Das Racist: New Zealand Pool Sign Taken Down After Parents Complain That It’s Shady AF

A public health campaign in Auckland, New Zealand has been criticised for promoting casual racism after Labour MP Tamati Coffey posted it on Facebook. Some parents claim that the white girl in the campaign is only insinuating that the little boy will pee in the pool just because he’s Black. One concerned mom responded: “I am an older female of European descent and I don’t like the sign. I very much doubt a little girl would running around saying this kind of thing to other kids.” Another added: “It’s funny at first glance. But then you realise the racial profiling. And it’s not funny anymore. We are so conditioned to subtle racism, that we just laugh and say nothing.” But the complaints were sure ’nuff heard. Auckland Council general manager of parks sports and recreation, Mace Ward, released a statement saying, “This particular sign was part of a series and it was not our intent to upset anyone. The campaign was created in response to potential public health issues and as a result we’ve have fewer pool shutdowns and less risk to human health. We’re removing our signs from our leisure centres and will take a look at the whole campaign.” Thoughts?

As his wife sat front and center during his trial, El Chapo’s reported mistress testified against him during his drug trafficking trial in Brooklyn. Lucero Guadalupe Sanchez Lopez, 29, gave teary-eyed testimony of how Chapo made her his “house-wife” and recounted a recounted a three-year relationship in which she said she periodically slept with Guzman, helped him buy hundreds of kilos of marijuana and joined the butt-naked alleged leader of the Sinaloa drug cartel in escaping Mexican Marines though a secret underground tunnel under his bathroom tub. Chapo’s wife simply smiled and laughed as his side-piece flipped on her husband in the courtroom. Lopez acknowledged that she hopes prosecutors will ask a sentencing judge to grant her leniency in return for her cooperation with authorities during the trial.   Continue reading →

  33-year old Robert Cronin is currently behind bars and facing sexual assault charges after police say he impregnated an 11-year old girl. Cronin, from upstate New York, doesn’t deny that the new born baby is his, but claims the young girl became pregnant after coming in contact with clothing he had used while masturbating. WTEN-TV News reports, Police in Niskayuna, about 20 miles northwest of Albany, arrested and charged him with endangering the welfare of a child and felony predatory sexual assault against a child younger than 13. Cronin, who has five children with his fiancée, was being held at Schenectady County Jail without bail. Police say that both the young girl and her baby are safe and taken care of. SMH. Florida’s NBC 2 reports that 40-year-old Laura Ulin pulled a gun at a Cape Coral hair salon after he appointment was pushed back. Ulin apparently brought her kids to a local Hair Cuttery and began cursing and yelling because it was past her appointment time, and she “thought the stylists were wasting time instead of working.” According to a police report, Ulin was then told by a customer to “take a chill pill” which clearly pissed her off because she pulled a gun and pointed it at the woman’s stomach. Ulin was arrested hours later at her home on an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without the intent to kill charge and a carrying a concealed weapon without a license charge. Kelly” docuseries — on what would have been the 40th birthday of his late girlfriend Aaliyah. “When media outlets asked him to comment … he became visibly upset and stormed off the carpet,” a source told Page Six. Dash was at the event celebrating “Growing Up Hip Hop” and Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition” with girlfriend Raquel Horn, daughter Ava and son Boogie Dash, who is featured on “Growing Up Hip Hop”. SMH: Brooklyn Bishop Allegedly Admits To Raping 9-Year-Old Daughter In Church

Gibson, is the head of Progressive Baptist Church in Brownsville, is accused of raping his own daughter between 2013 and 2017 when she visited on the weekends, police sources confirmed with The New York Post . The girl, now 14, kept quiet about what was happening — but recently told her brother, who is her legal guardian. He immediately went to police. The teen told police that Gibson would abuse her in various rooms inside the church. Gibson, 44, was arrested last Thursday around 5:50 p.m. at an East New York homeless shelter at Forbell Street and Conduit Boulevard where he’d been living. Gibson is charged with sexual abuse of a child, incest and child endangerment. He is being held on $10,000 bail with another court date on Tuesday. According to Myia Maples , the wife of the alleged victim’s brother, Gibson had been working in the church as a bishop. In a now viral Facebook post, the unsettled wife came to tears, asking for help from viewers. She says she wants the church to be shut down and treated as a crime scene. Myia also says that for years, after the victim’s mother died, her husband has been going through the court system to get the father’s rights revoked after they both suspected him of physically abusing the teen. She says the news of the alleged abuse was shocking. The teen blurted it out one day after confiding in her brother about her dislike for boys at school. She also says she has the father’s confession to the sexual assaults against his daughter on tape. Myia Maples is determined to get the church shut down as they seek justice for the unnamed young woman. So sad.

The 60-year old woman was attempting to smuggle 24 gerbils into the country under her skirt. After lifting up her skirt they discovered the 24 rodents packed into plastic bags and strapped to both her legs. When asked why she had them, Wu said she had been bringing them back into Taiwan for friends. Wu had confessed that each gerbil had been purchased at a pet store in China for a price of 50 Chinese yuan (NT$220) for each male and 150 Chinese yuan for each female. Almeda and Gary Hardwick were married in 2016 when they were 71-years-old and 17-years-old respectively according to NYPost . The couple met at the funeral for Almeda’s 45-year-old son Robert. Weird enough for ya yet? If not, get a load of this… Gary met and married Almeda while attempting to escape a relationship with a 77-year-old woman that he had been dating. “We were always fighting,’ said Gary. “I fell into depression and was looking for a way out.” Almeda was previously married but her husband of 43-years died in 2013 and she’s been looking for a lil’ spark in her life and in her loins: Almeda said: “I’d noticed this young man with a lovely smile during the service and thought, ‘Wow, this is the one.’” “He was on the other side of the church, but I kept looking over at him. It was like a bright light through the grief. “Then, as I was walking to the door at the end, he came over and passed on his condolences. We didn’t have much time, but it was enough.” We’re sure that Almeda isn’t the first person to feel lust during a funeral but that doesn’t make it any less weird.
