In this clip from Sunday's Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 12 Episode 15 , Kourtney Kardashian has a major decision to make. What will she do about Scott's birthday?!?!? In the teaser, the mother of three talks with Kris Jenner and sister Khloe Kardashian about attending Scott Disick's 33rd birthday party. For obvious reasons, she's conflicted about it. “Scott invited me to his birthday party in Las Vegas and I'm just not sure if I want to go,” Kourtney says in a confessional to the E! cameras. The Lord, she feels, might get the wrong idea. “I'm so happy that Scott and I are getting along so well and that we're co-parenting, but I think hanging out with Scott without the kids …” Things are good right now as Kourt sees it, but everything is tenuous when it comes to Scott, so she's reluctant to rock the boat. Hanging out without the kids, she fears “Scott can just take any little thing and run with it and think that we are getting back together.” “Right now, I can't even wrap my head around that.” After all they've been through, who can blame her? The guy clearly hasn't established a track record of being stable when he's in a relationship, or making good on promises to get clean. Even though the kids would love it, and plenty of fans who loved them together might wonder why she doesn't just go for it, Kourt is realistic. “There's so much work that would be involved,” she says, after their breakup and the many low points that came before that. “I'm so not even there yet.” The pair officially ended their nine-year relationship in July 2015 after photos surfaced of Disick hanging out with Chloe Bartoli in France. Despite the heartbreak, Kardashian and Disick have admirably taken the high road, remained amicable and continue to be good friends. Or as close as you can be, in their situation. Relatively speaking, he's been on good, sober behavior – plenty of rumors will always follow Scott, but he's done nothing shady we know of. His struggles with sobriety and their impact on his life are well documented, but in fairness, he's been pretty much a model citizen lately. It shows, too, in the only way that really counts. Their three children Mason, 6, Penelope, 4, and Reign, 20 months, are all thriving, and both parents deserve credit for their role in that. Recently, all five went on vacation together. “[We ate], slept, relaxed, swam, drove around, saw the sights,” Disick said of the Nantucket trip he took with Kourt and the kids. “[We] checked out different restaurants,” he added. “Went to some candy stores for the kids. Overall, it was very, very relaxing.” And he got Kourtney Kardashian pregnant again . Just kidding! Maybe. That rumor never gets old. Earlier this month, Lindsay Lohan accused her fiance, Egor Tarabasov, of cheating in a bizarre late-night social media rant in which she also hinted that she was carrying his baby. We now know that Lohan is not pregnant – but the situation with Tarabasov is far worse than previously thought. The clip seemed to suggest that Lohan was in, at best, a disturbingly unhealthy, unstable relationship. At worst, it appeared to reveal that she’s a victim of domestic abuse. Fans were relieved, as it seemed that after years of self-destructive behavior, the troubled actress was finally acting in her own best interest. Now, however, it seems that reports about Lohan lying about her breakup were accurate, and she is still planning to marry the Russian billionaire. Seemingly as a means of announcing that she and Tarabasov were back on, Lindsay posted this photo of herself wearing the lavish emerald engagement ring with which he proposed: She removed it shortly after the video leaked earlier this month. Lohan gave no explanation for the reconciliation, but several fans expressed concerns about the 30-year-old continuing her relationship with Tarabasov. She’s made no formal announcement, but at this time it seems that Lohan is planning to proceed with her plans to marry Tarabasov. Hopefully those closest to her are monitoring the situation closely.

Back in March, Teen Mom: OG cast member Catelynn Lowell checked into rehab to be treated for depression and anxiety. In a recent interview, Lowell stated she's “not cured” but is doing better emotionally following extensive in-patient treatment. Catelynn's relationship with husband Tyler Baltierra is generally considered to be one of the most stable in the Teen Mom franchise. As is to be expected, Baltierra publicly and privately supported and visited his wife during her stay in an Arizona facility. So it came as a shock to many TM fans when a clip for the show's upcoming season showed Baltierra giving Lowell a hard time. Specifically, about what she's eating for dinner. The clip shows the 24-year-old Lowell revealing to Baltierra, also 24, that she's thinking about joining Weight Watchers again. Tyler is encouraging at first, but the conversation quickly turns casually ugly, as he ridicules her for the size of the meal she's eating. “That’s a big ass quesadilla, it has a lot of chicken,” Tyler says. “It’s your body, you could do what you want.” “Obviously I don’t want no heifer for a wife!” Yes, he actually said that. Kind of unreal. The conversation gets so nasty so fast that one of the show's producers – if you watch Teen Mom: OG online , you know that unlike Teen Mom 2 , OG often stylistically puts the MTV staff members on camera in a strange interplay with the cast – intervenes on Catelynn's behalf. “You come off so harsh sometimes,” the producer says. Baltierra, apparently oblivious to the seriousness of the situation, “I’m being honest! Would you want to be married to some big heifer?” NOTE: Tyler, take the lifeline next time it's offered. Baltierra and Lowell married in August of 2015, and have been the subject of many a #RelationshipGoals hashtag in the year since. They both survived difficult childhoods and unusual circumstances – they met because they are step-siblings, as fans know. Especially following the trauma of giving their first child for adoption, they've served as pillars of strength and support for one another.
