Tim Savage has revealed to DailyMailTV how his teenage daughter looked like a ‘prisoner’ during their disturbing last encounter more than two years ago. In recent footage of the young lady walking around in Chicago, she appears to have undergone more changes. Her hair is short and she is rocking baggy clothes. Source: NIKLAS HALLE'N / Getty London’s Met Police Significantly Increase “Stop And Search” Of Black People The world is a ghetto according to the legendary band WAR and the unfair police practices that are oppressing our brothas and sistas across the pond are proof positive of their 1972 proclamation. According to The Guardian , “stop and search”, the UK version of “stop and frisk”, went up 19% among Black people while white folks rate of search only increased by 5%. For reference, Black folks are 15.6% of London’s population while white folks make up 59.8%, yet somehow of all the searches done in 2018 Black people accounted for 43% and whites only accounted for 35%. In 2014 Black were 2.6 times more likely to be stopped by Met Police, in 2018, we were 4.2 times more likely to be stopped. The Met defended its actions saying youths from an “African-Caribbean heritage” were more likely than whites to be knife attackers or victims, and it was a crucial way to catch criminals and keep youngsters safe. It said violence “disproportionately affects areas with a more ethnically diverse population”. Crazy how much all of this sounds EXACTLY like the type of BS they tell us here in the U.S. The figures for 2018 shows there were 10.8 stops for every 1,000 white people, while for black people in London it was 50.2 stops per thousand of population. The fact that cops still trot out these ridiculous stats in an attempt to prove that Blacks and people of color are more likely to commit violent crimes is wholly offensive. Sgt Tola Munro, the president of the National Black Police Association, said: “It is no excuse to suggest that weapons or drugs are more likely to be found on black and Asian people. Even if there were that does not excuse this disproportionality – it’s not unconscious, it’s systemic racial profiling.” The hashtag might not be as popular as it once was, but #BlackLivesMatter still.
Source: Roy Rochlin / Getty Kanye West Is Suing Roc-A-Fella & EMI Over Unpaid Royalties and Publishing Rights According to TMZ , Kanye West has filed a lawsuit against Roc-A-Fella Records and EMI, the two companies responsible for launching his legendary career. Kanye reportedly filed 2 lawsuits this week against the companies, claiming he signed an exclusive recording agreement with the ROC and is asking for a declaration of his rights over a dispute he’s having and he wants money. His lawsuit against EMI states that they owe him some bread as well. According to TMZ, in 2003, the year before he came out with his breakout album, “College Dropout,” he signed a contract with EMI. The lawsuit claims by late 2011, Kanye had written solely or with other writers more than 200 songs and gave the rights to those songs to EMI. Those songs allegedly includes some of the most influential and successful songs in his catalog, although the suit isn’t specific as to what hits are up for discussion. Jay-Z reportedly sold his stake in Roc-A-Fella in 2014, so he has no direct connection to the company. Yeezy has also hired one of the most powerful firms in the country, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, to represent him so its pretty obvious he’s means business.

(That’s rhetorical) As if America’s political arena isn’t already filled with bigots, misogynists, and plain ol’ a$$holes, enter now-former Florida Secretary of State, Michael Ertel. Ertel was appointed to his former position by Governor Rick DeSantis, the same man who political opponent Andrew Gillam said was friendly with racists. According to Tallahassee Democrat , Michael Ertel is no longer Secretary of State effective immediately as he has formally resigned. The reason Ertel so quickly abandoned the post which he was just given is because 14 years ago he thought it expedient and hilarious to dress up in Blackface, with fake breasts, a headband, earrings, lipstick, and a t-shirt that read “Hurricane Katrina victim”. When confronted with these photos, here’s what he said: “There’s nothing I can say,” Ertel said. The only thing to say was that he was resigning from his job as a high-ranking state government official. We’d bet our most precious coins that if you checked Ertel’s and DeSantis’ text history you’d find all kinds of racist jokes and memes. Good riddance.
Source: Joe Raedle / Getty Man Shoots And Kills Five People Inside Of SunTrust Five people were shot and killed by a 21-year-old man inside of a Sebring, Florida SunTrust bank on Wednesday. Police are calling the crime “senseless”. According to NY Daily News , the man barricaded himself inside the building before surrendering to a SWAT team, authorities said. Zephen Xaver, 21, called 911 just after noon to report that he’d fired shots inside the SunTrust Bank. Unfortunately, negotiations failed to persuade the barricaded man to leave the building. The identities of the victims weren’t immediately released, and investigators didn’t offer an official motive. The SWAT team then entered the bank, and the gunman eventually gave up, police said. He was arrested without injury. “Today’s been a tragic day in our community,” Sebring Police Chief Karl Hoglund told a news conference. “We’ve suffered significant loss at the hands of a senseless criminal doing a senseless crime.” In case you’re curious, here’s a link to his mugshot . That’s the only way we can explain his obscenely disingenuous denouncement of the “outright lies” that he helped fuel a racist confrontation between his Covington Catholic High School classmates and Omaha tribal elder Nathan Phillips. According to NBCNews , Sandmann contends that not only was he attempting to “diffuse the situation”, but that but he and his friends were targeted by “four African American protestors” yelling “derogatory” things at them. “They also taunted an African American student from my school by telling him that we would ‘harvest his organs,’” Sandmann said. “I have no idea what that insult means, but it was startling to hear.” Nothing “derogatory” about telling a Black person that white people wearing MAGA hats might harvest their organs. Anyone who’s seen Get Out knows this to be an empirical fact of life. Peep game though, Sandmann then tries to paint himself and his teachers as peacemakers… Sandmann said that, with the permission of a teacher who was serving as a chaperone, he began leading the group of students in school spirit chants “to counter the hateful things that were being shouted at our group.” Apparently, the best way to “counter all the hateful things” was to stand 2 feet from Nathan Phillips face smirking like the douchebag his parents raised him to be. “I never interacted with this protestor. I did not speak to him. I did not make any hand gestures or other aggressive moves. To be honest, I was startled and confused as to why he had approached me. We had already been yelled at by another group of protestors, and when the second group approached I was worried that a situation was getting out of control where adults were attempting to provoke teenagers. This next part is proof positive that the devil is lie. “I believed that by remaining motionless and calm, I was helping to diffuse the situation,” he said. “I realized everyone had cameras and that perhaps a group of adults was trying to provoke a group of teenagers into a larger conflict. I said a silent prayer that the situation would not get out of hand.” Silent prayer, huh? Yeah. Ok. As most of us celebrated Dr. Martin Luther King’s legacy on Monday, racist white folks were out here trying their hardest to undo his legacy. 51-year-old Mark Allen Bartlett has been arrested and charged with carrying a concealed firearm after video footage showed him waving a gun and spewing racial slurs at young, Black cyclists during the annual “Wheels Up, Guns Down” protest. Miami 7 News reports: A woman is seen visibly upset at the group of bicyclists blocking the roadway. A separate video showed the woman accusing one of the riders of running over her foot. “You just ran over my foot with your tire!” she yelled at one of the riders. Things then escalated when, Miami Police said Mark Allen Bartlett, ran up to the group with a gun. “Get the f*** out of here, you f****** piece of s***,” Bartlett told one of the riders. “You f****** losers.” As Bartlett walked away, he’s heard calling them the N-word three times. After seeing the disturbing video, Miami Mayor Francis Suarez tweeted: I can confirm that the man in the video was arrested. His use of racist comments, especially on MLK Day, and threatening others with a gun will not be tolerated by anyone.
