Tyra Banks has had a healthy career in the spotlight, but she’s not one to talk much about her family. Even though she blessed Instagram with a picture of her son, York’s head in February 2016, she apparently wanted to keep her little bundle of joy under wraps for a bit longer. No one can blame her. Slowly but surely, Jacob Roloff is stepping back into the spotlight. The former Little People, Big World star didn’t merely quit his family’s TLC reality show last summer… … he did so in VERY loud and memorable fashion. In July of 2016, Roloff called out the series and also his loved ones for being totally fake and scripted . He simply couldn’t handle it any longer and chose to go off on his own instead; he’s basically been road-tripping around the Pacific Northwest with his girlfriend and dogs ever since. But Roloff has been keeping fans apprised of his life via a handful of video blogs over the past several weeks, explaining that he can control his own narrative this way. “It’s just more free doing it myself, I can do anything, I can say anything, I can talk about anything,” Roloff wrote on Instagram of why he has stepped away from reality TV… yet is still in front of a camera. “I can show whatever I want,” he concluded of these videos. Along these same lines, Roloff has a new announcement to make: He’s coming out with a book!!!!!! It is titled “Verbing” and you can purchase a copy on Etsy.com for just $5. On Instagram, Roloff describes this quasi memoir as a “little thing” that are his “thoughts in physical form.” A profound individual, the 20-year old spends his days traveling around the country and basically pondering various aspects of life. And he wants to share some of these contemplations with his fans. “Forewarning: I am not taking myself overly serious, it would be prudent if you didn’t either,” Jacob adds of the book, explaining: “This is a sincere expression and not much more. No end-game. No expectations.” At the moment, the book is only available for shipping to the United States and Canada. According to its official description, it is a 16-page collection of three short essays, one titled “Ignorance,” one titled “Frustration,” and one titled “Revelations.” Concluded Roloff of his goals with the short tome: “This is my exploratory experiment with writing to get my feet wet with the process and establish the subject(s) I would like to write on in the future…. “Thank you for all support and encouragement!” Jacob has also been vocal of late in his appreciation for new nephew Jackson Kyle Roloff. The baby was born to brother Zach and sister-in-law Tori on May 12 and he appears to have helped Jacob grow close once again to his family members. On more than one occasion, Jacob has stopped by the family farm since Jackson’s birth, sharing pictures of the adorable tyke and gushing over him online . “Love bein an uncle so far. June Shannon has lost A LOT of weight over the past several months. But she has not lost her desire to make money off reality television. The former Here Comes Honey Boo Boo mother disappeared from the spotlight for many years after TLC canceled the series that made her and her family into D-List stars back in the day. But she popped up again in early 2017 as the anchor of Mama June: From Not to Hot on WEtv. Although, to be fair, “anchor” may be an unfair word to use here. The program centered on how Shannon went from weighing over 400 pounds (i.e. NOT) to weighing under 200 pounds (i.e. HOT). She did so by going on a very strict diet and also by going under the knife on multiple occasions. In April, Shannon showed off her svelte figure on an episode of her new reality show, blowing away ex-husband Sugar Bear and every viewer who had followed Mama June since her days as… well… … as an extremely fat person. We’re not trying to be mean. Shannon was simply overweight and unhealthy by any objective measurement. Over the course of about six months, however, underwent surgeries that includes: – The insertion of a gastric sleeve. – A breast augmentation. – Skin removal on her “turkey neck,” “bat wings,” and stomach, the latter being area where doctors removed about nine pounds of loose skin. Shannon now weighs approximately 160 pounds . It’s a pretty amazing transformation, but it has also created a problem for the star: What does she do now? Having already gone from “Not” to “Hot,” how does Shannon ride this momentum to another season of reality television? Easy, according to OK! Weekly: she brings children Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson and Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon into the weight loss picture. “The girls are up for it, because the show will be all about them, and they’ll have their own big paydays,” a source tells the tabloid, adding that filming is already underway on the untitled spinoff. Like their mother, Alana and Lauryn both share an enjoyment of junk food, along with “sketti,” a pasta-covered-in-butter-and-ketchup concoction that became famous back during the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo days. Thankfully, neither young woman will undergo any surgery on this upcoming show. They will instead stick to a healthy diet and be made to exercise on a frequent basis. Is there something creepy and seemingly inappropriate about a TV show that focuses on the unflattering bodies of two children? Yes. But it’s hard to find too much fault helping kids eat well and work out often. “I don’t want them to end up like I did at 460 pounds,” June has previously said of her daughters’ health. “Who would want that?” And if this series rates well, we really may never stop seeing June Shannon on television. The same tabloid claims a dating show starring the mother of two could be on tap, depending upon the success of this spinoff. “Mama June loves fame, and audiences love her,” says the insider.

Bachelor “Villain” Vienna Girardi isn’t just pregnant, though that would be news enough. She’s expecting twins . Vienna Girardi wasn’t just a contestant on Season 14 of The Bachelor — she won Jake Pavelka’s heart in the final episode. And then the two of them split . But you could argue that her real claim to fame was their interview about their breakup. She accused him of being a habitual liar and of saying truly nasty things to her after about the first month of their post- Bachelor relationship. Jake accused her of, basically, being nuts . And of cheating on him. And of selling their story — or her version of it — to the tabloids while they were still basically together. That last part, at least, is true. Honestly, neither of them came across in a flattering light in that interview. So it’s really for the best that they didn’t stick together. Vienna hasn’t been especially visible over the last few years, aside from a few relationships and a dramatic stint on a relationship rehab show . We all know that there are some reality personalities who refuse to vanish from headlines for even a moment. Vienna’s, for the most part, given the world some space. But she hasn’t disappeared altogether, either. Last October, she got engaged to race car driver Todd Allen. And now she’s pregnant — with twins, no less. A lot of parents would be freaking out at this point, but Vienna seems to be all kinds of enthused. “Twice the blessing, twice the fun,” is written on the picture of her ultrasound. That’s a good attitude to have, because having twins also means more than twice the work, twice the chaos. And let’s not even get into the diaper business. Of course, she’ll only be adding to the legions of babies produced by the many, many contestants who’ve appeared on The Bachelor and Bachelor -related properties over the years. But she certainly made an impression. What remains to be seen is how much growth she’s had since she was the whiny and emotional trainwreck we all knew and tolerated. Sometimes the qualities that make for a good reality star are the exact opposites of what make someone a good mother. But you know, even based solely on the fact that she hasn’t been desperately throwing herself into the spotlight, we’re feeling a little optimistic. Plus, sometimes having kids can really change people. Even in ways that no one expects. One day, these kids are going to be old enough to realize who their mom is and to look up her reality TV shenanigans. That’ll be interesting, to say the least. Kim Kardashian’s Rep Denies Claims She And Kanye West Recently Separated Here we go again. Kim and Kanye West have been battling divorce rumors for some time now and the latest reports from Life & Style magazine aren’t going to help matters much! The tabloid claims the couple recently separated for a six week trial basis. “They want you to think that Kanye just needed a break from fame and Hollywood,” a Kanye insider tells Life & Style. While he did want time away from the spotlight, “he also wanted a break from Kim and his life with her.” “Friends worried the split would become permanent,” notes a source. “But she really wanted to give their marriage one more shot. She hopes the trial separation will make them realize how much they do love each other.” One more shot eh? Not so fast though. L&S also acknowledges that Kim’s publicist has denied this report. BUT they insist the couple is now just trying to hold things together. “They’re trying to make it work,” the source tells Life & Style, “but there are a lot of problems between them. Joy-Anna Duggar married Austin Forsyth yesterday in, from what we’ve heard so far, was an absolutely lovely ceremony . So lovely, in fact, that her big brother Joseph was moved to propose to his girlfriend , Kendra Caldwell, right then and there. What a beautiful turn of events, right? As they explained in a new interview, “We are super excited. It’s great not to be courting anymore, now we’re engaged!” Kendra said that she is “so happy and so shocked. There’s so many words I want to say, but just shocked.” Joseph added that “I was definitely nervous going into it, but I wasn’t afraid that she wasn’t afraid she was going to say no, because she has said, ‘ I’m just waiting on you! ‘” And what better time to propose than at your little sister’s wedding?! Just think: your whole family is already there, everyone’s already dressed up. There are beautiful decorations just waiting to be taken advantage of, and love is undoubtedly in the air. But, if you can even believe it, there are some people who think it wasn’t right for Joseph to propose on Joy-Anna’s wedding day. There are actually many, many people who share that sentiment. When the Duggars shared the news of the engagement on their official Facebook page, comments flooded in about how rude and disrespectful it is to propose during a wedding. Even though Joseph reportedly received permission from Joy-Anna and Austin before proposing, fans were still bothered. “They could have literally done it any other day,” one person wrote, “eve”n any other hour of the day. They will stop at nothing to stay relevant. Gross.” Another person wrote “That is ridiculously rude. Not just to the bride and groom, but to his fiance as well. She should get a super planned day of her own. I mean a marriage, proposal, and all on grandma’s birthday.” Others commented with things like “Way to take the attention away from the bride and groom” and “Talk about stealing the bride’s moments …” One particularly sad comment read “With 19 siblings, I’m sure deep down inside Joy wanted one day that was all hers. She probably said that her brother could propose at her reception just to be nice.” “Joseph should have known better. I hope someone takes the spotlight off him at his wedding.” So was Joseph in the wrong for using his sister’s special day for his own proposal? Paris Jackson is in the early stages of launching a career as a high-profile MAW (model/actress/whatever), which means she’s everywhere these days. Sources say Paris has 20 full-time employees working around the clock to keep her in the spotlight, so it’s not surprising that she’s been successful in her efforts to boost her public profile. Unfortunately, Paris’ bid to become more famous has led to increased attenion being paid to some of her more camera-shy family members. Last month, fans flipped when Paris shared a photo of Blanket Jackson , as Michael’s 15-year-old son is rarely spotted in public or on social media. Yesterday, he popped up again, in the Instagram story screen-grabbed above. Again, longtime Jackson family fans were pleased to see that the most low-key of Michael’s kids looks to be happy and healthy. And obviously, many commented on Blanket’s resemblance to the King of Pop. But there are still many who are concerned about the boy’s well-being. And it seems that Paris might be one of them. Sources say Paris is frightened for Blanket’s future , but when she expresses her concerns to other family members, they apparently fall on deaf ears. Currently, it seems there’s disagreement with regard to who should be caring for Blanket and to what degree. Michael’s mother, Katherine Jackson, is the boy’s legal guardian, but insiders say she’s rarely home, and often not up to the task of caring for a teenager. As a result, much of Blanket’s day-to-day care is left up to Paris’ Aunt Rebbie, who many family members reportedly feel has been negligent in her duties. So the boy has been passed along to a third relative, T.J. Jackson, who frequently stays with him at a home formerly owned by Michael, but it seems T.J. isn’t able to live with Blanket full-time. On top of everything else, some fans now believe that Paris is exploiting Blanket by posting images of him on social media. In short, it’s a whole lot more drama for the Jackson family. We’re sure they’re somewhat used to it by now.
