Rochelle Sapp, a home daycare business owner in Iowa, is accused of throwing a toddler to the ground for failing to remove her coat last month. The three year-old, Autumn Elgersma, died from her injuries. On October 29, Sapp phoned Elgersma’s mother to tell her that her daughter had injured her head during a fall at the Orange City, Iowa, residence. She said the three-year-old had fallen down some stairs. Two days later, Elgersma died in Sioux Falls, S.D., children’s hospital while receiving treatment her for a skull fracture and brain swelling, reports indicate. Doctors said the injuries were inconsistent with a child falling down stairs, and police allege that Sapp, 33, later admitted throwing the girl to the ground . Sapp had been charged with willful injury and child endangerment resulting in serious injury, both felonies. New charges will be filed following an autopsy. Toddler Killed By Daycare Provider Autumn’s parents Philip and Jennifer Elgersma, said: “Our family is deeply saddened by the loss of our little girl. The prayers offered by others on our behalf are giving us the strength to get though this very difficult time.” “Autumn was a joy in our lives and we are blessed to have called her ours. We take comfort in the fact that she is now with her Savior, Jesus Christ.” “We ask for your continued thoughts and prayers for our family.” In the wake of this tragedy, according to the Sioux City Journal , neighbors remembered Autumn Elgersma as “a bubbly little girl who loved to be around people.” “She was just fun to be around, and we’re going to miss her a lot,” next-door neighbor Bev Rohrs told the newspaper. “She was just adorable, cute as a bug in a rug.” Last month, an Ohio daycare worker named Heather Koon was charged with raping children under her care, and filming the unspeakable acts to boot. Dr. Conrad Murray has been receiving more death threats than he can count since his release from jail, and the FBI is investigating at least some of them. A group of Michael Jackson fanatics is believed to be responsible. The threats have been targeted at both Dr. Conrad Murray and Murray’s lawyer, Valerie Wass, who called out fans who threatened Murray before: “One blow to the head is all you need.” If you think MJ fans are insignificant … you are dead wrong, DEAD wrong.” (A direct response to her quote about the late singer’s fans) “Better get that hair brushed and be ready because [Michael Jackson] fans will be everywhere setting yours and Murray’s lies straight.” Fans are going after Wass because Murray is in hiding, but also because she confronted a screaming fan who claimed that Murray was a murderer. Wass fired back, after Murray’s release from prison , “If you were not so ignorant, you would know he was not convicted of murder!” And she continued to rant. Wass also remarked after her infamous client’s release that the crazed Jackson fans are “annoying, but insignificant.” That comment did not go over well. The FBI is currently on the case.

Cee Lo and Chris brown keep catching breaks. Cee Lo Green Could Escape Prison Sentence With Plea Deal We thought isht was bout to get real for Cee Lo , but dude has good lawyers on deck. According to Radar Online: CeeLo Green, the singer and star of The Voice, will escape a four-year prison sentence if he accepts a plea deal being thrashed out between his legal team and prosecutors, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. The 38-year-old has pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of giving ex pills to a woman who had also accused him of sexually assaulting her after a night out in Los Angeles last year. “But if CeeLo decides to plead out, he will not face any jail time and the charge will be reduced to a misdemeanor,” a source with knowledge of the negotiations told RadarOnline.com. “It would require him to attend drug education classes and narcotics anonymous meetings. It’s a deal that’s on the table. It’s likely the case will never go to trial.” Added the source, “From the outset, CeeLo has been very cooperative with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and he does not have a criminal record, which would help him in the event of any plea deal.” Green, whose real name is Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, appeared in court Oct. 21 to be arraigned on the sole charge of furnishing a controlled substance. At the hearing, prosecutors’ recommended to the judge to set his bond at $30,000 — a move that was agreed to and he was ordered to return to court on November 20. According to the district attorney, reality star Green slipped the drug to a 33-year-old woman while they were having dinner on July 13 or July 14, 2012. They later went back to her hotel, prosecutors have alleged. A Los Angeles Police Department statement, obtained by KTLA, detailed how the woman told police Green sexually assaulted her at the Luxe Hotel after the dinner.
