Charlie Sheen: Headed to HBO?!?

The lunacy of Charlie Sheen has resulted in CBS shutting down production on Two and a Half Men this season. But don’t think this news fazes the hilariously troubled actor, who texted from the Bahamas last night – where he’s vacationing with a pair of Sheen-proclaimed “goddesses,” Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly – and told Radar Online he’s nearing a deal with HBO. “I’m close to securing a deal… for a 10 show guarantee,” he wrote . “It will be epic, all types of guests and we will focus on the truth and the absurd!” Who could have guessed how prescient the folks behind Major League were when they dubbed Sheen’s character “Wild Thing?” No comment yet from that network, but Sheen is still under contract with CBS. Would he really leave a sitcom that pays him $2 million per episode? Yes. Because he claims the HBO deal would be worth $5 million/week. Can we believe anything from a man who orders suitcases full of cocaine, refers to himself as a ” High Priest Vatican Assassin Warlock ” and believes he’s “winning” at life because all of us “losers” cannot “process” his behavior? Of course not. But, however it comes about, this is our best guess: no way is Sheen starring on Two and a Half Men next season.

When Lea Michele Met Barbra Streisand: A Play in Two Tweets

To say that Lea Michele has been waiting to meet Barbra Streisand for a long time is a bit of an understatement. When Movieline caught up with the Glee star last summer to play My Favorite Scene , all she could talk about was Babs’ star-making turn in Funny Girl . “I just related to that movie so much,” she said. “It’s my favorite movie ever.” As anyone who saw her performance at the Tonys — or any minute of Glee , in general — can attest, she wasn’t lying. So, what would happen if Michele ever got the opportunity to meet Streisand out in public? Some hyperventilating and tweeting, of course.

(NaturalNews) As part of a new expansion of government power over information, the Department of Homeland Security has begun seizing and shutting down internet websites (web domains) without due process or a proper trial. DHS simply seizes web domains that it wants to and posts an ominous “Department of Justice” logo on the web site. See an example at http://torrent-finder.com Over 75 websites were seized and shut down last week, and there is no indication that the government will stop such efforts. Right now, their focus is websites that they claim “violate copyrights,” yet the torrent-finder.com website that was seized by DHS contained no copyrighted content whatsoever. It was merely a search engine website that linked to destinations where people could access copyrighted content. Prince Charles’ Foundation Closure Amidst Fraud Investigation

The Prince’s Foundation for Integrated Health, founded by Prince Charles, is shutting down in the middle of police investigation.  British police arrested a former official for alleged fraudulence and money laundering. The investigation was said to expedited FIH’s closure. A 40-year old man and a 50-year old woman were arrested to a complaint about fraud at the charity. FIH is a small British charity promoting conventional medicine with alternative therapies including acupuncture, aromatherapy, homeopathy and massage. FIH was created in 1993, it is sometimes referred to as being one of The Prince’s Charities of which The Prince of Wales is President.
