Polyglot actor-cum-performance artist James Franco has struck again, releasing yet another of his multitudinous side art projects unto the world for dissection and intense theoretical analysis, and — nah, just kidding! Here’s a video of Franco lip-synching to Justin Bieber ‘s “Boyfriend” in full Biebs gear, mop top and pubescent cherub-grin and all, as he and Spring Breakers co-star Ashley Benson writhe around in a brunette wig like they’re in the world’s worst American Apparel ad. Is Franco just a huge Belieber? Is he confronting mass media’s sexualization of youth by turning JB’s pick-up jam into a seedy softcore home video? What does fellow Spring Breaker Selena Gomez think?! Franco nails the whisper-rap and all, but personally I like his Riff Raff impersonation better. Fingers crossed that for every weirdo soap opera appearance and Three’s Company installation piece and college professorship and Oscar hosting fiasco and meta mixed media performance art project he unleashes into the ether he does another one of these pop impersonations because it proves that stars really are like us: Secretly obsessed with Justin Bieber. There may not be a ring on her finger, but there’s a child in her womb and that’s all it takes for Kim Kardashian : The reality star is apparently a part of Kanye West’s family. At least according to the rapper’s Twitter account, as he just posted a photo of himself, Beyonce, Jay-Z and Kardashian along with the simple headline of “FAM.” See for yourself: West and Jay-Z have been close for years, of course, collaborating on a top-selling album and touring the world. There have been rumors, meanwhile, that Beyonce hates Kardashian , but did you hear about that Kim Kardashian baby news? These two may be forced to be friends now. And Blue Ivy may soon have a new play partner.

Emma Watson Stopped at Immigration, Mistaken For Unaccompanied Minor

Emma Watson was mistaken for an unaccompanied minor at JFK airport recently. She was stopped by officials briefly before being let go. Seriously. The Perks of Being a Wallflower star is known for her youthful looks, and her short haircut doesn’t help her look older. But still, this was a new one. Emma’s description of what happened, on Twitter: “Passport control: ‘unaccompanied minor?’ Me: ‘sorry?’ Passport control: ‘where is ur guardian?’ Me: ‘I’m 22!!!!!!!’ #neverwearingabackpackagain.” Then, amusingly, the adorable English actress notes: “The really sad thing is that this is not the first time this has happened.” Good to see immigration running a tight ship.

Justin Bieber to Host Saturday Night Live!

Forget the Justin Bieber smoking weed scandal. This singer is simply going about his professional life. And that life will take him to NBC’s most famous stage on February 9, as Bieber has been officially booked as a host on Saturday Night Live ! The artist – who will be promoting his album “Believe Acoustic” – will perform double duty on the late-night sketch program, joining Bruno Mars and others who have both hosted and been the evening’s musical act. In 2010, Bieber appeared in a sketch opposite Tina Fey; and he also helped Andy Samberg celebrate 100 Digital Shorts last May. Need we even ask: Will you be staying up late to watch Bieber play host?

Brandi Glanville on Scheana Marie: Star F*%king Hooker!

Bitterness was on the Bravo menu Monday night on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as Brandi Glanville confronted Scheana Marie, Eddie Cibrian’s ex-lover. The Brandi-Scheana sit-down was arranged by Glanville’s BFF Lisa Vanderpump at her restaurant Sur, in hopes of putting the lingering situation to rest. Did it work? A “shaking” and contrite waitress, 27, began by telling Brandi, 40, “I just have so much I need to get off my chest with you,” but Eddie’s ex was not a fan “Don’t cry, really … I lost my family,” Brandi Glanville told Scheana. “I lost everything that I had. So if anyone’s going to cry here it’s not going to be you.” Scheana, claiming Eddie told her he wasn’t married, tried to explain that her relationship with Cibrian went beyond hook-ups … but that only made it worse. “I know that you were f*cking my husband, I get that!” said Brandi, who called her a “starf*%ker” and a “hooker” in a pre-taped clip prior to their meeting. Glanville then hit Scheana hard (verbally), stating, “Look at where you are in your life and I’m in such a better place – I win – You know what I mean?” Perhaps that cathartic comeback was all she needed. Eventually, Brandi said she accepted the waitress’ apology and wished her luck in the future; she even gently patted her on the back as she left. It takes two to cheat, of course, and Cibrian, who also cheated with LeAnn Rimes while he was married to Brandi, repeatedly lied to her face. But, as Glanville humorously quipped, “the kid can’t act.” The real question: Who’d you rather … you know? And the Winner is? Harmony Korine’s ‘Spring Breakers’ Gets A Spring ’13 Release

The timing is perfect: Harmony Korine’s co-ed caper Spring Breakers , starring former tween queens Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Benson, Rachel Korine, a RiFF RaFF-channeling James Franco , and all the VICE-ready skankster stars one film can hold, is set for a spring 2013 release via A24 and Annapurna Pictures. The tale of four bikini-clad college students bent on having the craziest spring break ever (under the guidance of Franco’s blinged-out rapper) debuted at the Venice Film Festival before making a splash in Toronto this fall. Per a press release, A24 and Annapurna, led by producer/indie dream-maker Megan Ellison, “plan a Spring 2013 release with heavy promotion around spring break.” In other news: Duh. SPRING BREAKERS tells the story of four sexy college girls as they plan to fund their spring break getaway by robbing a fast food joint. But that’s only the beginning… At a motel room rager, fun reaches its legal limit and the girls are arrested and taken to jail. Hungover and clad only in bikinis, the girls appear before a judge but are bailed out unexpectedly by Alien (James Franco), an infamous local thug and amateur rapper who takes them under his wing and leads them on the wildest Spring Break trip in history. `Rough on the outside but with a soft soul on the inside, Alien wins over the hearts and dreams of the young SpringBreakers, and leads them on a Spring Break they never could have imagined.
