According to our sources, famed photog Annie Leibovitz did the shoot last week. It’s going to be quite a 2013 for Bey. In addition to performing for Super Bowl XLVII’s halftime show in early February, she plans to release a new album, which features collaborations with The-Dream, Kanye West, Justin Timberlake, Ne-Yo and her hubby, Jay-Z. He may be a part of the Kardashian Christmas card , but will Scott Disick ever be an official part of reality TV’s First Family? It’s unlikely, according to Life & Style sources, who report that the father of Kourtney’s two kids tried to get down on one knee recently… but the attempt was rebuffed by Kardashian! Kourtney “does not want to be engaged,” the tabloid alleges, with a friend adding: “[She] really has been very vocal and told everyone how she does not want to marry Scott . She does not think their relationship is perfect and is scared of divorce. But Scott’s not happy about her never saying yes to a proposal.” Previous reports detailing the couple have claimed that Kourtney would consider a marriage, but only if Disick signed a prenup . Other sources, meanwhile, have claimed the twosome WILL get hitched someday, but a Scott Disick/ Kourtney Kardashian wedding would solely be based on ratings. Hmmm… we wonder where they would have gotten that idea from.

Rodney King Dead At 47 Via TMZ: Rodney King — the man who was at the center of the infamous Los Angeles riots — was found dead this morning. He was 47. According to our sources, King’s fiancée found him dead at the bottom of a pool. King became famous in 1991 when he was the victim of police brutality at the hands of the LAPD. The officers involved in the incident were acquitted the following year and the announcement of the verdict led to the Los Angeles riots. R.I.P.

Divorce season is truly underway folks… Barry Sanders and his wife are NOT playing nice in their divorce — the couple is butting heads over EVERY conceivable point of contention … including money and custody … TMZ has learned. The NFL legend filed for divorce from his TV anchor wife Lauren Campbell-Sanders back in February … but proceedings hit a rough patch because the two couldn’t agree on how to divvy up their stuff. According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ … Barry and Lauren recently went to a mediator to help work out their issues … but it was a total failure. The docs show the two are still battling over all 5 major issues in any divorce — custody, parenting time, spousal support, child support and property. The judge has now ordered take a 2nd shot at settling their beef before resorting to a full-blown messy, expensive trial. The two were married back in 2000 and have 3 minor children together. We just hope these two can get it together for the sake of their children, because as we have seen recently *looks at Deion and Pilar*… divorce drama can get messy! Source

According to our sources, Bobby has no problem with Bobbi K doing a reality show … and he has been trying to get her to appear on his show for months. But our sources say that was NEVER going to happen. We’re told Bobbi K has cut off all lines of communication with Bobby, so he’s been calling Pat Houston (Whitney’s sister-in-law/manager) in an effort to reach out to Bobbi. Our sources say Bobbi never even considered doing her father’s show and the rest of the family feels Bobby was only trying to use her to make his upcoming show more marketable. Our sources say Bobby found out about the Houston family show yesterday like everyone else did. After begging and pleading with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan community to please, please not engage in preemptive flame warfare over the rumors and vagaries surrounding the reboot of their beloved franchise, I now recognize the futility of my attempts at diplomacy. This comes after the film’s attached director Jonathan Liebesman — also of this week’s Wrath of the Titans and last year’s eminently regarded ( ahem ) Battle: Los Angeles — only complicated matters with his comments about the kerfuffle. And then there’s the movie’s reported name change. Liebesman toed the company line at last weekend’s Titans junket, urging TMNT devotees to calm down about producer Michael Bay’s proposed alien-turtle-ooze influence — which apparently “comes straight from the series.” I can’t believe I just wrote that, or this: “Look, it’s so funny — if everyone was such a die-hard fan, they would know that the TCRI canisters where the ooze comes from. That is alien ooze. Now I’m not saying what Michael said is exactly what the movie is, because we’re sitting in a room now figuring everything out. So we don’t know, but we are like Michael said: we’re expanding it, and the expansion will be true to the mythology. I promise you: fans will love it.” Even if those fans are to take Liebesman at his word, there’s also this reported nugget that no doubt have them soiling their Donatello jammies: Bleeding Cool has verified that the working title of the upcoming Paramount-Nickelodeon Turtle movie from producer Michael Bay and director Jonathan Libesman is going by the working title of Ninja Turtles . We know all too well where the “Mutant” bit went, but now it seems we’re also losing “Teenage.” We haven’t been able to get a definite statement as to why this title change is occurring, and our sources are not 100% clear on whether or not the Turtles will indeed be adolescents. One of our sources has said: “It seems to be driven by marketing. Think of John Carter and how Disney wouldn’t allow for a title with either ‘Princess’ or ‘Mars.'” Whatever.
