Tara Reid is amazing…not because she’s got the dumbest looking fake tits…or because she’s all that accomplished or respected in her career, but amazing because she made real fucking bank on the few shitty movies that carried her into a 10 year party binge, Spring Break hustle, on an international level, and sure that may wreck a pussy and a face, it’s probably a lot of fucking fun….Far more interesting than the local drunken trash like Lohan and the other shit…Tara Reid did it right and that’s why she’s smiling while pussy like Lohan’s just washed up and crying… FOLLOW ME
Spring is a wonderful time to create new family habits for a fresh start. Some people consider spring time the real new year. Here are some tips for creating new habits for your family: 1. Commit to Thirty Days – Three to four weeks is all the time you need to make a habit automatic. If your family can make it through the initial conditioning phase, it becomes much easier to sustain. A month is a good block of time to commit to a change since it easily fits in the family calendar. 2. Make it Daily – Consistency is critical if you want to make a habit stick. If the family wants to start exercising, go for a walk or an play an active family Wii game day for your family’s first thirty days. Going a couple times a week will make it harder to form the habit. Activities you do once every few days are trickier to lock in as habits. 3. Start Simple – Don’t try to completely change your family life in one day. It is easy to get over-motivated and take on too much. If you wanted to study two hours a day, first make the habit to go for thirty minutes and build on that. 4. Stay Consistent – The more consistent your habit the easier it will be to stick. If you want to start exercising, try going at the same time, to the same place for your thirty days. When cues like time of day, place and circumstances are the same in each case it is easier to stick. 5. Replace Lost Needs – If you are giving up something in your habit, make sure you are adequately replacing any needs you’ve lost. If watching television gave you a way to relax, you could take up meditation or reading as a way to replace that same need. 6. Be Imperfect – Don’t expect all your attempts to change habits to be successful immediately. It took me four independent tries before I started exercising regularly. Now I love it. Try your best, but expect a few bumps along the way. 7. Use “But” – A prominent habit changing therapist once told me this great technique for changing bad thought patterns. When you start to think negative thoughts, use the word “but” to interrupt it. “I’m no good at this, but, if I work at it I might get better later.” 8. Remove Temptation – Restructure your environment so it won’t tempt you in the first thirty days. Remove junk food from your house, cancel your cable subscription, throw out the cigarettes so you won’t need to struggle with willpower later. 9. Run it as an Experiment – Withhold judgment until after a month has past and use it as an experiment in behavior. Experiments can’t fail, they just have different results so it will give you a different perspective on changing your habit. 10. Write it Down – A piece of paper with a resolution on it isn’t that important. Writing that resolution is. Writing makes your family goal ideas more clear and focuses you on your end result. British songstress talks about her early toy-store job on this week’s episode, airing Saturday at 11 a.m. ET. By Sterling Wong Jessie J on “When I Was 17” Photo: MTV News British singer/songwriter Jessie J kept herself plenty busy in her teenage years. On this week’s “When I Was 17,” the newcomer shares that as an ambitious teen, she signed up for singing lessons, and to pay for that, she worked at a major toy store in London called Hamleys. Working around fun toys and cute kids must have been a breeze, no? Not quite, according to Jessie! “I did ‘nail jazz,’ and so I was basically drawing snowmen, Christmas trees and smiley faces,” she explained. “And I used to lose my voice all the time ’cause I’d be like, ‘Hello! Would you like a nail jazz demonstration?’ ” Jessie’s voice wasn’t the only thing affected by the job. Because she had to paint so many nails each day, she actually injured her hand in the process! “It was hard work. I actually gave myself an injury. I had a specific muscle that I basically ripped, because I did so many nails every day,” Jessie says. Who knew working in a toy store could be detrimental to your health? Still, Jessie looks at the bright side of things. “The positive of the job was that now I can draw a snowman or a Christmas tree on anyone’s nails!” With her star firmly on the rise and with her debut album dropping in the U.S. on April 12, Jessie’s probably not going to be doing more nails anytime soon! “When I Was 17” — this week featuring Jessie J, Tyrese and Lupe Fiasco — airs Saturday (April 2) at 11 a.m. on MTV. The Miami rapper says the Las Vegas spring break revelers are ‘doing everything they not supposed to be doing.’ By Jayson Rodriguez Pitbull and Sway Photo: MTV News Pitbull put on his best casino-styled suit for MTV’s 2011 Spring Break, taking his inspiration from “Sam Rothstein,” he said. The Miami rapper channeled Robert DeNiro’s “Casino” character and, like a good Las Vegas dealer he knows the house always win. That’s why he’s betting the money on things getting wild during his spring-break performance, which is scheduled to air on MTV on Friday (April 1) at 9:50 p.m. ET. “We about to go out there and show them everything they supposed to be doing on spring break, which is doing everything you not supposed to,” Pit said during his 2011 Spring Break Performer Diary. “Jersey Shore” stars Pauly D and Deena were in the house to see Pitbull get loose. “They getting loose,” Pit said about the crowd. “They getting wild, they doing everything they not supposed to be doing, so therefore we came through and did what we had to do.” Pitbull, Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa and Lupe Fiasco made up the MTV Spring Break 2011 lineup, but the “Hotel Room Service” star was the only returning visitor. He didn’t have too much advice for his fellow performers, but recommended that they take a page from the co-eds playbook and go out there and have fun. “I don’t know if there’s too many don’ts during spring break — I think it’s all about do,” Pitbull told MTV News earlier in the week. “Who you doing and how you doing it. If you gonna be up there rocking the crowd, you have to give them that energy, you got to make sure that you send them off so they have an amazing night. They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but I’m from Miami. Whatever happens in Miami never happened!” Related Videos Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, Lupe Fiasco, More Take Over MTV Spring Break 2011 Related Artists Pitbull
Perhaps things are not all good between Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian. While promoting her new shoe line in Mexico this week, the hotel heiress who made celebrity sex tapes into a profitable art form told The Associated Press: “There’s so many people out there who try to imitate what I do, but I am the original. There is nothing like me.” Hmmm… to whom could Paris possibly be referring?!? Claiming she has “the best fashion sense,” Hilton let her ego truly run amok during the event. She said: “The girls all love my style. When they buy my products, they can be like me!” And who is this person? Someone who has “done everything that I wanted to do,” Paris added. “I feel very blessed that I have been very successful in every area… There is nothing else to do!” Well… except star in another reality show , of course. The World According to Paris premieres on Oxygen this spring. [Photo: Pacific Coast News]
Lauryn Hill’s recent concert at Center Stage in Atlanta started three hours late and was full of new arrangements of her classic songs that fans were unable to recognize. Hill recently sent the city an apology via Twitter. In the letter, Hill gives a nod to Nicki Minaj, who Irv Gotti once said was Lauryn’s rightful successor. ATL I had to come back. I’M HERE and excited for the opportunity to do what should have been done the last time. Starting off on the wrong foot can always be easily rectified by putting another foot down, especially in a ‘monster shoe’ (Nicki Minaj quotable). Come Again! ‘Roll Up’ MC tells MTV News he’s a fan of the rock quartet during Spring Break in Las Vegas. By Jayson Rodriguez, with reporting by Sway Calloway Sway and Wiz Photo: MTV News Spring Break is a chance for willing college kids to try something new. So in the spirit of the yearly tradition, Wiz Khalifa — one of the performers at MTV’s Spring Break 2011 , along with Snoop Dogg, Pitbull and Lupe Fiasco — spoke to MTV News about experimenting with rhyming. We asked the “Black and Yellow” star whose music he would pick if he could rap over any other artist’s song. “Mumford & Sons, they got a really tight song that I wanna rap over,” Wiz said. “That I would totally rap over if I had the chance to ’cause usually, when I see the video or hear the song, I get it real quick but now I have to ask again. I forgot. [Editor’s note: Wiz is likely referring either to M&S singles “Little Lion Man” or “The Cave.”] “They’re tight and really musical,” he said about the West London quartet. “I like the instruments they use, like bongos. It’s tight and acceptable.” Although Wiz took to the Las Vegas stage joined by his DJ, the Pittsburgh rapper said he also had a band in mind if he needed a crew to back him: the Disco Biscuits. “They’re hard,” he explained. “It’s just sound-y. When you get that vibe and that music, it just feels good and makes you feel a certain way when you hear it.” Khalifa, an MTV News 11 for ’11 pick, is set to celebrate his major-label debut on Tuesday, when Rolling Papers arrives in stores and at online retailers. “We got a couple of surprises along the way to keep people interested,” he told MTV News last month. “But really, other than that, the album is done. We’re really excited. Everyone is excited. [Warner Music Group executive] Lyor [Cohen] came through to a session. I got so much support from the single and going into the album. So when we do drop it, I think we’ll get that response that everyone was expecting.” Catch Wiz performing in Las Vegas during MTV’s Spring Break on Monday night (March 28) on MTV at 9:50 p.m. ET.
