Troubled but popular reality star Scott Disick celebrated his 33rd birthday in Las Vegas with none other than ex-partner Kourtney Kardashian. The Lord, who has been squiring a harem of barely-legal ladies of late, instead spent the evening alongside his three-time baby mama. Kourtney Kardashian, 37, partied at 1 Oak with Scott, along with her sister Khloe Kardashian and frequent family associate Malika Haqq. What should we read into the fact that Kourt joined him? Maybe a lot … maybe not so much. Either way, insiders close to her say that Kourt’s feelings regarding Disick’s behavior have evolved. “Kourtney’s anger towards Scott disappeared a long time ago. She realizes he’s a self-destructive addict who can’t help himself,” a friend said. Yes, she’s posted plenty of bikini pics over the past year or so that seem tailored to torturing her ex and showing him what he’s missing. That’s a great storyline, and no one would blame her, but she clearly has some genuine affection for the father of her children, as well.
