Since I’m a true “citizen of the world,” I don’t just get my hotties in lingerie fix from American magazines, I also make sure to keep up with all the latest international news too. Which is how I came across this mindblowingly hot spread from Chelsea Le Roux in the latest issue of Maxim South Africa . I managed to take my eyes off Chelsea’s perfect body long enough to find out that she’s a model (duh) and she’s dating some rugby player (boo), but I won’t hold that part against her.
