The epitome of a bad father . Father Kills Wife and Three Children Then Kills Himself If he wanted to take out himself then fine, but to kill three innocent children and his wife is just selfish. According to Mail Online A couple and their three children have been found dead inside their Texas home in what police now believe is an apparent murder-suicide. The father of the slain children, Israel Alvarez, was arrested on a domestic assault charge less than two weeks before his body and that of his wife Guadalupe Ronquillo-Ovalle and their three young children were discovered. Alvarez’s father was the one to call police on Sunday night and report the slaying inside the family’s home in Rice, a town about 40 miles south of Dallas. The five bodies were all found with gunshots in their abdomens, and police are still awaiting autopsies as they try to determine who fired the fatal shots. Navarro County Sheriff Elmer Tanner said a rifle was found at the home. Investigators were trying to determine when the shootings took place, Tanner said, saying the children, ages 4, 8 and 12, were in school Thursday afternoon but missed classes Friday. Given the nature of the crime scene and Alverez’s criminal history, police do not believe that the killer is on the loose. ‘We have not seen anything yet that makes us think we need to go outside this location,’ Sheriff Tanner said early into the investigation. Alvarez was arrested September 11 on a misdemeanor family violence charge for pushing Ronquillo-Ovalle and taking away her phone because he thought she was talking to another man, she told deputies. ‘I don’t care where you are. Any time there’s five losses of lives in one location, that’s shocking and traumatic. ‘It doesn’t make any difference where you are. It’s a horrible, horrible thing to see, witness or be a part of. ‘As far as looking for a suspect, what I’m saying at this point in time is that we are concentrati.ng our efforts on the investigation at the residence.’ So sad. Wow. She lost her life over a prank. Woman Killed in Prank Gone Wrong Did he have to react that harshly? According to Mail Online A young woman was killed by a friend on Friday night in a prank gone horribly wrong. Premila Lal, 18, was allegedly hiding in a closet and jumped out around 8pm when she startled Nerrek Daniel Galley, 21, who reportedly shot her in a Longmont, Colorado home. A neighbor, who asked to remain unidentified, said she and her husband called the police after they heard yelling and screaming. She told The Times-Call that ‘three or four’ individuals got into a car and sped away, leaving the front door open. Galley and two of Lal’s male relatives, ages 12 and 15, loaded her into her own vehicle and took her to Longmont United Hospital, The Denver Post reprorts. The neighbor woman also told The Times-Call said her husband walked over there and saw blood and an abandoned mobile phone on the stairway. He came and got her, and together called 911. Longmont police were called at 8:02pm regarding the shooting. Just two minutes later, officers were called to the house regarding an ‘unknown problem.’ Lal died at approximately 9pm, Longmont police Cmdr. Jeff Satur confirmed. In his report, Owens said Longmont police are requesting a high bond for Galley, because he has ‘no ties to the community with a permanent residence.’ Longmont police are working with the Boulder County District Attorney’s office to determine whether Galley will be charged in relation to Lal’s death. Lal was a high school track star and graduate of Niwot High School, CBS Denver reports. Her parents are heartbroken over the loss of their daughter. ‘My life ended so suddenly and I think it’s going to take a few more days for us to really, you know, comprehend she’s gone,’ Praveen Lal said. This is why we need people control. This dumbazz didn’t know how to react to a simple prank and now this girl, who had a possible future as a professional athlete, is dead. SMH.

Black Teen Who Shot Baby In Stroller And Accused White Mom Of Setting Up Murder For Money Found Guilty

Was the verdict fair? Black Teen Who Shot Baby In Stroller Found Guilty An African-American teenager has been convicted of murder in the killing of a 13-month-old toddler in Georgia. Via The Grio reports: De’Marquise Elkins was found guilty of shooting Antonio Santiago in the face at point-blank range in a botched robbery on March 21 in Brunswick. It took the jury took about two hours to convict the 18-year-old. He was convicted on all 11 counts, including two counts of felony murder and one count of malice murder. Because he was 17 at the time of the shooting he will not face the death penalty under the state law. Elkins now faces a life behind bars. Prosecutors say Elkins and an accomplice, 15-year-old Dominique Lang, stopped Sherry West and the older teen pointed a gun at her and demanded money before shots were fired. Lang testified against Elkins during the trial and said the older teen fired the weapon. The 15-year-old is to be tried later. Elkins’ attorney, Glynn County Public Defender Kevin Gough, said during the trial that it can’t be ruled out that “one or both parents” may have been involved in their son’s death. West has a history of mental illness and there were no eyewitnesses to the killing except West’s version of events. During the two-week trial the West’s adult daughter, Ashley Glassey, testified against her mother. She was uneasy West phoned her the day her brother was killed for advice on cashing in on his insurance policy. She also testified her mother’s account of what happened on the day kept on changing. The killing of Santiago on March 21 drew national attention and exposed simmering tension in the coastal city of Brunswick, with opinion sharply divided along racial lines. The court case was moved to Marietta because of the extensive publicity surrounding the case. At the start of the trial lawyer Gough objected to the racial makeup of potential jurors. After the verdict, Gough issued a statement that he plans to appeal. He told reporters the all-white jury could be one basis for requesting a new trial. “That was not a jury of his peers,” he said. Elkins’ mother, Karimah Elkins, was on trial alongside him and was found guilty of tampering with evidence but acquitted of lying to police. Do you think the teens were unfairly judged?

There aren’t enough kleenex in the world to prepare you for this one… 1-Year-Old Girl Shot Dead While Walking With Babysitter In New Orleans Via NYDailyNews A city is looking for answers after a one-year-old New Orleans girl was gunned down in the arms of her babysitter while they were on a walk down a city street late this week. Little Londyn Samuels was killed after a bullet continued through the back of her 18-year-old nanny on Thursday night, leaving the babysitter wounded, but in stable condition as of Saturday. The two had been on a stroll through Central City, when shots rang out around 8:20pm. NBC News reports that there were two shots fired, both passing through the babysitter’s torso and into baby Londyn. She was able to frantically call Londyn’s father, 20-year-old Keion Reed, alerting him that his little daughter was shot. Her mother, Andrea Samuels, 22, broke down crying when she heard the news, family members told WWLTV. “She was my world, she was everything, she was my reason for getting up in the morning,” the grief-stricken father later told the station. Family members told the Times-Picayune that Londyn was just learning how to walk. “She used to stand on her feet and try to wiggle,” her aunt, Euneka McGee, 20, told the paper. Lord Jesus… According to the Times-Picayune, the NOPD has taken in a man and a woman for questioning, and are searching for a second man in regard to the shooting. The city’s mayor, Mitch Landrieu, told NBC News that the violence must be quashed. “When a young man kills a child in the arms of an 18-year-old, we have to take it to a new level,” he said. R.I.P. Londyn Samuels. We can’t even imagine the pain that this family is feeling right now, our thoughts and prayers are with them. You can’t be serious … Boy Shoots Babysitter After Playing Game Via HuffPo reports: Louisiana law enforcement officials say an 8-year-old boy intentionally shot and killed his elderly caregiver Thursday evening after playing the video game “Grand Theft Auto.” According to WAFB-TV, the shooting, which the East Feliciana Parish Sheriff’s Office has called a homicide, took place in a mobile home park near Slaughter, La. The woman, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was reportedly found with a gunshot wound to the head. It is believed that the 8-year-old shot her while she was in the living room watching television. “Although a motive for the shooting is unknown at this time, investigators have learned that the juvenile suspect was playing a video game on the Play Station III “Grand Theft Auto IV”, a realistic game that has been associated with encouraging violence and awards points to players for killing people, just minutes before the homicide occurred,” a statement issued by the Sheriff’s Office said. As Fox News notes, “Grand Theft Auto” is rated “M” for mature audiences and recommended for teens and adults aged 17 and older. The woman, who has been identified as Marie Smothers, has been described as the “current caregiver” of the boy. It is, however, still unclear what her relationship was with the child. There is also conflicting information as to Smothers’ age, with some news outlets identifying her as an 87-year-old woman and others indicating that she was 90. It’s the video game’s fault. Never mind an 8 year-old had access to a gun. Crazy!

Jesus Take The Wheel: 3-Year-Old Survives Shot In The Head After Surviving Pit-Bull Attack Months Earlier!

Can’t keep a good child down 3-Year-Old Shot In The Head Inside NY Apartment Via NYDailyNews A 3-year-old boy was shot in the head inside his Brooklyn apartment early Saturday, cops and neighbors said. The little boy, who neighbors identified as Terrell, miraculously survived when the bullet pierced his skull inside the E. 21st St. apartment in Flatbush about 3:30 a.m., cops said. The child was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he was listed in critical but stable condition. Terrell was inside the second-floor apartment with a woman babysitter and another man when he was wounded. It was not immediately clear if the child was hit by a round fired outside or inside the apartment, but detectives were quizzing the man who was with the boy when he was shot, sources said. Neighbors said little Terrell, who was born prematurely, survived a dog attack several months ago. This boy has been through a LOT to only be 3-years-old… “(His mother) had a pitbull and the dog attacked the baby,” said one neighbor, Jay Nichols, 36. “He was just recovering from that. The dog bit him in the side. He had to wear a colostomy bag…He’s three years old. He shouldn’t have to live in these kind of conditions.” Nichols said the resilient Terrell had a smile on his face during their last encounter a couple of weeks ago. “He looked happy,” Nichols recalled “Like he was just getting over the dog bite. Now this…I’m p—ed off. He’s just a little kid.” Our thoughts and prayers are with Terrell and his entire family.
