It’s been nearly three months since Teresa Giudice reported to prison , and insiders she’s finally beginning to settle into the routine of life in the big house. Unfortunately for Teresa, the world outside of Danbury Correctional Institution keeps right on turning, which means new Joe Giudice cheating rumors will continue to surface daily, all while her family remains desperate for a source of steady income. “The family is broke and has absolutely no money coming in,” a source tells Radar Online. “There is nothing in a savings or checking account. Joe still hasn’t gotten a job and isn’t even looking.” In fairness, Joe will begin serving his own sentence immediately after Teresa is released from prison, and there probably aren’t too many companies looking to hire future convicts. Of course, that excuse isn’t putting any food on the table, and sources say Teresa spends much of her time behind bars dreaming up ways to provide for her four daughters while she’s locked up. “Teresa thinks she can land an advance from a publishing company,” the insider says. “She has been keeping a meticulous journal about her experiences in prison.” Teresa’s prison memoirs will no doubt be in high demand once she’s released, but publishers are understandably hesitant to make a deal while the Jersey Housewife is still locked up, particularly as it may be illegal for them to do so. So for now, the Giudices hard times will continue, and the family is reportedly “being financially supported by Teresa’s parents and Joe’s mom.” To add insult to injury, sources at Bravo say that Teresa’s sister-in-law and rival, Melissa Gorga, just received a whopping raise and she’s now officially unseated Teresa as the highest-paid of the Jersey Housewives . Vin Diesel: Furious 7 Should Win an Oscar, But Academy is a Bunch of Haters

Vin Diesel believes Furious 7, the latest and final film in the epic action franchise, deserves a best picture Oscar. Not that the Academy will give it its due, of course. “Do I shy away from aiming high? No, I don’t,” said the 47-year-old actor, who just named his baby girl after Paul Walker , his late Furious 7 co-star. Diesel, a mainstay of the Fast & Furious films based around fast cars, says the simple fact that it’s an action franchise discredits it within the Academy . “We all know there’s a little stigma towards action films, we know it, we’ve heard people complain about it,” he says of the lack of critical acclaim. “We’ve heard Marvel complain about it, we’ve heard DC complain about it, and now Harry Potter, Hunger Games, Batman has never gotten a shot at that.” Alluding to the fact that a lot of recent Academy Award winners for Best Picture winners haven’t fared too well, or well at all, at the box office, he said: “The Oscars have been somewhat criticized in the last few years for maybe not being as populist as they could be … we have a very powerful movie here.” “We’re actually responding to the fact that our female audience has just increased and has either eclipsed or threatening to eclipse our male audience.” “We’ve seen that across the board,” said Diesel, who produced the movie and also plays Dominic Toretto, the character he originated over a decade ago. Diesel said a sequel hasn’t won Best Picture since 1974 ( The Godfather: Part II ), however The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King won it in 2004. Furious 7 is also special in that it is one of the last movies starring Walker, the beloved star whose brothers helped complete his part to honor Paul. The film opens in the United States next Friday, April 3, and you can all but guarantee it will generate HUGE buzz and revenue all weekend long. Right now it’s tough, because his little girl lives in Houston, and he lives in L.A. That’s just what he’s looking to change ASAP. The oft-troubled star wants Nia Guzman and their baby daughter Royalty close by, according to reports, and has offered to foot the bill for the relocation. Yes, Royalty . Guzman, also known as Nia Amey , is a 31-year-old former model who got pregnant by Chris and subsequently gave birth to nine-month-old Royalty. Since finding out Chris Brown fathered a baby girl , the celebrity gossip rumor mill has run wild, but the whole situation may not be al that scandalous. According to TMZ, Brown has already asked her to move to L.A. with their daughter and says he’s willing to pay for their housing close by if they do so. He’s not involved with Nia anymore romantically, but truly wants a close relationship with Royalty that goes beyond the obvious financial support. Brown even says he wants to see her every day if he can, a wonderful sentiment especially given that he and Nia are in “negotiations” over money. Chris had quietly been paying his baby mama more than he was required to by law, but was furious when she began talking about him to the media. As a result, Brown is threatening to drag her to court, where a judge would reduce the child support he’s paying to the standard level … however: Sources say Chris told Nia that if she and Royalty move to L.A., he’ll drop the case and she’ll keep getting what she has been, not to mention a place to live. Amanda Knox Shocker: Raffaele Solecito Retracts Alibi on Eve of Trial

On Wednesday, an Italian court will decide whether to uphold Amanda Knox’s 2009 murder conviction , for which the Washington native was sentenced to 28 years in prison. The 27-year-old Knox was originally found guilty of murdering Meredith Kercher , but the sentence was eventually overturned on appeal. That appeal was later thrown out, and tomorrow, Knox’s co-defendant and former boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, will appear in court to stand trial yet again. Sollecito hopes to convince the court to overturn his 25-year sentence, and sources say that he may attempt to shift the blame to Knox. Sollecito originally provided an alibi for Knox, claiming that the of them were together at his home on the night that Kercher was killed. Now, nearly eight years later, he reportedly plans to retract that story and tell the court that he cannot account for Knox’s whereabouts on the night of the murder. “The defense intends to show that Sollecito has always shown himself to be extraneous to the crime, and that that night he did not move from his own home,” reads a document filed by Sollecito’s attorneys. “However, he cannot rule out that Knox could have gone out.” The defense also emphasizes that Sollecito “had no reason to want the death of Meredith Kercher,” and that “the alleged motives concern only relations between the victim and Amanda Knox, not Sollecito.” Lawyers for Sollecito also intend to remind the court that their client had been dating Knox for less than two weeks at the time of Kercher’s murder. “Raffaele Sollecito was not linked to Amanda Knox from long, deep emotional bonds that could have caused him to give his full adhesion to a criminal act desired by others,” says their latest filing. While Sollecito will be required to attend court tomorrow, Knox remains in Seattle, where she has attempted to move on with her life. Knox got engaged to Colin Sutherland last month, and she currently works in a bookstore and writes theater reviews for the West Seattle Herald. So what set Rob off? Well, sources say the bad blood between him and Kim has been bubbling just beneath the surface for years, and as is so often the case with sibling rivalries, it can be traced back to their mother. “Whenever Kim gets mad at one of her siblings for not showing up at one of her events or gets in an argument with someone, momager Kris is always dispatched to smooth things over,” a source tells Radar Online. “Kris is the ultimate puppet in Kim’s world according to Rob. Lil Chris Dies; British Pop Star Was 24

Lil Chris, a British pop singer who rose to fame due to his appearance on the UK reality series Rock School, died today at a home in the town in Lowestoft. He was 24 years old. Few details are available at this time, though we can confirm that Suffolk Police were called to an address on Union Road around 11:45 a.m. local time. Authorities do not suspect foul play was involved. Rock School star Gene Simmons confirmed the death on Twitter on Tuesday, writing of Chris, whose real name was Chris Hardman: Sad to report Lil Chris from the Gene Simmons Rock School TV show, has passed on. He was loved. RIP, Lil Chris. On the reality show, Simmons worked with a cadre of teenagers from a UK high school to transform them into a rock band. So… did the big reveAl live up to the hype? Following a million twists, two billion turns and endless red herrings, fans were led to believe that Pretty Little Liars Season 5 Episode 25 would finally answer the only question that matters: WHO IS A? And it kind of, sort of did so! After A lured the girls to a creepy life-sized dollhouse and made them act out all kinds of weird scenarios (such as deciding on their dream prom date), here is what we learned on the shocking spring finale: Mona is alive . Only she now answers solely to Alison DiLaurentis because A made her take on Ali’s identity. Spencer’s parents are finally fully aware of the situAtion , thanks to a debriefing from Alison. A referred to Alison – or, rather, Mona pretending to be Alison – as its/their “favorite.” The blocks in Spencer’s “playroom” spelled out “Charles,” which we now know to be the identity of A ! We witnessed Andrew eavesdropping on the Hastings’ phone call with Melissa, officially making him Creeper of the Century. Jon Hamm Completes Rehab For Alcohol Addiction

Jon Hamm completed a 30-day treatment program for alcohol addiction this week. His publicist issued a statement today saying that the actor voluntarily checked into Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, Connecticut at the end of February. Hamm, of course, rose to fame portraying alcoholic ad man Don Draper on the acclaimed AMC drama Mad Men. The show begins its final half-season on April 5, and Hamm completed rehab just in time to attend a series of premiere events. The final episodes of Mad Men have already been filmed, so there’s no risk of Hamm being triggered by his character’s boozy ways. Rumors of the 44-year-old’s binge drinking began circulating back in January after Hamm appeared to be drunk at a Golden Globes after-party . The statement from Hamm’s reps credits the support of his girlfriend, filmmaker Jennifer Westfeldt, with giving him the strength to get sober: “With the support of his longtime partner Jennifer Westfeldt, Jon Hamm recently completed treatment for his alcohol addiction. They have asked for privacy and sensitivity going forward.” On a lighter note, anyone think Draper will follow in Jon’s footsteps and finally put the plug in the jug this season? Yeah, we didn’t think so. Jared Leto Debuts Joker Voice During 30 Seconds to Mars Concert?

As you might have heard, Jared Leto is playing the Joker in the upcoming DC villain orgy that is Suicide Squad. It’s the most unexpected casting news since…well, since Heath Ledger played the Joker, and fans are dying to know what direction Leto will take with the role. Leto chopped off his hair and dyed it blonde so we know that he won’t be going the scraggly locks root like Ledger. We also know Leto is planning to”gain a lot of weight” for the role, so apparently taking a more Rob Kardashian approach to the character. Unconventional. We like it. Anyway, one of the most important things about the Joker is the voice. Ledger went with a high-pitched cackle that sounds like it was ripped from your most terrifying clown-based nightmare (the worst kind of nightmare). Jack Nicholson went with his natural voice, which is fine because he’s basically been playing a psychotic ringmaster his entire life. Leto seems to be taking the character to weird new places, and he may have let his beta-phase Joker voice slip out during his stage banter at last night’s 30 Seconds to Mars concert: Jared Leto: Joker Voice Video Yup, it sounds like he’s going textbook deep, gravelly villain voice, which we’re cool with. With his slight frame and male model looks, the expectation with Leto was that he would play the Joker as a sort of preening eccentric, and while that probably would’ve worked just fine, we’re excited to see his brawny, beefed-up take on the comic world’s most famous villain. That might be what it takes for him to really inhabit the character and make us forget that we’re just watching tree-hugger Jared Leto in clown makeup. Jared Leto Hugging Memes! 1.
