The former cop was just handed down a 10-year sentence by a Dallas jury after hearing character witnesses from both sides and deliberating. Her victim Botham Jean’s friends and family told the jury he was a “natural leader” and added that his 28th birthday would’ve been this Sunday. “My life has not been the same,” Botham’s mom Allison Jean told the jury. ““It’s just been like a roller coaster. I can’t sleep, I cannot eat. It’s just been the most terrible time for me.” Guyger was facing anywhere between 5 years to a life sentence. This isn’t the outcome we hoped for at all. Meanwhile, Botham Jean’s very saved and sanctified brother had some encouraging words to send Amber Guyger’s way before HUGGING her multiple times. “The best would be to give your life to Christ,” said Botham Jean’s brother. “I love you as a person, and I don’t wish anything bad on you. “I don’t know if this is possible, but can I give her a hug, please?” BREAKING: In stunning moment, Botham Jean's brother embraces Amber Guyger after her sentencing for his brother's murder. “I don't even want you to go to jail. According to NBCWashington , Pelosi is expected to announce her full support of the formal impeachment inquiry following a call to action by Rep. John Lewis earlier this afternoon. After months of resisting, Pelosi can no longer argue for temperance after both Trump and Rudy Guiliani essentially admitted publicly that they asked the Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate Joe Biden. The silent and alleged quid pro quo is that Ukraine will receive $400 million in military to dig up dirt on the former Vice President. New Michael Darby Allegations Surface During The #RHOP Reunion During the latest episode of the “The Real Housewives of Potomac” reunion, Ashley Darby’s hubby was hit with NEW allegations. As previously reported Michael Darby was criminally charged with sexual assault for allegedly grabbing the butt of a crew member, The man named Orville Palmer alleged that Michael groped him last September gave him a flirtatious look.” That lead to Michael being charged with felony assault as well as misdemeanor improper sexual contact but those charges were dropped due to insufficient evidence. Since then Michael and Ashley have continuously hammered home that he was exonerated. Unfortunately for the couple, however, the RHOP housewives still aren’t convinced and after chatting about Michael’s alleged actions all season, they rehashed things during the reunion. While Ashley tried to bring up her husband’s exoneration, the ladies noted that back in season one Michael was caught (red-handed, no pun) groping the butt of Katie Rost’s boo Andrew. Not only that, Robyn Dixon alleged that several RHOP producers accused Michael of touching them too. “That same evening when he grabbed Andrew’s butt, we also were made aware that he grabbed a couple of our producers’ butts as well,” said Robyn. Ashley apparently was blindsided by that latest bit of information but ALL of her costars agreed that they’d too heard that rumor. “News to me,” said Ashley. “I have never heard this.”   Poor Ashley.       Part 3 of the “Real Housewives of Potomac” Season 4 reunion airs Sunday at 8/7c.

According to CNN , a doctor in South Korea is being investigated by police after he accidentally performed an abortion on the wrong woman. On August 7, a pregnant patient with a 6-week-old fetus had gone to a clinic in district of Gangseo, in the country’s capital Seoul, according to the Gangseo police. At the clinic, a mix-up in medical charts and failure to check her identity led to the mistaken abortion. South Korean news platform YonHap reported that the victim came to the clinic to receive a nutrition shot and the nurse injected her with anesthesia without confirming her identity. The doctor then performed the abortion, also without confirming her identity. The patient had no idea what was happening until it was over. Abortion was just made legal in South Korea and all laws must be revised by December 31, 2020 according to CNN, but as of now, the procedure is illegal and is punishable by 1 year in prison. Violence. On God.

As previously reported Kenya Moore and her husband of two years Marc Daly, announced last week that they were splitting amid rumors that he has a secret ex-wife and children. The news was especially shocking considering that the couple made a joint appearance on “The Tamron Hall Show” and appeared together at a benefit reception in honor of the Black Man Lab at the Wimbish House in Atlanta. If you found the couple’s split shocking, you’re not alone. Kenya’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta” costars were reportedly blindsided by the divorce announcement. TheJasmineBrand reports that the ladies of RHOA couldn’t believe the news—-but production is allegedly “relieved.” Why? Well because Marc was reportedly “difficult to work with” and “had lots of restrictions concerning his participation in the show.” Sounds fathomable, Marc was noticeably absent on the show and his appearances were very few and far in between. Remember when he finally showed up and the ladies couldn’t help but harp on his nose ring? The ladies are currently finishing up filming season 12 and they’re taking a scheduled cast trip to Greece (must be nice). And while rumors swirled that Kenya skipped out on the festivities, she confirmed herself that she’s currently overseas with the ladies; Cynthia, Porsha, Kandi, NeNe, Tanya Sam, and Marlo. Kenya went on Instagram Live this morning to show fans that she’s putting on a brave face and traveling to the foreign country. As of September 2019, Uncle Sam remains the undisputed champ of those who think it’s a game in these streets. The latest victim to the tax lien haymaker is none other than former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Peter Thomas . After being arrested earlier this year in Miami for a bounced check, the bad luck keeps on rolling in for Peter. His establishment, Sports One Bar & Lounge in Charlotte, North Carolina closed recently due to some serious financial troubles.  According to reports from TMZ, the bar is more than $237,000 in debt, which ended up causing a federal tax lien. Thomas’ plan, you ask? To close the doors, pay the bill down, and then open his business right back up. This seems to show a pattern of bad money habits and the only person who’s gonna lose in this scenario will be Peter Thomas. The reason for all of this debt racking up was cited as certain investments in other projects–but you should probably pay the bills at the place generating your revenue before you invest elsewhere. As for his Miami arrest, his first his explanation was that his account was compromised and he didn’t know. Then, it was a thirsty booking agent who allegedly filed charges for no reason . What happens at one business is bound to happen at the other, but hopefully, he gets his money straight before investing in anything else. Best of luck to Thomas on his upcoming business ventures. The DJ’s new boo took to Instagram this week to claim that she was abused by Drama. In the footage, she has what clearly seems to be some recent bite marks and scratches from what could be some sort of altercation. Weirdly, while she was recording him and describing her alleged abuse, Drama didn’t seem to phased at all. Hopefully he releases a statement soon and we have more details on the whole matter. This definitely isn’t a good look off the heels of being the rumored cause of the Drake’s ghost writing allegations and months of Lil Uzi claiming DJ Drama has been doing him wrong business-wise and finally taking his talents to Roc Nation. Source: Scott Olson / Getty Cory Booker’s Presidential Run Could Be Over If He Fails To Get Donations According to ABC News ,  Cory Booker ‘s presidential campaign could be over soon. Booker’s campaign manager Addisu Demissie says that the candidate needs to raise almost $1.7 million before Sept. 30 to stay in the presidential race. Demissie explains that Booker would not meet the “increase in the DNC’s debate-qualifying thresholds, which would require significant funds to meet” without help from the public. The $1.7 million is the minimum amount Booker needs to collect to keep his campaign going. Per Demissie, the candidate has to raise as much money as possible so that he can put together a competitive campaign plan. Earlier this year raised $4.5 million and spent $5.3 million. This is behind the top tier Democratic candidates. But, he’s not the only presidential hopeful in this position. Sen. Amy Klobuchar and former Rep. Beto O’Rourke both generated fewer funds than Booker.
