Heidi Montag showed off her newly-enhanced body in Las Vegas this weekend. It does not look good. For someone who claims to be all spiritual, she really desecrated pretty much all God gave her in favor of man-made breasts and a plastic-looking face. Way to go, Heidi! Seriously, how pissed is Spencer Pratt right now? You could get a blow-up doll that resembles this for so cheap, and not even have to make pillow talk … This is actually Heidi Montag, not a wax replica! As you can see, not even an steel-reinforced bikini top can contain Heidi Montag’s DDD breasts, which prove there is a threshold in which bigger is no longer better. Holy freaking crap. Just so wrong. Much as been made of the recent Heidi Montag plastic surgery debacle, and here you can see the result on display in all its glory. The results of the latest round, that is. The Hills star had plenty of work done long before she underwent 10 additional operations in a single day earlier this year. If you’re considering plastic surgery you need to be talked out of, or enjoy ogling once-cute girls who now resemble cartoons, there’s more where this came from. Is fame going to Heidi Montag’s head? Has it been for the last five years? The Hills vixen and co-star Kristin Cavallari certainly seems to think so. “She changed her number, I can’t get a hold of her,” she said recently . At a recent MTV photo shoot, Heidi Montag showed up with four bodyguards and refused to pose with her other Hills cast members, acting like a total diva. Even Spencer Pratt called her out on this behavior. “No one saw her because no one was allowed to speak to her,” Kristin said. “She didn’t even take the group photo with us which was really disappointing.” CLASH OF THE HILLS TITANS : Team Kristin or Team Heidi? She did have a piece of bit for the results of the infamous Heidi Montag plastic surgery operations she underwent: “Honestly, Heidi looks better in person.” Well, that’s not actually saying much, come on. But good try, Kristin. The Hills final season trailer was just released in advance of the April 27 premiere. How would Kristin feel if former star and rival Lauren Conrad returned? “I hope Lauren comes back,” she says. “I think that would be awesome.” As for Heidi and Kristin, we smell a rivalry coming. The Hills Spoilers: Final Season Trailer Released

Four girls moved to LA … We watched them grow … We watched them live and love … Nothing stays the same forever … But no one saw THIS coming! The last season of The Hills , which begins later this month, is being hyped by the MTV tagline above. The journey is coming to an end … but it’s not over until its over. So we’re told. A three-minute trailer has been released, taking us through what we’ve seen in five seasons to date and previewing the beginning of the end (April 27). First, there’s a mini-retrospective on the show, which images of Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag. Aww. They were so cute. One of them still is, and is recognizable! Lauren and Heidi in a bygone, plastic surgery-free era . The Hills used to be a fun guilty pleasure, but after LC rode off into the sunset prior to last season, the entire dynamic changed, with Kristin Cavallari in the mix. This coming season, the show’s last, promises even more contrived nonsense than before. Phew. That’s all we cay say now that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have shot down rumors that they are splitting up and she already moved out. “I’m not moving out ,” Heidi Montag stated. “I love Spencer with all my heart.” Added Pratt: “I love my wife more now than I ever thought I could.” Not that it’s been smooth sailing of late. Montag recently squabbled with Pratt over her plastic surgery and diva-like behavior, and even fired him as manager . But they have stuck together. “All that we’ve been through has only made us work harder at our relationship,” Heidi says. “We will continue to work to be the best couple we can be.” “I’m so excited The Hills are finally over so I won’t be edited by anyone,” she adds. “This will be the first time people truly see us for who we are.” Wait, we thought The Hills was a reality show? Never mind. In order to strengthen their bond with each other and spirituality, Heidi and Spencer Pratt decided to give themselves “true native-American names.” Guess playing with balls of healing energy was a one-shot deal. In any case, say goodbye to Speidi and say hello to … drum roll … White Wolf and Running Bear, respectively. We’d have chosen Montag by Mattel. A rep for the couple say Pratt’s previous moniker, King Spencer, was “too much of a burden to have to carry the weight of royalty.” This guy rules . Instead, Running Bear is getting “more in tune with spirituality … and will be known by the name our creator has given us.” For the next day or so .
