Tyga already gifted Kylie with a brand new car , and it looks like she’ll be spending the rest of the week getting the rest of her present on a solo trip to Mexico with her 25-year-old boyfriend. Kylie shared a pic of her brand new ferrari pulling up to a private jet getting ready for a week-long smash-a-thon getaway with her boo Tyga: Via E!online : And away they go! Just one day after turning the big 1-8, Kylie Jenner decided to get away from Southern California with her main man Tyga for a birthday getaway. While details remain on the down-low, multiple sources can confirm exclusively to E! News that the pair are relaxing in sunny Mexico for a few days. In fact, no big bashes are planned and other family members are not expected to visit. While Kylie is remaining quiet on social media so far, her vacation won’t last too long. The E! reality star is scheduled to visit Canada on Sunday to host yet another birthday bash in her honor. Enjoy your late teens, girl. We’re sure Tyga and Kylie are enjoying themselves to the fullest now that that the the “taboo” behind their relationship is nonexistent.

Trucker Who Slammed Into Tracy Morgan’s Car Hadn’t Slept In 28 Hours Tracy Morgan is doing well on his road to recovery since the tragic truck accident that caused him severe brain damage and killed another passenger. Now, a new report from the National Transportation Safety Board is finding that the entire incident may have been avoidable if the Wal Mart driver in question had simply gotten some rest. Via CNN : A truck driver’s fatigue — exacerbated by his decision to drive 12 hours to work before he even started his 14-hour shift — likely caused the June 2014 crash that killed comedian James McNair and seriously injured comedian Tracy Morgan in New Jersey, federal officials said Tuesday. But McNair, Morgan and others in the passenger compartment of a limo van weren’t wearing seat belts or using properly adjusted head restraints, a factor that contributed to the severity of their injuries, the National Transportation Safety Board said. A Walmart truck driven by Kevin Roper rear-ended the limo van, which was carrying seven people, shortly before 1 a.m. on the New Jersey Turnpike on June 7, 2014. The crash killed McNair — known as “Jimmy Mack” — and seriously injured four other passengers, including former “Saturday Night Live” and “30 Rock” performer Morgan, who was left with a brain injury. The NTSB said Roper was driving 65 mph in a work zone with a posted 45 mph limit, and failed to brake in time for slow-moving traffic ahead of him, including the limo van. The board said Roper declined to speak to its investigators. But the board determined that Roper was awake for more than 28 consecutive hours before the crash, having driven 12 hours in his personal vehicle before he started his job on the morning of June 6, the NTSB said. Wow. What would make him thing it would be a good idea to drive for that long???

It’s her money riiiiight? $188 Million Lottery Winner Blasted For Posting Fiance’s Bail The 26-year-old mother of four who won $188 million in the lottery and was praised for seemingly planning to use it on her child with cerebral palsy, is now getting blasted. Marie Holmes is currently the subject of criticism for bailing her fiance, an accused drug dealer allegedly caught with 8,000 bags of heroin, out of jail not once—but TWICE. Via WWavy TV 3: The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed WWAY’s earlier FIRST ON 3 report that a man in jail under $6 million bond has been released from the Brunswick County Jail. Lamarr McDow has been in jail since deputies arrested him July 23 for allegedly violating the curfew requirements of his pre-trial release. Deputies arested McDow at the Shallotte home he shares with Marie Holmes. Prosecutors say Holmes, who won a $188 million Powerball jackpot in February, was behind McDow’s release on $3 million bond in March just weeks after she won the jackpot. A Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman says a bondsman posted today’s bond for McDow, who was released with a GPS monitoring device. Bondsmen do not have to reveal who paid them to post bond, but Holmes apparently responded to criticism from readers on our Facebook page. “What Y’all need to be worried about is Y’all money and not how I spend mine this is benefitting Y’all how? And no he’s no drug dealer or user but who are Y’all to judge anybody? I will definitely pray for Y’all because it’s much need…they talked about Jesus so I’m not surprised Y’all are talking about me but be blessed though,” read a comment from Holmes’s Facebook account on a post about McDow’s release. McDow, who goes by the street name “Hot Sauce” was one of three suspects arrested in November 2014 as part of a year-long investigation. He was charged with crimes including trafficking heroin and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin. The investigation stemmed from an incident in July in the Shallotte area when more than 8,000 bags of heroin was seized. McDow’s criminal history includes convictions for assault on a female, assault and several counts of drug possession dating back to 2000. Holmes, 26, walked away with nearly $88 million after taking the lump sum and paying taxes on her mid-February Powerball win. She and several other people were charged with drug possession after a search of the home after deputies smelled marijuana when they came to get McDow. Investigators also charged him for possession of a firearm by a felon after finding a gun in the house during their search. Not that we’re counting anyone’s coins buuuuuuuuut $9 million on bail seems wasteful. What do YOU think??? Fair or foul???

NY Mother Kills 1-Month Old Baby By Throwing Him From Fourth Story Window Sounds like the mother was the real demon… Via NBCNewYork The mother accused of fatally throwing her baby from a fourth-floor window in Queens on Friday allegedly told detectives she killed the infant boy because an “evil spirit” had taken over the child, court documents say. Rashida Chowdhury, 21, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 1-month-old Rizwan Ahmad, whose lifeless body was found with severe trauma on the ground outside his apartment building in Richmond Hill Friday. The infant was pronounced dead shortly after he was found. Medical examiners said the baby boy fractured his skull in the 42-foot fall and had lacerations to his brain, liver and spleen. According to a criminal complaint, Chowdhury confessed to throwing the baby out of her bathroom window. She allegedly said the child had been sick recently and she threw him out of the window because she was “stopping the pain.” She also allegedly told police she thought the baby was possessed by spirits. Dallas Officer Shoots And Kills Unarmed Teen Yet another unarmed Black teenager has died at the hands of a police officer. This time, the incident took place in Dallas, Texas . Via DallasNews : A police officer in training fatally shot an unarmed teen burglary suspect early Friday at a car dealership, Arlington police said. Officer Brad Miller shot and killed 19-year-old Christian Taylor after officers responded to a burglary in progress about 1 a.m. at the Classic Buick GMC near Interstate 20 and Collins Street, police said. Taylor was unarmed, police said. The dealership’s security company reported the burglary when its cameras recorded a man at the dealership, police said. The suspect drove a SUV through the dealership showroom’s glass doors, Sgt. Paul Rodriguez said. When police arrived they found the man in the dealership’s showroom and approached him. Miller shot Taylor after an “altercation,” police said. Taylor died at the scene, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s office. A little more than a week before his death, Taylor tweeted “I don’t wanna die too younggggg.” Miller, 49, has been with the Arlington Police Department since September 2014 and graduated from the police academy in March, police said. He had no commendation or discipline record at the department. Prior to joining the department Miller had no police experience. At the time of the shooting he was in field training and under the supervision of a police training officer. Miller was placed on administrative leave, Rodriguez said. Administrative leave, huh. SMH. Floyd Mayweather Responds To Ronda Rousey’s ESPYs Diss Via HuffingtonPost Once again dodging his lengthy record of domestic abuse, Floyd Mayweather responded to Ronda Rousey’s recent diss of the boxer by simply bypassing it altogether. At last month’s ESPY Awards, Rousey earned the Best Fighter award, however, she truly won the night for calling out Mayweather on his charges of abuse, something on which many others in the sports world have turned a blind eye. “I wonder how Floyd feels being beat by a woman for once,” Rousey said. “I’d like for him to pretend to not know who I am now.” When asked about the comment, Mayweather, as per usual, dismissed the controversy, instead making it about purse money. “I just say that, you know, I’ve yet to see any MMA fighter or other boxer make over $300 million in 36 minutes. When she can do that, then call me,” Mayweather said in an interview with ESPN’s SportsCenter that aired Thursday. Mayweather went on to say: “You know awhile back, I never knew who Ronda Rousey was. So I’m pretty sure she got upset. I want to say congratulations to Ronda Rousey and the UFC, you guys have done a tremendous job.
