This was heartless and cruel. Woman Brutally Beaten And Left For Dead It’s a shame she won’t get to see her babies grow up. According to My Fox: A missing Richardson ISD teacher was found dead Monday in New Mexico, and her boyfriend now faces a murder charge. Emily Lambert, 30, was on a weekend trip to New Mexico to join her boyfriend who was there on a job assignment. On Sunday morning, her boyfriend reported her missing. Eddy County authorities said Wednesday they have Robert Earley in custody on three charges: murder, fugitive from justice and tampering with evidence. Legal documents indicate Earley was arrested after taking a polygraph test and giving investigators at least one false version of what happened to Lambert. An arrest warrant affidavit states Earley got into a fight with Lambert on Saturday evening where she bit him and he punched and kicked her in the mouth multiple times. She became unconscious, and Earley loaded her into his car and drove her to a remote location. Lambert regained consciousness and began to fight Earley again. Earley hit her multiple times with an air pump he had in the back of his car. Earley then took some rope, made a loop and put it around Lambert’s neck. He wedged the rope in the car door and dragged her behind a metal shed and left her. Earley returned the next day and saw that Lambert was dead. Lambert has two daughters, ages 4 and 5, from a previous marriage. The bastard had the nerve to kill her then report her missing. SMH.. Facebook

Lamar forgot to pay for his crack rocks? Lamar Odom’s Drug Dealers Possibly Linked To Jewelry Heist If this is true, Lammy needs to watch his back. According to TMZ: Lamar Odom’s drug dealers could be linked to the $250,000 jewelry heist at Lamar and Khloe’s house … because we’re told the dealers threatened to break in to get the money Lamar never paid. Multiple sources involved in Lamar’s drug deals last year tell TMZ … Lamar wasn’t paying his tab. In fact, our sources say he was in the hole $15K to just one dealer back in Sept. and he owed another more than $40K. Lamar would fend them off by saying he was loaded and therefore good for it. He would also justify not paying from time to time because the quality of the drugs was “wack.” We’re told Lamar owed 10s of thousands of dollars to drug dealers when he left for Spain last month. Now the plot thickens. We’re told Lamar was getting text messages threatening his safety and also warning him they would break into his home to get even. Cops don’t know who stole the expensive jewelry but we’re told there was no sign of forced entry. One source says he has reason to believe one of the dealers had connections to someone who works for the family and had lawful access to the house. 10s of thousands of dollars? We heard of disciplining children, but this is a little extreme. Girl Beaten And Choked By Women For Being Suspended From School They had the nerve to smile in the mugshot too? According to NY Daily News: A 14-year-old Florida girl was slapped, kicked and choked, and then forced to take off her clothes so she could be beaten by belts after she was suspended from school, police said. The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office arrested three women in a graphic report of child discipline. Police responded to the house Friday after a passerby saw the women chase the girl outside their Deltona home. When police arrived the girl was only wearing her bra and panties and was severely beaten, authorities said. The victim was treated at a hospital for multiple cuts and welts and was turned over to the Florida Department of Children and Families, police said. Ishiyah McGhee, 30, and Janine McGhee, 39, and Moriyah McGhee, 32, were charged with child abuse with intent to cause bodily harm. Ishiyah and Janine were holding belts and breathing heavily when officers arrived, police said. The three suspects were taken to Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach and have since been released, according to the department’s website. Ishiyah and Moriyah created unusual mug shots, as they were smiling when police took their pictures. Police did not release the relationships of the suspects and the victim. The women went to the girl’s school Friday morning for a meeting about the girl’s suspension, police said. After the meeting the discipline began. They allegedly began beating the child in the parking lot as they took her away from the school. The women slapped the victim, shoved her against cars and choked her by grabbing her necklace, police said. SMH. Only in Florida. Volusia County Corrections

Teacher Sentenced To 30 Days In Jail After Raping Student Who Committed Suicide This judge CAN’T be serious with this sentence … via AOL News Attorneys for a former Montana teacher who raped a 14-year-old student argued Friday that his 30 days in prison were enough punishment, even as a judicial oversight panel sought the censure of the judge in the case over what it called an unlawful sentence. Prosecutors want to send freed rapist Stacey Dean Rambold of Billings back to prison. They said in an appeal of his sentence that he should have served a minimum of four years after pleading guilty last year to sexual assault without consent. [Defense attorneys] suggested the girl bore some responsibility for the rape, and referenced videotaped interviews with her before she committed suicide while the case was pending. Those interviews remain under seal by the court. “The citizens of Montana have determined that persons as young as 12 years of age will be held accountable and responsible for their actions in regard to certain types of sexual offenses,” Rambold attorney Jay Lansing wrote. “There is no rational basis to conclude that if the person is 14 years of age, the person can only have responsibility if they are the offender.” We’re speechless.

Easy there fella, put down the cerveza and grab a bottle of water George Lopez Arrested For Public Intoxication At Canadian Casino According to TMZ reports : George Lopez had one too many last night at a Canada casino — law enforcement tells TMZ, the comedian was arrested for public intoxication after passing out on the casino floor. Law enforcement sources tell us Caesars Windsor security alerted police to the Lopez situation — presumably after they found him on the floor — and officers subsequently arrested him inside the casino bar at Caesars Windsor. No charges are being filed against Lopez — we’re told he was pretty much dumped in a drunk tank to let him sober up. Lopez had performed at the casino just prior to his arrest and is scheduled to perform again tonight. Lopez has been released and we’re told he will perform tonight. What did Señor Lopez have to say for himself… “Tied one on last night. Not feeling great this morning.
