According to TMZ Chris Brown’s got his tattoos to blame for getting off on the wrong foot with the woman accusing him of hit-and-run … because she tells “TMZ Live,” the ink’s one of the main reasons she was so scared of him to begin with. Olga Gure-Kovalenko — aka Miss Russian LA 2013 — called in moments ago, claiming her blood pressure shot through the roof following her car accident with Brown last month. Olga says (in broken English) that she was practically scared to death of Brown because he was driving a huge SUV at the time of the accident, and was covered in tattoos. According to Olga, he was also very angry and cursed at her, calling her a “bitch” … so the whole experience was emotionally traumatic. FYI, Brown was wearing a long sleeve t-shirt at the time of the accident (below) … so he didn’t look THAT tattooed. But he’s still pretty tatted up around the neck. As for the transfer of information, Olga says the only thing she got from Brown was expired Lamborghini insurance (he was driving a Range Rover) … despite Brown’s lawyer claiming the singer also gave her his Virginia license. As for a lawsuit, Olga says she doesn’t plan to file one … then again, something might have been lost in translation. Chris Brown has been charged with criminal hit-and-run, according to reports. The L.A. City Attorney has filed two criminal charges against the singer. The charges stem from a minor accident last month in which Chris rear-ended a Benz and allegedly provided false or inadequate info to the owner. Brown, officials believe, refused to give his driver’s license number and gave false insurance information to the other driver in the accident. He has also been charged with the crime of driving without a valid license; the offenses are punishable by a maximum of six months in jail for each. The charges of hit-and-run – for leaving the scene without exchanging proper information – did not sit well with Brown, who just responded on Twitter: “It’s not a hit and run if u get out the car, exchange information (who has NO DAMAGE to either cars). This is really ridiculous,” wrote the befuddled star. Brown, who also faced false accusations that he assaulted a girl at a club this week, has changed his profile picture to the girl’s car he allegedly hit. What do you think? Do you believe his side? In the case of the woman who accused him of shoving her at the club, this appears to be what happened. That Chris Brown accuser turned out to be full of it, but it will be up to his lawyer to fight this one. It looks like officials are fully pursuing the hit-and-run case. If a judge in concludes that Chris broke the law and thus violated his probation (for beating up Rihanna), he could be sentenced to prison for up to four years. A day in the life …

According to TMZ Chris Brown’s female accuser is full of it … so says the owner of the nightclub where the singer allegedly assaulted the woman — in fact, the owner tells TMZ, CB never even touched her. The owner of Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim tells us, “Based on the information which we have gathered from our security company, mall security, and other party goers which were at HEAT on Saturday night; It is apparent that the alleged incident regarding Chris Brown is false.” The owner says 24-year-old Deanna Gines had repeatedly tried to jump on stage during Chris’ performance at the club — and later tried to rush Chris in his roped-off VIP area. The owner says Gines got tossed as a result of her behavior — and while being taken out, the owner says Gines took off her heels and threw them at security. The owner says police were called to arrest Gines, but eventually let her go home with her friends. As for any potential injuries Gines may have suffered while being kicked out, the owner simply said, “Heat staff and security did what they had to do … [Chris] was a complete gentleman.” This rachet beyotch tried to jump on stage as if Chris wants your sloppy azz box. Last night, Demi Lovato gave thanks to her fans for sending their thoughts and prayer in light of her father’s death. And now the singer’s fans have a reason to thank her: Lovato has given us a look at the cover art for her upcoming single, “Made in the USA.” It’s a black-and-white shot of the 20-year old in a leather jacket, biting her collar and smiling coyly. We can also clearly make out the cross tattoo on her right hand: “Made in the USA” hits Top 40 Radio this Thursday, just in time for July 4. Demi, of course, recently released a new album. A recent survey of over 2,000 parents asked which celebrities, both female and male, they felt were the most negative influences on their kids. Miley Cyrus and Chris Brown, respectively, came on top. Or on the bottom, to look at it differently. All hail the king and queen of bad role models ! Brown was rated as a bad role model by 71 percent of respondents, which isn’t a huge surprise given the singer’s non-stop controversies in recent years. Miley Cyrus, meanwhile, was deemed a poor influence by 68 percent of respondents, due largely to her transformation from Disney star to R-rated Twerking machine. Blige Sued For Not Showing Up To Concert Beyotch you can’t be outchea taking people’s money and not showing up to perform. That sound like someone struggling to keep the lights on in their house and so they take the money and run. According to TMZ Mary J. Blige is being sued for allegedly bailing on a concert in Dallas last December — and according to the lawsuit, it’s kinda Mick Jagger’s fault. A promotional company called Vision Entertainment Worldwide has sued Mary J. and her production company, claiming the singer agreed to perform in Dallas on December 9th, 2012 … but canceled just a few days beforehand. VEW claims it paid Mary a $145,000 deposit to appear … and she never paid back the money, despite pulling the plug on the show. VEW claims Blige blew them off because she got a better opportunity to perform at the Barclays Center with Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones on December 8th … and she took it. VEW is now suing for breach of contract and more — demanding at least $145,000 in damages. Calls to Blige’s camp haven’t been returned. Can someone please tell us what the phuck Kendu Isaacs does? He’s suppose to be her manager/husband, but got Mary out here looking real suspect. Maybe he is busy bangin’ some dumb big titty assistant cause he sure isn’t taking care of business.
