Walega/WireImage Vincent Herbert Hospitalized With Gout Despite still running around on dates and appearances with her ex-husband and lashing out at her own family over him despite their violent history just a few months ago… Tamar Braxton appears to be officially done with Vincent Herbert . According to TMZ , the industry exec is currently hospitalized with a case of gout in his elbow. For those unfamiliar with the condition, gout is type of arthritis caused by an excess buildup of uric acid crystals in the joints. It can be an excruciatingly painful experience for the patient and is often paired with extreme sensitivity and intense swelling. Apparently, Vince has been hospitalized since Thursday, and yet there has been no visit or even any contact from his estranged ex-wife Tamar. As you know, Tamar says she has moved on and is very much in love with a brand new boo and is looking to start a brand new forever with him, including more kids. Lil Wayne Reveals Suicide Attempt At Age 12 Hip-hop fans have long known the story of Lil Wayne ‘s tragic gun accident at age 12. As the rapper has always said, he was fooling around with his mother’s gun when it went off, shooting him in the chest and narrowly missing his heart. His life was saved by an officer passing by , whom he shows gratitude to this day. Now, with the release of the Carter V (finally) on the horizon, the rapper is now coming clean about the details of that story. Apparently, the “accident” was actually an attempt at taking his own life. As Billboard revealed in their latest cover story on the rapper, they were able to hear an advanced preview of the album and the outro features Wayne speaking explicitly about the accident actually having been an attempt on his own life. Wayne says that his mother told him he would no longer be permitted to rap, and he was apparently so distraught over this new rule that he saw no further reason to live. In addition, they reveal that Wayne had always planned to include the track on his severely pushed-back project, but added new verses after the suicides of Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain earlier this year. SMH. The victim told a psychologist the 44-year-old had been molesting her for 7 years, since she was 8. She also accused him of using his gun to intimidate her into performing sexual acts, according to the following news report. Sad.

According to NBC4i , a 22-year-old man from Salem, Oregon named Fellony Hudson was charged with several nominal crimes yesterday afternoon. Fellony was charged with felony kidnapping, felony eluding, felony possession of a stolen car along with four misdemeanors. Vancouver police got a call that a woman was being assaulted inside a car…a stolen car. As police caught up with him and a chase ensued. During the chase police say they witnesses the woman attempting to jump out of the car, but was restrained by Fellony. The man was eventually caught after spike strips deflated his tires. Fellony reportedly the staff at the jail about his frequent heroin use. He was set up to fail from birth. SMH.
Frazer Harrison/Getty Images for Coachella Kamaiyah Pleads Guilty To Airport Disturbance Kamaiyah has pleaded guilty to creating a public disturbance at Connecticut’s Bradley International Airport back in May, when police say she allegedly went on a profanity-laced tirade against security officers. The Oakland, California native will be required to pay a fine of $50. The Hartford Courant has reported that her attorney said in court on Monday in Enfield that she also wrote letter of apology to a state police trooper as part of a plea deal. The rapper was arrested after police say she refused to remove a head covering after setting off an alarm. She was charged with misdemeanor breach of peace and interfering with police.

The reality star who’s been vocal about wanting to leave reality TV behind is once again publicly claiming that she’s done with filming. According to Moniece, she begrudgingly came back this year but the series has “sucked the life out of her.” Not only that, she took part in outpatient therapy and medication to cope— but now she can’t take it anymore. “As I have a moment to reflect. Peace and quiet. Just me, by myself. There are a few things I wanna get off my chest. I want to thank @monascottyoung @stefateaser & @msrocc68 for this opportunity and platform. It’s allowed me to be able to financially provide for myself and my son. Secondly, I have to thank everybody that encourages me and supports me and has grown with me over the past 5 seasons. Since Season 1 until now. There comes a time when we (adults), have to be honest with ourselves. A while ago. I arrived at a place where I realized continuing to come back (when I felt myself slipping emotionally/mentally) was doing me more harm than good. But after being told no to a clean release, and not being able to pursue other avenues in television; I simply returned to ensure my son was taken care of. At the top of this season, when I was told no to a release, I had a complete mental breakdown. I chose to intensive outpatient therapy and medication. But today, I’m in a place where I absolutely can not take any more. For any reason. I’m miserable. I have completely run out of steam. I have no more to give to this franchise. It’s sucked the life out of me. My depression. My anxiety. My sleep deprivation. My weight loss. Are at an all time high. And with a slightly teary stare, I am begging you. Humbly. Desperately. Please. Release me. I don’t know how else to drive it home. But I feel like I’ve run out of options. Just release me. Let me go. And let’s be thankful for 5 amazing seasons. But I need off this ride. Image via UpperCut Image/Getty Officer Amber Guyger Did Not Know Botham Jean Before Killing Him Officer Amber Guyger did not know the black man she fatally shot in that “wrong apartment” shooting. As previously reported Dallas Officer Guyger shot Botham Shem Jean after she walked into what she reportedly believed to be her own apartment at the South Side Flats, located only about a block away from police headquarters. Since then rumors have run rampant that the officer and the victim actually knew each other and previously dated. A picture of them allegedly together then surfaced on social media. According to WFAA however, that’s completely untrue. A source with knowledge of the investigation told WFAA that rumors that the two knew each other and/or were involved are false. Attorney Lee Merritt, who is representing Jean’s family, also said that Jean did not know Guyger, according to family members. “We have nothing to substantiate those claims,” Merritt told reporters at a press conference Saturday. Guyger is currently on administrative leave.
