Source: Jeneil S / Getty 3 Men Charged In Gender Reveal Mass Shooting Three Cincinnati, Ohio area men have been arrested and charged for a mass shooting that took place at a gender reveal party back in 2017 for a woman who wasn’t even knocked up. According to ABC News , the 2017 shooting left one woman dead and eight wounded. Three children and a dog were among the wounded. Police determined the shooting was targeted and drug-related after connecting multiple witnesses to drug rings. “From the very beginning of this investigation, we met significant resistance that is uncommon from victims of crime wanting a resolution,” Denney told the Cincinnati Enquirer. A grand jury indicted 28-year-old Roshawn Bishop, 23-year-old James Echols and 21-year-old Michael Sanon on 22 counts of various charges including murder, aggravated robbery and cruelty to animals. The gunfire at a home northwest of Cincinnati killed 22-year-old Autum Garrett, of Andrews of Indiana. The victim’s husband and two children were injured in the shooting. Garret was the cousin to the host of the party — who investigators claim was not even pregnant at the time. The party was held for then 21-year-old Cheyanne Willis, who claimed to have suffered a miscarriage after being shot in the thigh. Investigators later found that she was not pregnant, to begin with. According to TMZ , Forest Whitaker filed divorce documents to split from his wife Keisha Nash Whitaker on Thursday — just two days after Christmas. Keisha and Forest wed in 1996 and share three adult daughters together. There is no custody or child support dispute to be had, and Forest has already requested that the court terminate any spousal support. The actual cause of their split remains unknown, though the actor cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason in his paperwork. SMH! According to The Oregonian , a Black man staying a Doubletree in Portland, Oregon had the cops called on him because he was in the lobby talking to his momma on the phone. Jermaine Massey had just attended Travis Scott’s ASTROWORLD Tour and posted the following video to Instagram documenting his interaction with the hotel security guard named Earl and a Portland police officer. The lobby appears to be full of people. White people. What’s so suspicious about a Black man on the phone? A police report describes Massey as very angry and loud. Once they arrived, the police officers told Massey to go ahead and check out of the hotel because the dispute escalated. An officer told Massey outside the hotel that he had no way of knowing if the incident was fueled by racism, but that Massey should follow up with his complaints with hotel management so he wouldn’t have to be arrested for trespassing. C’mon Son: An Old Clip Of Chris Rock Encouraging Louis C.K. To Say The N-Word Has Twitter In A Tizzy

The comedian became the talk of Twitter and the internet as a whole after a 2011 clip of HBO’s  Talking Funny  resurfaced. In the video, Chris Rock is joined by fellow comedians Ricky Gervais, Louis C.K. and Jerry Seinfeld, who all end up discussing the use of the “N-word.” Things escalate quickly as both Gervais and C.K. start to casually throw around the racial slur without a care in the world, as Rock joins in and laughs along with them. Countess / Getty Child That Dikembe Mutombo Flew To The States For Face Tumor Removal Surgery Dies Matadi Sela Petit from The Democratic Republic of Congo has died due to complications from surgery. The 8-year-old was flown into the U.S. by former NBA Player, Dikembe Mutombo, to have a massive tumor removed from his face reportedly passed during the surgical procedure at Cedars Sinai Hospital in L.A., According to Mutimbo’s Instagram, account, Matadi went into cardiac arrest after suffering a “rare and unpredictable genetic reaction to anesthesia” and was transferred to the ICU.

Lock Her Up: Matt Barnes Claims Gloria Govan Is A Habitual Violator Restraining Order, Wants Her Arrested

Source: David Livingston / Getty Matt Barnes Takes Gloria Govan To Court For Violating Restraining Order Things between Matt Barnes and Gloria Govan are U-G-L-Y and there is no need for an alibi as their dislike for one another is not obfuscated in any way, shape, or form. Despite a judge placing Govan under a restraining order, it doesn’t appear that Gloria has much respect for the order. According to The Blast, Matt Barnes is asking that his ex-wife be arrested for blatantly violating the ruling. Lawyers representing both sides took to court on Wednesday to make their case. Barnes’ lawyer stated that Gloria has made unlawful contact with the children 59 times via texts, FaceTimes and a football game appearance since she was banned from their presence. Matt also claims that Gloria is using a tracking app to keep tabs on the kids’ location. Inexplicable, Gloria’s lawyer argued that none of these things necessary constitute a violation of the judge’s order and wants the charges dismissed. Not sure how that works, but good luck with that. Seems like Gloria just needs to accept the fact that she played herself and needs to appear sane and non-hostile in order to potentially have the chance to regain some custody of her children.
