Police in Florida encountered a man wearing a jacket and brassiere, and riding a bicycle in front of a bank branch that prevented customers from using the ATM. Fort Pierce police asked Gregory Herndon to empty his pockets and, though it got him into trouble, the 33-year-old allegedly agreed. Out came a pair of women’s undergarments, a crack pipe, two needles for drug use, a pill bottle and brass wool, according to Off the Beat, which recently obtained the Nov. 3 arrest affidavit. Records from the St. Lucie County sheriff’s office says Herndon faces charges of possession of drug equipment and resisting an officer without violence. Bond was set at $15,500. Herndon has landed in jail previously for allegedly manufacturing meth in his home and attempting to flee from cops during an ill-fated cocaine purchase. SMH.

Paul Watson, 44, appeared at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court today accused of using high strength glue on a female’s genitals. The bizarre allegation was revealed today after Watson made his first appearance in court. Watson is charged with maliciously wounding an unnamed woman with intent to cause Grievous Bodily Harm. He has yet to enter a plea and no further details on the case have yet been released. Watson, of Sherbourne Road, Blackpool, Lancashire, was remanded in custody following the hearing at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court today. Prosecutor Pam Smith asked for the case to be heard at crown court due to the seriousness of the allegation. If convicted of the offence the accused, who made his first appearance in court for the charge, could face a prison sentence. Magistrates agreed and so Watson will appear at Preston Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing on November 26. Ex-Radio Jock Sentenced 25 Years For Raping Young Michigan Boy Via NYDailyNews A former Christian radio host who pleaded guilty to raping an 11-year-old Michigan boy was sentenced to at least 25 years in prison Monday. John Balyo, former host of WCSG Radio in Grand Rapids, Mich., faces between 25 and 50 years in prison on one count of first-degree criminal sexual assault. “I am feeling very deep and constant remorse for my actions,” Balyo said in court, according to the Battle Creek Enquirer. “And I want the family to know I am very sorry and wish I could do something to correct what has been done.” Balyo, 35, was arrested in June at a Christian music festival and pleaded guilty in September, telling authorities he paid Ronald Lee Moser, 42, to arrange for him to have sex with a child. Balyo said an 11-year-old boy performed oral sex on him in a motel room, with Moser in the room, in May. The boy turned 12 shortly after the incident, according to the Battle Creek paper. Calhoun County Circuit Court Judge Conrad Sindt mandated Balyo register for the sex offenders list and wear an electronic monitor if he ever gets out of prison. Sick f***er.
