Beaumont Texas Inmates Escape Prison Several Times, Bring Back Whiskey And Cellphones Four inmates who boldly escaped from their federal prison “several times” for a booze run are going viral. The men identified as Julian Lemus, 34; Leo Martinez, 25; Silevstre Rico, 35; and Robert Young, 45 were recently caught after authorities were alerted that they were regularly escaping from and returning to the Federal Prison Complex in Beaumont, Texas. A spokesman for the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office posted the group on social media and reported details; the men were caught Friday while leaving the prison and cutting through a neighboring ranch. The spokesman added that they were carrying contraband in bags, including whiskey and cellphones. This is reportedly their constant M.O. FREE THE GUYS.
Source: Lubomir Panayotov / Getty 32-Year-Old Walked Over 300 Miles To Have Sex With A Teenage Girl A 32-year-old man walked a whopping 351 miles from Indiana to Wisconsin with the intention of having sex with a 14-year-old girl. According to reports from The New York Daily News , Tommy Jenkins was arrested on Thursday and hit with multiple charges in Wisconsin’s Winnebago County. Investigators say that the grown man traveled on foot from Whitestown, Indiana, after demanding “sexually explicit photographs” from a young girl named “Kylee,” who turned out to be an undercover sheriff’s deputy. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin said on Friday that Jenkins began the long trek after “Kylee” refused his many requests to join him in Indiana. Throughout this time, Jenkins continued to engage who he thought was a young girl in sexually explicit conversations and kept her updated on his progress during his walk, authorities said. Once he arrived in Winnebago County, deputies and an FBI agent welcomed him by placing him in custody. “Our nation faces an epidemic of child sexual abuse, with the Internet making it too easy for predators to communicate with children across the country,” said U.S. Attorney Matthew Krueger. “The Justice Department is committed to working with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to prosecute child sexual abuse aggressively.” Jenkins’ federal charges include using a computer to attempt to persuade, induce, or entice a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity. He is facing a minimum of 10 years in prison and possible life behind bars.

After the profile was published, the reporter was bombarded with backlash over her confession that she had gone into the interview without any questions prepared. Here’s the excerpt from the story that had everyone up in arms: ‘Normally I bring a list of questions, but I didn’t have time to prepare one, which I make a split-second decision to confess. “I’m winging it, so you have to help me,” I say nervously. Rihanna flashes a grin that is somehow both reassuring and mischievous. “Aren’t we all?” she says.’ When reading this sentence out of context, it’s easy to see why people are upset: How could you NOT be prepared for an interview with Rihanna? And better yet, why would you ADMIT that to her…and then, on top of it, publish that admission within the article?! Here’s what Aguirre had to say when the backlash initially started pouring in: GUYS. I was driving to Trader Joe's in sweatpants when I got the call and literally had to flip a bitch. For you to get a call the day before being like, ‘Hey, Rihanna’s in L.A., you wanna do this?’ And show up on the dime and write an incredible article that I’m really proud of and enjoyed reading? She’s badass for that.” The mogul went on to say, “If you don’t have to prepare, girl, you’re gangster.”

Source: Chris McKay / Getty Fabolous’ Georgetown Performance Was Cancelled Due To His Alleged History Of Domestic Violence According to XXL , Fabolous was supposed to be perform at Georgetown’s “Hoya Madness” event this weekend, but because of domestic abuse allegations , he won’t be hitting the stage. Earlier this week, Georgetown officials released a statement saying that Fab had been disinvited to the event. “After engaging with students, we have cancelled the musical act for 2019 Hoya Madness,” the statement reads in part. “We take domestic violence very seriously and were unaware of the charges against the entertainer when he was booked through a third-party entity. We are committed to enhanced vetting of future performers and doing all that we can to support a safe and respectful community.” Fabolous was scheduled to perform along with Big Tigger, Georgetown University’s cheerleaders and a pep band but the details of his recent indictment for domestic abuse charges last year after being arrested for allegedly attacking the mother of his son, Emily Bustamante, caused students to speak out against the performance. It seems like Fab and Em have put their differences to the side, but it looks like people are still not letting the Brooklyn rapper off the hook that easy.
Source: ANGELA WEISS / Getty Colin Kaepernick & Team Release Fact Check To Clear Up Rumors Colin Kaepernick hasn’t been on a football field since 2016, which feels like forever and a day go at this point. The last time he was on the field, he was playing quarterback for the 49ers, before his kneeling activism lead to him being blackballed by the NFL. Yesterday, Kap’s agent Jeff Nalley released a fact-checker in an effort to clear up any the of rumors or misleading information people have about the activist. In the letter, he points out that during his last season on the field, the 49ers landed 4th in dropped passes with 29th in pass-blocking efficiency, all while having the worst-ranked defense in the entire NFL. This letter seems to be another attempt for his agent to blast NFL teams on record, as TMZ reports Nalley has reached out to every NFL team and reportedly gotten little-to-no response. “Not a single team has offered Colin a job since the 2016 season, in which he began his peaceful protest. Not a single team has brought Colin in for a workout. Seattle brought Colin in for a visit but did not work him out. Afterward, Pete Carroll said Colin is a ‘starter in this league’. No other NFL team has interviewed or worked out Colin in the past 3 seasons, despite other false statements in the media to the contrary.” One of the rumors Nalley addressed in this letter were those circulating that Colin was demanding a specific salary, along with the longstanding rumor that he doesn’t even want to play again. His team made sure to make it clear that those allegations specifically are “completely false” and the notion Colin doesn’t want to play is just plain wrong. In fact, he says Colin has been working out 5 days a week for over three years now, and at this point, he’s just hoping to play again. He also goes on to address why Colin opted out of his 49er deal in the first place, if he’s even eligible to play again, and more. Nalley closes the letter out in a college essay fashion, pretty much laying out how he doesn’t understand the issue. “In summary, it is difficult to think of another young player in NFL history with statistics and character as impressive as Colin’s not being given an opportunity to earn a spot on an NFL roster after what he has accomplished.” At this point, it may be time to try a different approach, or for Colin, a different agent. No matter how pissed off people may be about his kneeling or his NFL settlement check, any agent with respect on their name would get a callback and a conversation, even if it’s not what they want to hear. Something has got to give because these same old tricks from 2016 clearly aren’t getting the job done and there are more than enough quarterback positions open for someone of Kaepernick’s caliber.
