Jenelle Evans’ estranged husband Courtland Rogers is back behind bars at the Brunswick County (N.C.) Jail after being arrested for felony larceny. The 28-year-old heroin addict was booked at 5:39 p.m. on March 30 and charged with a misdemeanor count for failure to appear and felony larceny. The charges stem from an outstanding warrant for stealing and pawning jewelry, valued at over $1,000, from a friend he was crashing with recently. Katie McMillan filed a theft report with the Wrightsville Beach police. Her family rings were found at a local pawn shop and quickly connected to Rogers. Jenelle Evans ‘ husband allegedly used his real ID to pawn the items. “Jenelle figured he would be back in jail soon,” a source close to her said. “She knows Courtland can’t get his s–t together and it was only a matter of time. The Teen Mom 2 star, who is pregnant with her second child, is “glad she isn’t with him anymore and wants to end their marriage as soon as she can.” She ended her last pregnancy – with Rogers – as soon as she could. According to the new court documents, there is a $2,000 bond for Rogers’ misdemeanor charge and a $10,000 bond for the felony larceny charge . Guy could be locked up for a long time at this point, we’re thinking. For Courtland Rogers , it’s the latest in a string of bad, bad news. McMillan said: “He told me if he got charged with one more felony, he would get an automatic 20 years in prison and be considered a ‘habitual felon.’” That would sum it up, especially if he knows it and can’t stop. Sara Gilbert married her longtime girlfriend Linda Perry on Sunday, almost one year ago after the singer-songwriter popped the question in an L.A. park. Gilbert opened up about the news on her hit CBS talk show, saying: “I happened to be talking about gay marriage and I thank you all for your support on that issue. That was before I had any idea about any of this.” “I’m super shy and don’t usually want to tell anything … But I wanted you guys to know because I feel like you’re a part of our family here.” According to Gilbert, Perry planned a romantic proposal with a backup guitar player and brass band that she put together specifically for the big event. “We go to a park … it’s really sweet and there’s this guy sitting playing guitar, like a street musician, and he starts playing a song that we love,” she recalled. “I’m like, ‘Oh, that’s so weird, this is so magical and amazing.'” “So that ends, and she’s like, ‘Oh, I’m gonna ask him to play this other song,’ but this other song is really obscure and this guy wouldn’t know it, but magically he knows it.” The next thing that The Talk star knew, she said, fellow picnickers pulled out instruments and joined the guitarist to serenade the couple with “Love Song.” At which point, Perry put on a series of T-shirts that each had one word, finally forming the question “Will You Marry Me?” Which is the best proposal ever. Next Singer’s Estranged Wife Gets Restraining Order Against Him SMH. Kicking your wife while she is pregnant is a straight itchbay move. According to TMZ: The estranged wife of Raphael Brown — one of the members of the 90s R&B group Next — claims he viciously kicked her while she was pregnant and brutalized their daughter. Juliette Gil-Brown got a restraining order against Raphael — obtained by TMZ — in which she claims on multiple occasions he hit and shoved her, grabbed her by the neck, punched her in the mouth and kicked her in the stomach … and some of the violence occurred when she was pregnant. Juliette also claims last month Brown became enraged at their 4-year-old daughter after she refused to kiss him on the mouth. She says he yelled at the kid and shoved her into the car seat. She says he then started yelling about not having herpes, even though no one brought up herpes. And Juliette says Raphael looked at freaky flicks on the computer when their kids were in the room. We guess they do things differently in Norway. An 18-year old resident of that country, Stian Ytterdahl, got a tattoo this week of a McDonald’s receipt from his trip to that fast food chain on Monday. Reports indicate that his friends forced him to do so as punishment for “being too active with the ladies.” This makes positively no sense, but if anything is gonna turn the opposite sex off, it’s a permanent reminder that you’re going home with a guy who frequents McDonald’s. “Now I’m a living billboard,” Ytterdahl told the newspaper Romereskes Blad, “But I think all this is just fun. Maybe it won’t be as fun when I’m 50 or 60 years, but it’s my choice.” Quick note, Stian: This Mitt Romney face tattoo was also someone’s choice at one point. This week on Teen Mom 2, Kailyn Lowry finally tied the knot and Chelsea Houska graduated from beauty school, but obviously Jenelle Evans made the headlines. Getting arrested for failing a drug test will typically do that. Leah Messer also had a heartbreaking fight with her husband, Jeremy Calvert, making for a memorable Teen Mom 2 Season 5 Episode 10 for all four stars. Jenelle Evans ‘ legal problems ironically took place in an episode where she was headed to court because of prior heroin charges, and cut a deal to avoid jail. Nathan Griffith had a feeling something might have been amiss, though, and not just because Courtland Rogers shows up creeping in the parking lot. Just as Jenelle’s plea deal is accepted, the judge blindsides her with a drug test, which she fails (marijuana) and leaves her shaking win abject terror. Later, Nathan shows up at Jenelle’s mom’s house to share the news that Jenelle has been arrested. Barbara Evans, Jenelle’s mom, is flat out furious. Barbara admits that she’s glad Jenelle went to jail, and warns Nathan that she’ll ruin everyone’s life (his included). At least she didn’t blame him … After 48 hours in jail, the Carolina Hurricane is cut loose to serve eight months of unsupervised probation, so nothing TOO bad came out of this somehow. There’s more drama in store for her, though. When she gets home, she finds that Nathan was talking to another girl on Facebook and starts flipping out, despite his claims that she’s just a friend. It results in a huge fight, despite the fact that Nathan got her flowers, fixed up the house, went to Barbara’s straight from jail, then picked up Jenelle. In the end, Jenelle calms down and seems to realize that his actions didn’t warrant that kind of freak-out. They hug it out and things appear to be okay. Well, relatively speaking of course. With Jenelle Evans, the next big blowup is always just around the corner and there’s no telling what might trigger it. We really hope she can mitigate this. Otherwise … those poor kids. 🙁 The big day is here for Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin. Legally married for a while, they are about to make it official in front of their friends and families. When the moment finally comes, it’s son Isaac who walks Kailyn down the aisle. Now that is about the sweetest thing you’ll see on any show out there. Kailyn and Javi wrote their own vows to each other. During the vows, Isaac asks Kailyn if she’s happy, and she tells him yes. He is just the cutest little guy. She looks gorgeous in her gown and Javi looks great in that tux. We’re happy for them. They even got their first kiss just about perfect. CONGRATULATIONS! Chelsea Houska, in order to graduate from business school, had to complete 600 hours of classes and training. That’s not a small feat for the single mama. In order to celebrate, Chelsea’s adorable daughter Aubree and her mother and father, Mary and Randy Houska, come to watch Chelsea’s graduation. While waiting for her aesthetician license to be approved by the State of South Dakota, Chelsea gets proactive and goes on a job interview, and she gets the job! Way to go, girl! Chelsea starts her new job, Aubree is in daycare full time, and we don’t even have to talk about Adam Lind for a week! This is the best! Leah Messer‘s husband Jeremy Calvert got that lucrative job offer in New Mexico, which would be one thing if he hadn’t turned down another opportunity locally. She knows this, of course, because went through his Facebook messages, which you don’t need Teen Mom 2 Season 5 Episode 10 to tell you is a major no-no. Leah is clearly upset about Jeremy going away for work again, but snooping on him does not help her cause. They’re fighting more than ever, it seems. Later, Jeremy is packing for his job in New Mexico while Leah wrangles her kids. Despite her best efforts, Jeremy leaves for the job, and she is not happy. She and Corey Simms, meanwhile, remain amicable and committed to co-parenting, but maybe talking about their relationship issues isn’t the best idea. Miss an episode? Want another look? Kathy Griffin and Demi Lovato won’t be going out for coffee any time soon. Asked in a Twitter chat yesterday to identify “biggest douche celebrity” she ever met, Griffin offered up a surprising response, telling the follower: “Probably [Demi] Lovato.” We can only assume she has never met John Mayer of Shia LaBeouf. Griffin didn’t go into detail over her beef with Lovato, but did add that the singer “should calm the f down bout Lady Gaga gettin barfed on.” This is a reference, of course, to GaGa having an artist vomit on her during a performance in Austin this month, a stunt Lovato took open exception to because she believes her fellow star was glorifying eating disorders. Demi suffered from just such disorders as a teenager and checked herself into rehab a couple years ago as a result.
