According to My Fox 28: Deputies have arrested three people — and are searching for a fourth — in connection with several acts of abuse allegedly inflicted on four children inside a Scioto County home. Deputies arrested Juan Carlos Sanchez, Edwina Louis, and Bobbi Sue Pack after an investigation into allegations of child endangering and rape involving children who lived with the suspects at a Collingswood Avenue home. The children were 11, 9, 8 and under 2 years old. The investigation was launched after one of the alleged victims sent an email detailing the abuse to a teacher who worked for the children’s online school, Ohio Virtual Academy. The children told investigators the suspects used ropes and chains to tie them to their beds for weeks at a time, only releasing the victims to enable them to complete school work, and rarely providing them with food. The children also claim the suspects would routinely force them to strip nakked, at which time they would be beaten with belts and paddles. Additionally, two children told deputies they were sexually assaulted on several occasions. The victims’ bodies displayed scars and bruises that seemingly confirm their claims of abuse, according to investigators. After searching the suspects’ home, authorities charged Pack and Louis with child endangerment. Sanchez faces the same charge, as well as two counts of rape. Deputies are searching for a fourth suspect, Leah Dillon, who is believed to have fled the Collingswood Avenue home when children’s services agents arrived to conduct an investigation. This is why Republicans stay losing. Senator Rand Paul Sues President Barack Obama Over NSA Surveillance They stay looking for a way to bring Obama down. According to CBS News: Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., is joining with a conservative group and Virginia’s former attorney general to sue President Obama and other top administration officials. They allege that the administration is violating the Fourth Amendment by collecting Americans’ phone metadata and are seeking a ruling that would halt the program and purge all previously collected data from government databases. “There’s a huge and growing swell of protest in this country of people who are outraged that their records would be taken without suspicion, without a judge’s warrant and without individualization,” Paul said at a press conference after filing the lawsuit in Washington, D.C. He predicted it would be a “historic lawsuit” that goes all the way to the Supreme Court. In addition to Paul, the lawsuit is being brought by Matt Kibbe, the president of the tea party-aligned group FreedomWorks, and the lead counsel is former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, who lost the state’s gubernatorial election to Democrat Terry McAuliffe in November. It names Mr. Obama, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, National Security Agency (NSA) Director Keith Alexander and FBI Director James Comey as the defendents. In a statement before filing the suit, Paul said the president has “publicly refused to stop a clear and continuing violation of the 4th Amendment.” It’s sad this guy honestly thinks he will win this fugazi lawsuit.

Sam revealed to his Missouri teammates he is gay last August, but he didn’t disclose his sexual orientation to his parents until last week. He said Sunday in interviews with ESPN’s “Outside The Lines” and The New York Times that he is gay. Michael Sam Sr. told The New York Times that he received the news last Tuesday when his son wrote in a text: “Dad, I’m gay.” Sam’s father took the news hard. He said he was eating at a Denny’s restaurant but had to leave after receiving the text. “I couldn’t eat no more, so I went to Applebee’s to have drinks,” Sam Sr. told the newspaper. “I don’t want my grandkids raised in that kind of environment.” Sam Sr., who described himself as “old-school,” told the newspaper the idea of a gay player in the NFL bothers him, even when that person could be his own son. He told the newspaper that late Hall of Famer Deacon Jones, the leader of the Rams’ Fearsome Foursome who is credited with terming the word sack, “is turning over in his grave.” He told the newspaper, however, that he loves his son and hopes he makes it into the NFL. “As a black man, we have so many hurdles to cross. According to NY Daily News: An Arizona woman jumped out of a 15-year-old boy’s second-floor bedroom window after his mother found her in his room nekked, police said. Keri Gonzalez, 34, of Marana, broke her ankle when she landed and limped down the street away from the home in San Tan Valley on Jan. 23, according to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office. About 2 a.m. that morning, the boy’s mother went to the room after hearing “knocking sounds by the stairs on the wall.” When he opened it, she reportedly saw a woman crouching down on the floor naked, hiding between the bed and wall. The mother yelled at her to leave the house, police said in a news release obtained by The Smoking Gun. The woman got dressed and leaped from the window so the mother would not recognize her, the teen explained. The 15-year-old boy told police that the woman was Gonzalez, a family acquaintance. She came over with some alcohol for them to share and they had sex twice before his mother awoke, the boy added.
