility in plea negotiations to come down to manslaughter – and gives the jury options to consider if the case results in a trial,” said David Weinstein, a criminal lawyer based in Miami. On Tuesday, Zimmerman’s two former attorneys held an extraordinary news conference to announce they were quitting because they had had no contact with Zimmerman since Sunday. Sharpton hailed the arrest of Zimmerman, but cautioned against celebration. “We do not want anyone high-fiving tonight. SMDH George Zimmerman Starts Fund-Raising Website, Florida Prosecutor Cancels Grand Jury George Zimmerman, the man police say fatally shot Trayvon Martin, has created a website. On his newly formed website: therealgeorgezimmerman.com. Zimmerman, 28, wrote, “I have been forced to leave my home, my school… and ultimately, my entire life.” He alluded to false websites soliciting money for his legal defense, saying he has not received any funds. Zimmerman also wrote that the sole purpose of the website is to ensure his supporters are receiving his full attention without any intermediaries. But he goes on to say due to his “forced inability to maintain employment,” he created a Paypal account to ensure any funds provided are used only for his living expenses and legal defense. “He has a right to raise money, to do whatever he wants. That’s up to his supporters to do what’s in their heart,” said Natalie Jackson, Trayvon Martin’s family attorney. Martin’s family attorneys hope the website is a sign an arrest is imminent and that Zimmerman is preparing to defend himself in court… …On the website, Zimmerman posted two pictures. One picture shows a sign reading “Justice for Zimmerman.” The other picture shows graffiti stating “Long Live Zimmerman.” Look this azzhole’s sorry attempt to gain sympathy… “On Sunday February 26th, I was involved in a life altering event which led me to become the subject of intense media coverage. As a result of the incident and subsequent media coverage, I have been forced to leave my home, my school, my employer, my family and ultimately, my entire life. Stop The Violence: 13 People Shot Outside Of L.A. Rapper Nipsey Hussle’s Phoenix Concert

*Sigh* An altercation outside a nightclub in suburban Phoenix erupted in a shooting, leaving 13 people wounded including two in serious condition, police said Saturday. Police are looking for two young men as possible suspects, who fled after the gunfire around midnight Friday in the parking of The Clubhouse Music Venue. Tempe Sgt. Steve Carbajal confirmed to msnbc.com that at least two of the injured were taken to local hospitals and were in serious condition, while the others were treated for wounds that appeared less severe. In an emailed statement Carbajal said the incident occurred at 11:30 p.m. local time (2:30 a.m. ET). The story goes on to say… Police are hunting the pair, described as black men wearing dark clothing, who fled on foot from the club on East Broadway Road, located about 7 miles east of downtown Phoenix. Carbajal described the shooting as the result of “some sort of altercation” at the club, where a rap music concert was going on. He didn’t have immediate details on the altercation, if both of the men are suspected of firing weapons, and on the type of guns used. He said some of the injured drove themselves to the various hospitals in the area so police aren’t sure if there were other victims besides the 13.
