Los Angeles police are investigating a minor traffic accident involving very troubled star Amanda Bynes from earlier this month … try to contain your shock. After a person reported the actress hit her car and left without providing her information, authorities are looking into the actress’ allleged actions. Police Lt. Andy Neiman said Sunday that she stopped after the crash, looked at the other vehicle, determined there wasn’t any damage, then peaced out . Police said Bynes, 26, drove away without giving her information, which is required by law, and the case will go to the city attorney’s office for review. No one was injured, but the damage to the other person’s vehicle in the August 4 incident was more than $800. Perhaps Amanda’s eyes missed that. Bynes, who has a history of traffic problems, has pleaded not guilty to DUI after she was arrested in April for grazing a sheriff’s patrol car earlier this year. [Photo: WENN.com]

You know, the guy behind her arrests for cyber-stalking … and harassment. If you recall (we’re sort of jealous of you if you don’t), Jenelle Evans nude pics leaked this spring showing her before and after plastic surgery. Now, an unidentified person close to Jenelle has published more photos of her fully nude taken before the Teen Mom 2 star got fake boobs. Who took them, who leaked them and why? All unclear. “Leave me the f**k alone, PLEASE. I hope u die. I’m so upset,” Jenelle Evans tweeted when she realized what had happened over the weekend. Every time I post pictures of this Aj Michalka chick, or her sister for that matter, I struggle to remember who the hell they are. Another dirty azz thief got a little kid in New York. Four-year old Robert Rendon and his 14-year old sister were targeted on their way home. Bling-toting pre-schoolers are proving easy prey for New York’s most cowardly crooks. A 4-year-old Bronx boy became the third toddler since July to lose fancy jewelry to a robber when a teenage thug grabbed a gold bracelet from his wrist, police sources told The Post yesterday. Robert Rendon was walking home with his 14-year-old big sister Jayleen at about 12:45 p.m. Aug. 3 after they’d visited their mother at work. Suddenly, they noticed they were being followed. Jayleen caught a glimpse of the suspect in the reflection of a car window. “He had his face covered . . . He was looking calm. I knew something was going to happen,” the teenager told The Post. The brother and sister ducked into the stairway of their apartment on East 182nd Street in Belmont. But their home proved no refuge — the teen thug barged through the door right behind them and grabbed Jayleen around the waist. “He tried to grab me — and then, he like, he tried to force me with him,” Jayleen said. Panicked, the girl screamed and ran upstairs to her apartment, where her grandmother was waiting. When she fled, Jayleen admitted, she left Robert behind. “I ran away — I let go of his [Robert’s] grip,” she said. The suspect called out to her — “he just kept saying, ‘Come here,’ ” Jayleen said. “My little brother was stuck on the first floor.” The children’s grandmother ran downstairs, and found Robert safe, but crying. It wasn’t until about 15 or 20 minutes later that they noticed Robert’s bracelet was missing. “My mom bought it for him for his first birthday,” Jayleen said. “It had his name engraved on it.” The next day, cops arrested 18-year-old Abubakarr Payinkay, of Claremont, and charged him with robbery, burglary, grand larceny, and other charges. He is free on personal recognizance bail. Robert was traumatized by the incident, his sister said. “He’s just scared about it. He doesn’t like doing anything anymore,” Jayleen said. She’s still pretty upset, too. “I’m scared,” Jayleen said. “I don’t like going out alone.” Other criminals too spineless to pick on people their own size ripped off two Brooklyn tots of their jewelry last month. Two-year-old Destiny Maizanche had a $300 bracelet stolen from her wrist in Bedford-Stuyvesant on July 6 by a thug who also grabbed a $400 necklace from her pregnant mom. Cops arrested 30-year-old Michael Andrews in the attack. Andrews allegedly targeted Destiny and her mother, Adriana Espinal, as they entered the elevator in a building on Flushing Avenue where the tot’s grandmother lives. Espinal said she fought back against the thug by hitting him with her set of keys. In another Bed-Stuy caper, 3-year-old Harvey Hernandez was robbed of a $400 neck chain in the lobby of his apartment on July 10 while he sat in a stroller pushed by his mom, Riyanna Guerrero. Harvey’s godparents gave him the chain for his baptism. It has a small medallion depicting hands holding a child. Days after the crime, Harvey was still afraid to go outside, his parents said. My name is Grace and never in my life did I think that I would have my own Bieber experience. Previously, Justin had tweeted saying that he would be coming to Australia on the 15 th of July, and there was no way I was going to let this opportunity slip through my fingers. Following up to this, I heard that Justin was only going to Sydney, and since I live in Melbourne, I was so upset. However, my sister had moved to Sydney a few months back, so after constant begging to my mum, she finally agreed that we could go to Sydney to see Justin. While in the process of booking our tickets, I saw that Justin was in fact coming to Melbourne on the 15 th and 16 th for ‘Australia’s Got Talent’ Final which is when we had organized to go to Sydney! I was so excited and called my cousin ASAP since we’ve been obsessed with him since the very beginning. On the 15 th of July, I woke up and immediately went on websites to see whether Justin had been spotted in Australia or not. My cousin came over in the morning, and we decided that we would go try and see Justin, but we told ourselves not to get our hopes up, because what are the chances that we were going to be at the same place, same time and that he would actually come out to see us. So unlikely. If we didn’t see Justin we decided we would just make a day out of it, and have lunch in the city. While still at home, I happened to search in Google, “Where is Justin Bieber staying Melbourne 2012” and found a Yahoo answer saying, “He’s staying at the Art Hotel on Chapel street, I heard from a good source.” I went on Google maps and typed in Art Hotel, and it came up with 3 hotels. We decided that we may as well go to Chapel Street, what harm could it do? We got on the train and after about an hour and a bit of traveling, we were on Chapel Street. I directed us to one of the Art hotel’s which was just near the station. The hotel was small, and did not look like some place Justin would stay at. We stood there for 5 minutes and since no one was there, we decided we should just go to the Langham hotel which is where he stayed last time he came. As we were about to turn around, we heard some screams! We walked a little bit further around the hotel, and saw a group of about 8 girls there. We went up to them and asked whether they knew if Justin was going to be staying here. One of the girls replied, “Yeah he is, we know people”. After we heard this, we were not going anywhere. We then saw Channel 10 news standing there, and about 10 minutes after, a Channel 7 helicopter was flying directly above us! We overheard one of the parents saying that Justin was on his way, he had just stopped at McDonalds. Of course, I was thinking, “Yeah, how would you know..” but I checked Twitter and a girl that I follow tweeted saying that she just met Justin at McDonalds. I cannot explain to you how I was feeling at this point. About 10 minutes later, they barricaded off the driveway, and we saw a black van come down from the other side. The 10 of us sprinted as fast as we could to the car, but unfortunately we didn’t see him. After waiting another hour or so, we started to lose a bit of hope. A blue van then drove into the entrance, and I tried to have a look if anyone was in there, it didn’t look like it, so I just stepped back. Then the doors opened, and Scrappy, Alfredo and Dan came out!!! Everyone ran up to Alfredo for a photo, so I decided to go up to Dan, and I asked whether I could have a photo, in which he replied with, “Yeah sure, thank you for asking!” So cute! After also getting a photo with Scrappy, they headed inside after having a small interview with Channel 10. There was no way I was going anywhere after this. I knew that he was there. About half an hour later, another car came and Allison and Kenny hopped out! I was just stunned. KENNY WAS IN FRONT OF ME. Kenny took a photo with us all , and by this time there were about 15 people all together. Shortly after, the whole crew went to the restaurant at the hotel and had some lunch. They had a table that was at the window, so we were watching them all eat lunch. Suddenly, I looked to the foyer of the hotel, and I saw Justin walk out of the elevator holding hands with Selena! He sat down and started to talk to his crew while eating lunch. Photos do not do him justice. He is actually the most perfect thing I have ever seen. His skin is amazing, and just wow. I was speechless. After about 10 minutes of everyone just standing there in awe, he stood up. Everyone just kind of stood there in shock, and somehow as he started to walk towards the doors of the hotel, while everyone just stood in the same position, I somehow managed to move my legs (do not know how that happened) and as he walked through the door I was standing right in front of him. Justin walked out and said, “Hey, would anyone like a photo?” I stood there just watching him take photos with my cousin and one other girl, and then I got my chance and got a photo with THE BEAUTIFUL Justin Bieber. He asked, “How are you guys doing” and was just such a nice guy. After a few photos he headed back inside and said thank you to us, and told us that he loved us. He then went back and ate lunch. We stood there. Not knowing what had just happened and everyone was basically unresponsive since we had JUST MET OUR IDOL. After another 10 minutes, we decided that we would go and let him eat his lunch in peace, and on our way back to the station, we saw herds of girls sprinting to the hotel. We later found out that there were over 300 girls at the Langham hotel where we were going to go at the start! Meeting Justin was actually the most amazing moment of my life. He is perfect, he’s lovely, flawless, just beautiful. Thank you so much Justin for making my dreams come true. I never ever thought this would happen, and you just made me the happiest girl in the world. For everyone that hasn’t met him, don’t worry, your time will come.
