Video directors Megaforce open up about working with Madge, Nicki and M.I.A. — and why the kiss didn’t make the cut. By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Rob Markman M.I.A., Madonna and Nicki Minaj in “Give Me All Your Luvin’ ” Photo: Interscope After fans heard that Madonna had enlisted Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. for her single and video for “Give Me All Your Luvin’,” it really felt like anything could happen with those three equally eccentric and visual artists all joining forces. What they ended up creating was an eye-catching clip full of masked cheerleaders, hot football players and lacy outfits (designed by Norma Kamali) that every fan of Madge’s “Like a Virgin” era will go crazy over. The video feels distinctly Madonna — she is the star, after all — but Nicki’s and M.I.A.’s presences are felt between the cheerleader chant and their equally funky verses. “[It was] quite intense but we had a lot of fun. … It’s like shooting three presidents or something like that,” Clement Gallet, from video-directing team the Megaforce , told MTV News about the shoot. “I think everybody’s a bit stressed. We had time to speak to discuss the idea, to do the fittings. So you have time to meet the people first. I think we maybe thought it would be harder to have these three famous women on set, and I think everything went quite well.” While the trio’s collaboration made headlines, so did a kiss Nicki tweeted about that she shared with Madonna on the New York set back in December. “That’s funny, ’cause that’s something we didn’t really see,” he added. “Basically, it was Nicki Minaj’s birthday on the shoot, but we were — as always, as the directors — stressed about the next scene and whatever happens, that when the birthday cake arrived, we were already prepping the next scene and we didn’t see what happened. By Jocelyn Vena Nicki Minaj Photo: Getty Images Nicki Minaj took to Twitter on Wednesday to let her fans know she was on set with the one and only Madonna . Minaj and Madonna were busy shooting the video for “Give Me All Your Love,” the first single off Madge’s forthcoming album. The fierce MC wasn’t holding back on the social networking site, giving all her Barbz and Kenz the up-to-the-minute details of the shoot. Minaj gushed about the shoot, even relaying one major detail that she hopes will make the final cut. She tweeted, “OH MY f’ingggg Gahhhh!!!!! MADONNA jus kissed me!!!!! On the lips!!!!!!! It felt sooooo good. Soooo soft!!!! *passes out* aaahhhhh!!!!!!!!!” That news immediately sent her fans on a Twitter spree, peppering the rapper with questions about the smooch. M.I.A. also will appear on the track. The rapper confirmed she recorded with the Queen of Pop late last month in New York, after speculation about a collabo between the three women hit a fevered pitch in November. M.I.A. also tweeted about chilling with Madonna on set. “Madonna killed it! A legend! said she’d have me, i said ill have her too, we had a 3sum M.N.M. MEGAFORCE @TheMegaforce thanku,” she wrote to the video director team. A version of the demo first leaked in early November. It featured Madonna and Nicki , but not M.I.A. The leak may have pleased fans, but it left Madonna and her camp pretty unhappy. Shortly after the track hit the Web, Madonna’s manager, Guy Oseary, took to Twitter to address the leak . “The plan was for new music to come out in the new year,” he said. “I’m very happy with the positive reaction to the demo, but we are very upset with whoever leaked the song!!!!!!!! we are asking that the fans please help us police any more leaks. we have a lot in store for you. but please respect the process.” Madonna, via Oseary, also expressed her feelings about the leak. “Madonna told me this morning ‘my true fans wouldn’t do this,’ ” he wrote. “Whoever is responsible for this leak, we ask that you please stop!” The as-yet-untitled new album is expected to drop in the spring of 2012 and will feature production from Ray of Light producer William Orbit. So much for life after Bad Boy. According to DDotomen.com Rapper Loon, born Chauncey Hawkins, now known as Amir Junaid Muhadith, was arrested on drug charges in Belgium. Evidently, Loon was indicted back in May for dealing Heroin in North Carolina from 2006 to 2008. So when news surfaced in 2009 that he had converted to Islam , it appears he may have been on the run seeking asylum Algeria. A copy of the indictment is below: Loon began his career as part of the rap group Harlem World and began to make a name for himself as a solo artist on Puff Daddy and Usher’s “I Need a Girl” parts 1 and 2. He released three solo albums for three different labels, Loon, No Friends and Wizard of Harlem . Loon will be extradited to the United States to face these charges. [ Source ]

He dropped a new album, Under the Mistletoe on Tuesday, appeared on “Dancing With the Stars,” freestyled over the Throne’s “Otis,” and not only shot a music video with Boyz II Men for “Fa La La,” but also managed to squeeze in a shoot with Mariah Carey . Bieber and Carey both tweeted about the video for their reimagining of her classic holiday tune “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” “Might have to go shoot this video with @mariahcarey for our duet! focused on the positives … the music. #UNDERTHEMISTLETOE,” Bieber tweeted about the shoot, referring to a California woman’s claim that he fathered her child . “4:30am and going hard on the ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’ shoot with @mariahcarey !! #superfestive #underthemistletoe,” he later shared. The original video for the tune, shot to look like a home video, features Carey decked out in skimpy Santa suits and snow-bunny garb, running around decorating Christmas trees, playing in the snow, hanging with Santa and his elves, and generally getting into the holiday spirit. Mariah Carey seemed equally stoked about the video shoot, gushing about it on her Twitter: “Shooting the final take of ‘All I Want.’ duet with surprise appearance by Jilly beans & directed by my friend, the wonderful Sanaa Hamri,” she said, noting that the shoot was made even more special because it coincided with one of her personal milestones. “Happy anniversary to [my album] MERRY CHRISTMAS II YOU!!!” she added. “On the night we’re shooting the new ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ with @justinbieber.” Hamri has shot videos for Carey’s “Crybaby,” “Bringing on the Heartbreak” and “Don’t Stop (Funkin’ 4 Jamaica),” as well as clips for Nicki Minaj, Jay-Z and Christina Aguilera.
