The reality star, who is pregnant with her second child , at least seems to recognize that she isn’t the typical main subject of this particular publication. After her baby daddy Adam Lind’s latest arrest, Chelsea Houska wisely moved to limit his visitation with their daughter . And that makes even more sense when you here the details of the charges that he’s facing for his domestic assault. All four of them. As we mentioned, Adam Lind was arrested … again … and has some serious legal struggles ahead of him. This time, it’s wasn’t for yet again testing positive for meth right before having a visitation for one of his kids. It wasn’t even for another domestic assault, though it’s definitely related to his recent bout of alleged violence against a woman. This last arrest was for violating a protective order. How did he get a protective order — forbidding him from coming near or contacting baby mama Stasia Huber — in the first place? Well, hear it in Stasia’s own words: “While under the influence of drugs, alcohol, and steroids,” Stasia reveals in court documents. “he fractured my forearm.” That alone would be a nightmare and, quite frankly, enough for us to be just fine with the idea of Lind spending a solid chunk of time in prison, but Stasia Huber continues: “… Locked me in the house saying I couldn’t leave, smashed my phone …” Terrifying. She’s describing being imprisoned and cut off, unable to flee his alleged violence and also unable to call for help. “And once he realized what he had done, he broke down crying and took me to the ER.” A lot of abusers display remorse; it doesn’t mean that they’re going to change. And it doesn’t undo their unforgivable actions. So, what do those horrible deeds look like in official, legal terms? RadarOnline got a hold of some court documents. After Adam Lind was arrested on November 2nd, he was charged with: For the first count: “He did attempt to cause bodily injury to another and had the actual ability to cause the injury.” For the second count: “Did recklessly cause bodily injury to another.” For the third count: “Attempting by physical menace or credible threat to put another in fear of imminent bodily harm, with or without the actual ability to harm the other person.” And for the fourth count, he was charged with intentionally causing bodily harm to another. Quite frankly, we’re surprised that none of those charges includes kidnapping or false imprisonment or something along those lines. (It’s always possible that the charges could be amended, we’re sure) Considering the allegations against Lind, the charges, the fact that he apparently violated Stasia’s protective order, and the timeline — that he got busted for meth as recently as April … well, he’s in a whole heap of trouble. Adam Lind was released from jail . Maybe this time, he’ll pay attention to Stasia Huber’s protective order. All of this is fodder to reduce or outright end visitations. Quite frankly, a man who does the things of which Adam Lind is accused does not need to be around children, no matter how much he may love them in his moments of sobriety. Instead, however, a new report alleges that the couple is actually very sad… … because their marriage may be coming to an end. Sources tell rarely-reliable Star Magazine that Kardashian is thinking hard about breaking up with West and will likely file for divorce after her surrogate delivers the aforementioned baby. For what reason? Why would Kim do such a thing? It all goes back to Kanye’s mental breakdown in November of 2016, an episode from which he hasn’t really recovered. (Just think: when was the last time you heard a thing from the artist?) “Between his raging ego and mood swings, Kanye has been a total train wreck,” the insider tells Star, sadly adding: “Kim is stressed enough raising two kids and getting ready for the baby without Kanye dragging her down. “She’s tried to hang in there, but she just can’t take it anymore.” If this claim is true, it sounds as though the stars are waiting to announce the split until after the beloved Kardashian Christmas card comes out. A few of the photos in it actually feature Kanye playing with his kids. After hearing that Travis Scott can’t deal with Kylie Jenner’s pregnancy hormones and has even turned to Kanye for advice on how to deal with Kylie, it’s not a huge surprise to hear that the expecting couple is fighting. Especially since they apparently can’t agree on where to spend Christmas (which is in just 10 days). Travis and Kylie haven’t been dating long, so this is in fact their first Christmas while also being their last before the baby’s born. Will this pair of expecting parents split before they even name their daughter? Kylie Jenner is pregnant with Travis Scott’s baby, and the news has turned Kylie’s life upside down. She’s a 20-year-old hottie who’s accustomed to looking a certain way. Now, she’s apparently so insecure about her radically transformed pregnant body that Kylie just plans to hide out for a while — possibly until the baby’s born. And perhaps even for a while after. (Kylie totally deserves a break, since she’s spent a decade as one of the most famous humans on the planet, but it’s sad to hear that she’s doing this because of body image issues) Kylie’s still been surrounded by her family and her closest, most trusted friends. Anyone else, and she might worry about someone betraying her by snapping photos of her baby bump. One person who hasn’t been spending as much time with her lately has been Travis Scott. He’s still touring. One imagines that he planned these concerts earlier this year and had zero plans to impregnate his then 19-year-old girlfriend. He might have not even been seeing Kylie yet. As we mentioned when we discussed Kylie Jenner’s reported misgivings about the pregnancy , Travis Scott is probably going to stay busy with performances, off-and-on, right up until the due date. While it’s nice for Travis to plan on spending time with his newborn, Kylie wants to see him here and now. Being there for your child should always be your first priority, but you should also be there for your girlfriend. HollywoodLife reports that Christmas threatens to tear the couple apart. According to their source close to the couple: “The one thing they’re having a little friction over right now is where to spend Christmas day.” That’s a big decision for any serious couple. “He wants to be in Houston with his family and he wants her to come with him.” Travis has reportedly offered to fly Kylie to Houston on a private jet (which is nice, though seriously how else would she get there?) If Kylie and Travis remain a couple in the long term, they could set up plans to alternate between their respective families on holidays. But this is their first Christmas. Kylie, whose feelings are doubtless amplified by pregnancy hormones, is broken up about it. “She’s trying to keep her cool about it, but she will be hurt if he doesn’t spend Christmas with her and the family.” Kylie lives very, very close to many of her relatives. She’s probably needing to feel near them even more than usual right now. And Kylie doesn’t want to do Christmas separately. “They’re not going to have New Year’s together because he has a show in Miami.” It sounds like she’s accepted that he won’t be with her to ring in 2018, at least. “So, she’s hoping that she’ll get to have him with her for Christmas.” It makes sense. Honestly, beyond emotional neediness and craving the familiar, she may just be nervous about traveling and being away from her family at this stage of her pregnancy. “She feels like it’s only fair.” Of course, while we don’t have the same inside scoop on Travis’ thoughts, we can imagine how he sees this. He’s already spending time away from his whole family. Some while touring, some while spending time with Kylie. Sure, Travis and Kylie went to Houston and we’re sure that they visited Travis’ family then, but we don’t imagine that he sees his family as regularly as Kylie sees hers. And once their baby’s born, he’ll be spending even less time outside of Calabasas. He might see this as a great time to spend some quality time with his family before the overwhelming duties of being a new parent begin. That’s a fair point, too. Throughout his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick was frequently unfaithful. But now, it seems the Lord is having anxiety over the possibility that his lady was stepping out on him toward the end of their time together. Insiders have noticed that Scott is closer with his older two children than with his youngest son, Reign–and there are some interesting theories as to why that might be, “This sounds horrible to say, but Scott is closest to Mason and then Penelope,” one insider tells Life & Style . The source notes that while Scott has a bond with Reign, “it’s not the same as the one he had with Mason when he was that young.” Part of the problem could be that Scott simply isn’t as involved in the life of his youngest child. Though he’s always been an unrepentant partier, Scott assumed the role of attentive father when Mason was born. He put on his dad hat again when Penelope entered the world. With Reign, however, the circumstances were very different. It wasn’t long after the birth of Scott and Kourtney’s third child that their relationship fell apart. Scott and Kourtney split for good in 2015, when Reign was just six months old. Shortly thereafter, Scott embarked on an epic bender , traveling the world in the company of increasingly younger starlets. These days Disick is dating Sofia Richie , and his relationship reportedly takes up the bulk of his time. So there are many factors playing into why Scott might not be as close with his youngest kid. But insiders say the biggest reason is that Disick has doubts about whether Reign is really his son. “Reign was conceived when Kourtney and Scott were going through a rough patch. At the time, Scott didn’t question whether he was the father, but that soon changed,” explains the source. “It didn’t take long for Scott to start having doubts as to whether Reign is actually his child.” The source adds that Disick became deeply concerned in response remarks made by family and friends: “What really got under Scott’s skin is when family members said that Reign didn’t look like him,” says the insider. “Penelope and Mason are dead ringers for Scott, but Reign looks more like Kourtney.” The insider says that in the months before Reign was conceived, Scott and Kourtney often spent long stretches of time apart. “There were countless times when they’d split up and not see each other for weeks. And whenever they had a huge argument,” says the source. The informant claims that during that time, Kourtney often “went out of her way to seek revenge. She’d often party with her pals and close guy friends.” Scott has reportedly addressed these concerns with Kourtney, but it seems she refuses to acknowledge his suspicions. “Kourtney didn’t want to hear it when Scott asked if he’s really the father,” says the insider. “She outright denied [that Reign could be someone else’s],” the source adds. “During the heated bust-up, Scott brought up doing a DNA test.
