Jenelle Evans vs. David Eason: The Custody Battle Over Ensley Is Soon to Turn Ugly!

As you've probably heard by now, Jenelle Evans and David Eason are getting divorced . The couple began hinting at marital strife last weekend, and on Thursday, Jenelle dropped the hammer: She revealed that she and her children are no longer living with David, and that she has begun the divorce process by filing the necessary papers. The big question now is — what will become of Ensley? Yes, there were several children living on The Land, but only one was the offspring of both Jenelle and David. The couple just regained custody of the 2-year-old earlier this year, and both have been arrest records a mile long, which means they may be in for a very complicated — and very ugly — custody battle. Take a look:   1. The Not-So-Happy Family Yes, after just two short years of domestic misery, Jenelle Evans and David Eason have officially called it quits on their marriage. 2. Mysterious Split Usually, Jenelle and David are more than happy to air their dirty laundry on social media, but this time around, they’ve been surprisingly quiet. 3. Actually … More accurately, Jenelle has been quiet. David has been throwing himself an epic pity party on Facebook. 4. He’s Not Happy We’ve seen a few of the fits of rage we’re so accustomed to from David, but he hasn’t provided much in the way of details. Fortunately, these two are terrible at keeping secrets. 5. An Actual Psychopath As you probably know, Jenelle and David’s current woes began back in May, when he shot and killed the family dog in a fit of rage. 6. House of Horrors For most people, the worst part of that situation would be the fact that David BEAT, SHOT AND KILLED A PUPPY while his kids were present, thus prompting a CPS investigation that led to the children being removed from the home. Ashley Martson and Jay Smith: It’s Over! Again!

Ashley Martson and Jay Smith are no longer dating. In and of itself, this is not a shocking statement. The 90 Day Fiance stars are nearly as unstable as fellow reality TV personalities Jen Harley  and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. But the circumstances behind their latest split may come as a shock to even those who have followed the couple very closely over the past several months. How so? Scroll down for all the sordid details… 1. What’s the Deal with These Two? Martson and Smith met on a 90 Day Fiance, with the latter hailing from Jamaica and needing to marry a U.S. citizen in order to live here permanently. They wed in 2018, as seen on 90 Day Fiance Season 6. 2. What Went Wrong After That? Uhhh… everything? For starters, Smith was caught using a dating app days after their wedding. He was chatting with other women on Tinder. 3. Was It Over After That? Not exactly. The stars broke up and then reconciled and then Ashley filed for divorce in January 2019 and then took it back and then filed a second time in April 2019. 4. For What Reason? Because Smith was caught with a woman in a barbershop bathroom. This was merely the latest example of him cheating on his wife. Jay was then taken into ICE custody after he violated a protective order Martson had against him. 5. So It Was Definitely Over Then, Right? It sure sounded that way. “Honestly, I don’t really care if he’s deported,” Ashley told In Touch Weekly just this past August. 6. What the Heck Happened from There? It’s sort of unclear — but there were concerns in September that they got back together again after the two attended the same event in Pennsylvania. Sister Wives Fans Unite, Wonder in Unison: Where is Kody?!?

Move over, Carmen Sandiego. Take a seat, Waldo. When it comes to a national search for a well-known figure, we have a new candidate for folks from coast-to-coast to be on the lookout for… … Kody Brown! Over the past few weeks, multiple members of Brown’s polygamous family have been sharing new family photos on social media. Take Christine, for example. The veteran reality star shared the following photo just a few days ago, explaining her fun adventure featured within it as follows: “Went to Bearizona today!! Super fun experience. Definitely saw many bears.” She included with this caption the hashtag “funwithfamily,” except here’s the thing: a rather important member of this family was absent, not taking part in the fun. Christine posted this message — along with several photos of some of her children and her grandson, Axel, enjoying the outing — with no sign of her husband. Anywhere. For her part, meanwhile, Meri Brown has not shared any photos with Kody in several months. The same can be said for Janelle Brown and Robyn Brown. With rumblings all around the Internet about the future of this popular show and the relationships that comprise it, fans can’t help but wonder: Why isn’t Kody seemingly EVER with any of his spouses?!? “Hey, just seems like [you’re] a single parent you do everything with [your] kids, where’s Kody?” asked one followers on Christine’s Instagram page, in response to one of her new photos. Another posed the same question; Does y’alls husband ever go anywhere with [you]? And then another addressed Christine as follows: Wish your family would update everyone on stuff. Like where is Kody? [You] and the other wives never post any pictures of him and [Robyn] has stopped posting altogether. Makes the rumors of Meri leaving and Robin [sic] divorcing Kody sound more true. Ah, yes: Those rumors… Meri has clearly been unhappy for years now. Granted, she moved with everyone else from Las Vegas to Arizona last year, but she is yet to put down roots there. As previously reported, Meri is merely renting a home , refusing to accept the notion that this is her permanent residence and perhaps that this is her permnanent romance. Remember her castfishing scandal from 2016 ? And subsequent quotes from Kody about how he and Meri are starting over and trying to just “date” for a little bit? There’s really no attempt at even hidingthe fact anymore that Meri doesn’t like her ongoing marital arrangement. What about all that aforementioned Robyn Brown divorce chatter? Unlike Meri, you won’t hear many complaints from this Sister Wives star herself — but we still have reasons to believe she wants out. Heck, we have reasons to believe that Sister Wives as a whole is in chaos . TLC has not yet announced a return date, although we’ve been hearing January 2020 for awhile, and Kody never seems to issue any statement that counters the narrative of general tension throughout his marriages. Could this be the end of the line for everyone involved? Will they soon go their separate directions? We may soon find out. Nathan Griffith DUI Details Revealed: He Was Passed Out at the Wheel at 5 PM?!

It's 5 o'clock somewhere! That's something your alcoholic friend might say when he's looking to pound some tequila shots on his lunch break. But even that maniac would probably look down his nose at the sort of person who gets passed-out drunk before most folks are even out of work — on a weekday, no less! Nathan Griffith, on the other hand has no qualms about getting absolutely sh-thoused on a random Thursday while the sun's still out. As we reported earlier today, Griffith was arrested on DUI charges last night. Now we know the details of his latest brush with the law, and frankly — we're a little worried for the guy. Take a look: 1. Not on His Best Behavior Griffith was booked and held on $10,000 bond after being arrested on DUI charges near his home in North Carolina yesterday. 2. A Very Bad Habit Troublingly, this was not Griffith’s first DWI. In fact, it’s not his second, either. The 32-year-old been arrested for the offense on at least THREE prior occasions. 3. The Bright Side Thankfully, Griffith hasn’t killed anyone with his reckless behavior. But that doesn’t mean he’ll walk away from this latest situation consequence-free. 4. Kaiser In the Middle Not only is Nathan facing jail time, he’s set to square off against Jenelle Evans in a battle for custody of his son, Kaiser. Needless to say, this brush with the law won’t improve his chances of winning. 5. A Rare Victory Jenelle hasn’t done a whole lot of winning lately (or ever?), but Nathan just made it much more likely that she’ll be granted full custody of Kaiser — especially once the judge finds out the details of Griffith’s latest arrest. 6. Derick Dillard on Jim Bob Duggar: He Keeps All the Money and Lets His Kids Starve!

We hate to say we told you so, but — well, we’re about to do exactly that. For months now, rumors of a feud between Jill Duggar and her parents have been circulating non-stop. And earlier this week, we reported that both parties are no longer making much of an effort to conceal their mutual disdain for one another. It all started when the entire Duggar clan went to LA to visit Jinger  — and left Jill at home. (Joy-Anna Duggar didn’t make the trip either, but that’s because she was on an elk hunting trip in Colorado with her husband’s family.) That wasn’t the only recent indication of bad blood, but it’s a pretty major public snub from a family that usually prefers to keep its beefs under wraps. And now, it looks as though Jill’s husband, Derick Dillard, has decided to respond in kind. Way back in March of 2018, a fan on Twitter asked Derick about the rumor that he tried to get TLC to pay for Jill’s hospital bills after she delivered their baby. Now, as we know from the many times that Derick bullied Jazz Jennings on Twitter, the guy is very, very active on the site. But for some reason, he waited until today — 19 months after the question was asked! — to respond to the hospital bill query: “Derick did you ask TLC to pay a hospital bill, if so why?” the fan tweeted last year. “I thought it was fair to ask in negotiating … TLC made lots of money in filming a birth special episode, and they had not offered to pay us anything,” Dillard replied today . “So I thought, at the very least, they could reimburse 5-10K for medical expenses. TLC sure made more than that off of us.”  Now, it seems to us that Jim Bob had slapped a muzzle on Derick and forbidden him to talk about the family’s business relationship with TLC. These days, however, it appears that Derick is fully off the leash. And if that little exchange wasn’t enough to convince you that Der is no longer worried about protecting Jim Bob’s public image, check this out:  “So why does Jim Bob get all the money for the show and doesn’t give any to his children? The actual stars of the show,” the fan followed up, prompting Derick to reply: “I don’t know. You would have to ask him that.” Folks, that’s some serious shade. Sure, it’s not the level of trash talk one typically hears from feuding reality stars, but these are the Duggars we’re talking about. Raiven Adams Shares the Hardest Part of Being Pregnant

Raiven Adams is pregnant with Bear Brown’s baby and has been flaunting her baby bump for fans to admire. Not everything has been easy. Being pregnant and being famous are hard enough without suddenly doing both at once. Before leaving Instagram for a while to avoid hateful trolls, Raiven opened up about the hardest part of her pregnancy. Raiven Adams is about 12 weeks pregnant with Bear Brown’s child. On social media, she opened up about the most difficult thing about her pregnancy. “I’m probably very extra about it,” she admitted. Raiven continued: “But I research everything I eat to make sure it’s safe.” “It’s overwhelming sometimes,” she acknowledged. That’s very smart. Some foods that seem harmless or even healthy can be hamrful while pregnant (or breastfeeding). Raiven also spoke about the difficulties in general of her pregnancy so far. “Right now it’s hard because I’m always sick,” she revealed. “But,” she was sure to emphasize. “I am blessed to have a baby on the way.” That’s great! Unfortunately, her pregnancy is not the only source of trouble in her life. As we mentioned, some “fans” of Alaskan Bush People and of Bear Brown in particular have been dogpiling on Raiven. They didn’t like that she an Bear were quietly dating for six months before going public. It looks like some envied her. They didn’t like that she was pansexual — which is straight-up bigotry. They didn’t like when they got engaged, when they broke up, when they found out that they were expecting, or when they got back together. And they certainly didn’t like that those things happened in that order. Last time, when the barrage of hate and trolls became too much, Raiven ended things with Bear, resolving to remain friends. This time, she knew that she didn’t want to let these same monsters get to her again. Instead, she made the wise choice of simply stepping back from social media — from Instagram, specifically. It’s a shame, but it’s the right move. Trolls have no power to upset her in her condition if she doesn’t see the vitriol tha they hurl in her direction. Raiven is not the only one to take a huge step back from Instagram. This week, Bear Brown took to the same social media site to share an announcement of his own. “Gonna be off Instagram for a little while!” he revealed. Thank you everybody!” Bear expressed. “God bless!” Even when haters are nipping at his heels, the self-described King of Extreme remains so friendly, open, and chill. Contrary to what weird conspiracy theorists masquerading as fans might say, Raiven was not interested in fame. She’s made that clear. She and Bear were friends first, only later becoming a couple. And no, she did not become pregnant in order to “trap” him. She only discovered that she was pregnant after they had broken up. Alaskan Bush People fans should be overjoyed that the Brown family is getting yet another grandchild. Most fans are happy about it, of course. But it takes only a few loud negative voices to ruin a good time. We hope that they both return to Instagram when they’re feeling better about it. Kylie Jenner & Travis Scott: Wait … Are They Back Together Already?!

It’s been just over two weeks since the world learned that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have broken up . And sure, other things have happened during that time, but frankly … none of them matter. Impeachment inquiries? Joker movies? Polar ice caps melting at an alarming rate? All of those things are small potatoes compared to the news that Stormi’s parents have been driven apart by the winds of change. On Instagram, fans have been begging Kylie to take Travis back . Frankly, that seems a little strange to us, especially since no one really knows why she kicked her baby daddy to the curb in the first place. What if the rumors about Travis cheating on Kylie with Rojean Kar  turn out to be true? Will the shippers still want them to get back together then?! Actually, it’s probably best if we don’t know the answer to that. Anyway, for whatever reason, Kylie’s most obsessive fans are convinced that the reconciliation is a foregone conclusion, and she and Travis will find their way back to one another eventually. These folks have been combing her social media for weeks in search of evidence, and now, they found what they were looking for in the above photo. Yes, to the untrained eye, it’s just a photo of Kylie and her daughter at one of those LA pumpkin patches where everyone goes to do autumn cosplay, even though it’s 85 and sunny. But if you cross-reference Kylie and Travis’ Instagram Stories from Wednesday, you’ll notice clues that they both accompanied Stormi on her gourd-hunting expedition. Take a look: In case there was any doubt, the pic is even date-stamped. It may not seem like much, but this is the closest we’ve come to Kylie and Travis appearing in a photo together in almost a month. Needless to say, if you’re one of those weirdos who drifts off to sleep each night muttering a desperate prayer for a KyVis reconciliation, this is very exciting news. Unfortunately, it seems you may have gotten your hopes up for no reason, as TMZ is reporting that Kylie and Travis have taken Stormi on several family outings together, but still have no intention of getting back together. So we guess the good news is, Kylie and Travis are committed to amicable co-parenting, and the other good news is, the terrifying stans who are obsessed with this relationship might eventually have to go back to thinking about their own lives. Joy-Anna Duggar SLAMMED By Fans For Animal Cruelty: Why Do You Have to Kill?!

Last week, much of the Duggar family traveled west to visit Jinger Duggar in Los Angeles . It was the Duggars’ first pilgrimage to the City of Angels, and the entire Counting On clan made the trip — with two important exceptions. Jill Duggar stayed home with her kids, and her younger sister Joy-Anna embarked on a different kind of journey. Joy was curiously quiet on social media for most of the time that her family was in California, which led to rumors of a falling out. But now, we know she had simply set out on an adventure — one that made it very difficult to update her social media pages. Earlier this week, Joy posted the photo below to the joint Instagram account she shares with Austin. “Colorado,” the mother of one captioned the pic. “Y’all! I got to come with the guys this year on their Elk hunting trip! It’s freezing cold and we have already done a ton of hiking, but we’re excited cuz we’ve already spotted some elk!” she added. “Can’t wait for opening morning! It is absolutely GORGEOUS here!” While it’s unclear if Joy actually wielded a weapon herself, the revelation that she participated in an elk hunt didn’t sit well with some fans. “Why do you like to kill animals?I could not!” commented one such follower. Several others voiced their displeasure with Joy’s heavily-armed camping trip, but in the end, she seemed to have more supporters than detractors. “From one Colorado hunting woman to another, I appreciate you!” wrote one fan. ”I have lived here my whole life but my husband and I began hunting together 3 years ago,” the commenter continued. “Such an amazing experience and there’s just something about being surrounded by the beauty of Gods creation that really relaxes you! Cannot wait to get out there for deer season in just a few weeks! Good luck!!” Another fan pushed back against Joy’s critics, pointing out that raising one’s own food — by any means — generally cuts back on environmental waste: “If anything hunting is better for the world. Less packaging, zero plastic waste, zero machines for processing,” the follower commented. “As long as they’re eating what they hunt, what’s the problem. You can’t be against killing animals but not against destroying the environment.” One person who didn’t feel the need to weigh in on the debate was Joy. While she posted several updates on the trip she kept her comments apolitical, preferring instead to gush about her doting husband: “This Man! He has tucked me in every night, given me his blanket so I’d be warm, took my heavy backpack when I was getting tired, encouraged me when I was struggling to finish hiking up the steep trail, he is such a gentleman and helps encourage me to achieve me goals and dreams!” wrote Joy-Anna. “I love you so much, Austin Martyn!” As fans know, Joy-Anna suffered a miscarriage  back in July, and she’s reportedly struggled with depression in the months since. Teresa Giudice Confesses: Yes, I Hooked Up with Some Other Dude!

The worst kept rumor in Bravo history is officially a reality: Teresa Giudice totally cheated on her husband. We first reported that the embattled housewife was messing around behind her incarcerated husband’s back in February of this year. We later confirmed that Teresa and some dude named Blake Shreck held hands and swapped spit in Miami several months ago. This romantic interlude took place, of course, while the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was still married to Joe Giudice. Juicy Joe, of course, was serving time in jail at that point in time following his conviction in the couple’s bankruptcy scheme. Shortly after this report went viral, Teresa’s attorney tried to run damage control and shoot it down … with mixed results. “Teresa was in Miami for a charity event with a large group of friends, both men and women,” this lawyer said in a statement. Her attorney added, pleading Giudice’s case: “The photos show one of those friends helping Teresa out of the venue and to her car. She had some wine and she was wearing heels.” “There is no cheating, no divorce. End of story.” Except that Teresa has now reopened the book. On Tuesday, Bravo released the first few minutes of the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 10 premiere (to their Bravo Insiders fan club). The revealing scenes feature the 47-year-old mother of four at a crossroads in her marriage. Asked by co-star Jennifer Aydin if she’s still in love with Joe, Teresa says simply: “I don’t know.” “I haven’t been happy in so long,” she then tells sister-in-law Melissa Gorga. “And,” she adds, “I just want to be happy again.” You want more from Teresa? You got it. “I feel like I’m living the worst nightmare ever,” Giudice confesses, telling Danielle Staub that she feels like “drinking a bottle of tequila every night.” This is about when Teresa admits to having exploried her options, showing her fellow Jersey Housewives a photo of a shirtless guy and saying: “He’s the one I hooked up with.” BOOM! There it is. Teresa has made no secret of her desire to end her marriage, although a recent report alleged that Joe also wants out due to this cheating instance . The latter, of course, is on the verge of being deported to Italy. A judge sentenced him to live in the nation of his birth after Joe admited to committing a felony while NOT being a United States citizen. He just landed in this country while he awaits the results of his latest appeal, opting to wait it out there rather than in ICE custody. Joe has been away from the home he shares with Teresa and their four daughters –Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10 — since he began a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud in March 2016. A final ruling on his aforementioned appeal is expected to come down in November. And it is not expected to go his way. Teresa, who clearly can’t wait to be rid of her husband , will be a focal point of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 10. “Teresa’s a mess,” Dolores Catania says in a trailer for upcoming episodes. “There is so much stress in that house.” Margaret Josephs, however, sees it a little differently. She has far less sympathy for her colleague. The Real Housewives of New Jersey Trailer (Season 10) “Teresa is cocktailing it up all night while her husband is sitting in an ICE facility,” Josephs says. “That is shameful.” “You are not the person I met,” she tells the OG of the RHONJ, before the two get into what looks like a huge fight. Adam Lind: Off Probation, Ready to Make Chelsea Houska’s Life Hell?

It's difficult to imagine Adam Lind abiding by any of the rules that govern polite society, but believe it or not, it seems Chelsea Houska's deadbeat ex has spent the past several months in full compliance with the terms of his latest punishment. Lind was arrested back in 2017 for domestic assault, but he got off with a slap on the wrist. Chelsea and her family likely hoped that Lind would wind up serving hard time. That didn't turn out to be the case, but on the bright side, he was prohibited from contacting his past victims, including Houska. Unfortunately, it seems Lind has now been let off his legal leash, and it's anyone's guess how that development might impact Chelsea's future. Take a look: 1. Back At It Before David Eason began his reign of terror, Adam Lind was widely considered the worst baby daddy in the Teen Mom universe. 2. Still The Worst? Unlike David, Lind has never been accused of beating and murdering the family dog, but he’s guilty of just about very other domestic atrocity you can imagine. 3. One Bad Dad Lind is the father of Houska’s eldest daughter, 10-year-old Aubree. He’s been absent for large segments of Aubree’s life, but that’s probably for the best. 4. Stepping In Aubree gets all the fatherly support she needs from Chelsea’s husband, Adam DeBoer, who is reportedly considering adopting the girl. 5. Caught in the Middle That may seem like an odd move, considering Aubree’s father is still alive — but it’s almost impossible to overstate how bad a guy Lind truly is. 6. At Least He Knows When He’s Not Wanted Adam signed over his parental rights in 2018, and the DeBoer-Houska clan has been flourishing ever since. View Slideshow
