Earlier this month, Miami police released a video of Justin Bieber trying to walk a straight line for his sobriety test the night he was arrested for DUI and drag racing . As you can tell, the singer stumbles a bit while doing so: Justin Bieber Jail Footage But sources tell TMZ that Bieber has a reasonable excuse for this misstep… and it’s not because he threw back a few too many. The superstar allegedly told authorities that he fractured his foot skateboarding a few months earlier and that is the basis for his difficulty walking. Seems like a bit of a stretch, but here’s the thing: Bieber only blew a .014 on his breathalyzer. That’s a minuscule number. Moreover, his GPS make it look like he was NOT speeding when pulled over, meaning all charges against the artist are flimsy at best. We doubt he does any jail time. Still, like in his Miami deposition , the official record states Bieber was a total jerk when approached by the cops. When the arresting officer said he wasn’t driving around in a Lamborghini at the age of 19, Justin shot back: “Yeah, well, I bet you didn’t have millions of dollars in your bank account either.” Wow, Justin Bieber mouthing off and acting like a self-involved, entitled jackass? Jim Irsay, Indianapolis Colts Owner, Arrested for Drunk Driving

Jim Irsay suddenly has a lot more to worry about than his team’s Super Bowl chances in 2014. The outspoken Indianapolis Colts owner was arrested late Sunday night for driving under the influence after getting pulled over near his home in Carmel. Jim Irsay Arrested on Drug Charges According to authorities, Irsay failed multiple field sobriety tests and also had various prescription drugs inside his vehicle at the time of his arrest. He faces a preliminary misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated, along with four felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Bryant Orem said. A hearing is set for March 26. Irsay was released from the Hamilton County Jail after posting $22,500 bond and faces up to three years in prison if convicted across the board. “The team will issue additional statements when the facts are sorted and we are aware of the next steps to this process,” said Colts spokesman Avis Roper. “Many fans have reached out to express their concern and we appreciate their support.” In 2002, Irsay admitted to a dependency on pain killers, due to a number of orthopedic operation, but said he had received treatment for the problem. Madonna Dresses as Daenerys Targaryen for Purim

The Material Girl turned into The Mother of Dragons over the weekend. In an unexpected Instagram photo, Madonna made her affection for Game of Thrones clear, dressing up like Daenerys Targaryen in honor of a Jewish holiday. “Happy Purim!!!!! All Hail All Queens! ##certainty,” the singer wrote, donning a platinum-blond wig and posing with toy dragons on each shoulder for the occasion. Madonna, of course, converted to Judaism-based Kabbalah in the late 90s and it’s true that Purim often includes the use of costumes among its traditions. Is the artist going a bit far by donning this ensemble?  Whatever. At least she isn’t referring to her son as the N Word . Game of Thrones Season 4 , meanwhile, kicks off on April 6. We know at least one famous person who will be tuning in.

Things could not have ended more awkwardly on screen last week, but Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell look every bit the happy couple in real life. The Bachelor stars even went to a wedding this weekend … no, not theirs. Juan Pablo declared that he is DONE with The Bachelor and any related appearances for the series (good riddance was ABC’s response), but hasn’t gone off the grid. Kate Major 911 Call: She’s Driving Drunk and Going to the Liquor Store!

Kate Major is sitting in jail after her recent arrest, having been denied bail in a Florida courtroom on Friday morning and ordered held until at least Tuesday. Michael Lohan-Kate Major 911 Call Michael Lohan’s baby mama was locked up Thursday night after he called 911 following the duo’s latest blowout fight. Cops arrested Kate Major for DUI . That was for trying to flee the scene of an already ugly altercation. Major also reportedly faces criminal charges of battery and a violating her probation. On the recording of the 911 call, MiLo says that Major was “completely bombed” and “she’s driving drunk right now and she’s going to a liquor store.” That’s never a good sign. Lindsay Lohan ‘s ex-assistant Major, 32, is being held at Palm Beach County jail pending her next hearing, her attorney Michelle Suskauer told Radar . Pushing their son Landon in a stroller (yes, they have a kid), LiLo’s father was in the courtroom watching his fiancée’s appearance before the judge. On the 911 call, Lohan said Major threatened him and “ said she’ll stab me ,” but conceded that she did not have a knife or a weapon in her hands. This came on the heels of a call earlier this year when the police were dispatched to the residence amid domestic violence concerns but left without incident. Not a stable environment. The lawyer who deposed Justin Bieber last week wants to force him back for another session, according to reports, and answer questions about Selena Gomez. So much so that he still wants answers to them ASAP. In new court documents, he reiterates that he is entitled to ask Bieber about Selena, as she was present during another alleged attack on a photographer. Another clip from Justin Bieber’s horror-filled deposition has hit the Internet. Earlier today, we posed several snippets of Bieber acting like an arrogant jerk , scoffing at a lawyer who dared to ask him questions and flipping the eff out when the subject of Selena Gomez was broached. Now, TMZ has posted new footage of Bieber at a court-mandated deposition in Miami. It features Bieber very reluctantly responding to inquiries in conjunction with a lawsuit filed against him by a beaten-up photographer, barely answering above a whisper and then cursing out a court reporter who dares to ask him to repeat himself. This is an ugly side of Justin Bieber, folks: Justin Bieber Curses Off Court Reporter Note to Justin: This poor woman is not the one who sued you, nor is she even the one asking about the lawsuit . We guess we should be grateful you aren’t wearing sunglasses inside, but still. Grow up and show some respect, man.
