Taylor Swift is reigniting her feud with Kim Kardashian . Kind of. Sort of. In our view, anyway. The singer has joined forces with Elle magazine to share 30 lessons she has learned over the years ahead of her 30th birthday in December 2019. (Yes, they're looking way ahead here. We've included many excerpts from this cover story below, but we've focused mostly on what Swift has to say about Ray J's former sex tape partner. She really holds little back here. Scroll down to see what we mean… 1. How Did This Feud Start Again? Back in July of 2016, Kardashian posted Snapchat videos of Swift talking with West about his song “Famous,” which featured the lyrics: “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous.” 2. Swift Had Previously Acted Aghast Over This Lyric So Kim was basically exposing Taylor as a liar for pretending to have been blindsided by Kanye’s reference to her in the single. 3. God, You Two! Swift fired back at Kimye on Instagram, saying memorably on her page: “I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative, one that I have never asked to be a part of, since 2009.” (That’s a reference to when Kanye interruped her speech at the MTV VMAs.) 4. Swift is a Snake! Kim went on to use a snake emoji as a not-so-subtle way to slam Swift on numerous subsequent occasions. 5. But She’s Moved On at This Point When asked about her rivalry with the artist on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in January, the Kardashian explained that she’s “over” the drama, adding: “I feel like we’ve all moved on.” 6. Is Swift, Though? “Disarming someone’s petty bullying can be as simple as learning to laugh,” she tells Elle, teeing up some candid quotes about Kim. View Slideshow

Source: Courtesy TLC / Courtesy TLC Polygamous Couple Discusses Getting Intimate With New Girlfriend In case you missed Sunday’s (3/3) episode of TLC’s series “Seeking Sister Wife” we’ve got a clip to share with you! In the second season of the show, Dimitri and Ashley Snowden have been dating newcomer Vanessa Cobbs this season and they recently took their polygamous relationship to the next level by asking Vanessa to move into their new home in Los Angeles. Now that the moving boxes have been unpacked, Dimitri is ready for the next step… In this clip, Ashley Snowden considers granting her husband Dimitri permission to start being intimate with potential sister wife Vanessa – but she has one basic (in more ways than one), and non-negotiable, condition. “Seeking Sister Wife” airs at 10pm ET/PT on TLC What do you think of this scenario? Would you ever considering bringing another person into your relationship? How about tolerating someone your partner has brought in? The way the Snowden’s are moving definitely seems like the most respectful way to go about it. Here’s more on the series: Since their failed attempts at courtship last season, Dimitri and Ashley have started dating Vanessa, a vivacious woman from Seattle. By all accounts, Vanessa seems like the sister wife of their dreams – someone whose rapport with Ashley is equal to her chemistry with Dimitri. In the midst of their budding romance, the Snowdens decide to move across the country – from Atlanta to California – and they invite Vanessa to leave her life in Seattle to start this new journey with them. Their courtship veers into unpredictable territory as Vanessa has to jump a multitude of hurdles in order to earn a commitment, as well as Ashley’s blessing to become intimate with Dimitri. Ultimately, the trio must confront formidable naysayers who could jeopardize their budding romance.
View this post on Instagram This time tomorrow I’m planning on heading back to Vancouver with my mom by my side. We’ve got to get more help and some answers to the pain and awful side effects of all I’ve endured. Hopefully a specialist or someone who knows more about immunotherapy can help. If you’ve recovered from bowel surgery, did probiotics help? I’m the thinnest I’ve been in my life and I just don’t think I can lose any more weight. The fact is that my bowels are working overtime, rumbling all hours of the night and churning whatever food I had into mush. I’ve been trying to keep hydrated and gain weight but the food just doesn’t stay with me. I drink a lot of electrolytes and I haven’t been puking which is a nice change. Cannabis has helped with appetite/sleep but these pain killers also feel like they are destroying my gut. That’s all my life has been pretty much since I got out in October so that’s why I don’t post much, even though I know you guys are cool with me complaining here and there. So, we’re doing this again. I’m not sure I’ll be admitted immediately. I appreciate any advice you have on what you’ve been through. I’m not giving up hope, My body can get through this. A post shared by Elly Mayday (@elly.mayday) on Jan 3, 2019 at 11:18am PST Elly Mayday Dead At 30 Years Old Body positive model Elly Mayday has passed away at the age of 30 years old after a longtime battle with cancer. Born Ashley Luther, she was known on Instagram for encouraging women to love themselves, as is. According to Aol.com, Mayday was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer back in 2013, around the same time she was offered two modeling contracts. She went ahead with her dream, while simultaneously using photos in magazines and on social media to document her fight against the disease. “When Mayday started posting about her ovarian cancer in 2013, she had 30,000 followers on Facebook. Her official fanpage page now has nearly 500,000,” Aol reports. Mayday showed her scars, talked about what it was like to have ovarian cancer, and documented unexpected hair loss. Due to the type of chemotherapy she was receiving, it was unlikely Mayday lose her hair, but when she did, she told her followers: “Our beauty comes out if we accept the changes we must face and allow ourselves to just embrace our differences. My beauty doesn’t come from my hair, no, my beauty comes from within.” Mayday’s family announced her passing on her social media, saying in the post: “She dreamed of making an impact on people’s lives. She achieved this through the creation of Elly Mayday which allowed her to connect with all of you. You all inspired Ashley and we hope she did the same for you.” We’re going to miss the young angel. I actually wasn’t suppose to lose my hair from the type of chemo I was given. There was a slight chance but it was a reassuring thing when told what mixture I’d be on. After 2 weeks I started to notice it come out in my brush. I thought, ah its cause I’m sitting in one spot, I’m not brushing it much, yada yada… Then it really wouldn’t stop. It was annoying, I was tying it up and it would come out with the tie. So I just got rid of it. I’m not upset. I am excited to see how it comes back. I’m also happy to have this second opportunity to show women they can beautiful without hair. All that beauty we hold in our heart comes out through in our eyes, our smiles, the glow of our skin and the way we speak. Our beauty comes out if we accept the changes we must face and allow ourselves to just embrace our differences. My beauty doesn’t come from my hair, no, my beauty comes from within. I’m excited to have another opportunity to show women that bald is beautiful. It’s something I’ve learned and my experience is what I share with all of you. That’s my gift. So bring on the photo shoots, the wigs, the fun. I’m gonna be a cute baldy once again I’m Particularly excited for a nice curly mullet that I’ll grow. Source: Stephen Lam / Getty Apple’s long-rumored second generation AirPods might come with a feature the company promised for some time now. According to rumors, the tentatively named AirPods 2 will feature a wireless charging case that achieves a full charge in 15-minutes. The case along with the AirPower mat was promised by Apple with the announcement of the iPhone X. Leaker Max Weinbach who doesn’t really have a great track record when it comes to his rumors drop the news about the AirPods 2 on his Twitter account. He states “wireless charging will happen” and will apply to both the case and the AirPods. The case will be able to achieve this “super fast wireless charging” by utilizing Qi coils, the technology that can already be found in Apple’s iPhone 8, X, XS, XS Max, and XR smartphones. While this is a huge improvement from generation 1’s current 3-hour battery life after a 15-minute charge, there are some downsides. Weinbach reports that the case will be “bigger in one direction and heavier,” fans should not be worried though. So the Apple news. AirPods wireless charging will happen. It will be VERY fast (0-100 in 15 minutes.) That speed is for the AirPods AND the case. It will probably use Qi charging. There will be a downside though, the case will be bigger in one direction and heavier. — Max Weinbach (@mweinbachXDA) March 3, 2019 The new case will also have a new look going for a more matte look ditching the glossy look taking cues from the Apple Pencil 2. Weinbach says we can expect the AirPower and AirPods 2 wireless charging tech to be released in the next few months. Keep in mind Samsung is dropping their new Galaxy Buds with a wireless charging case on Friday (March 8), alongside its family of new Galaxy smartphones , so they are well ahead of the curve in this field. — Photo: Stephen Lam / Getty
Source: Albert L. Ortega / Getty On Monday night, cast members and plenty of other important people were in attendance for the world premiere of Marvel’s latest highly-anticipated project, Captain Marvel . The event was absolutely major and also happened to be the first of these events helmed by a woman, making the stakes even higher. Brie Larson got huge applause when introducing the film at the Dolby Theatre, summing up the special moment by admitting, “I’m crying a lot today.” Roughly 100 members of the Air Force were met with a standing ovation after their jets had flown over Hollywood Blvd. to kick off the event just a few hours earlier. Captain Marvel is expected to open somewhere in the $125 million range this weekend, which is definitely something for the studio to boast about. But even before its release, the movie has been met with its fair share of criticism–mostly consisting of some angry white men being upset over Brie Larson’s comments about diversity . Now, following the film’s premiere last night, some not-so-rave reviews have hit the web juxtaposed by others who have been praising the movie endlessly. So who are we to believe in a world full of conflicting opinions? Well, the obvious answer is to just see the movie for yourself, but we’re in the age of instant gratification. While we wait for the regular folk release of Captain Marvel on Friday, let’s take a look at what some people who already saw the film are saying about it–but don’t worry, no spoilers here. A lot of the reviews make mention of DC’s “feminist hero” film, Wonder Woman–which isn’t surprising, considering we’re talking about the two major comic book film studios and their attempts at women-leading projects. “DC did it better. In fact I'd argue Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman was more charismatic than Brie Larson as #CaptainMarvel . I mean Wonder Woman was THE feminist hero. Entertaining movie and she was in fact powerful.” – Jeremy Jahns — Kiev, Ukraine (@Barbaric_K) March 5, 2019 #CaptainMarvel Who could have predicted this? Just re watch Wonder Woman instead. pic.twitter.com/EHk5vEAq3y — Steve Gal (@EvolutionRaven) March 5, 2019 It is weird to see almost the exact same reaction towards #CaptainMarvel that #WonderWoman got shortly before its release, it's almost a carbon copy situation — Joseph Aberl (@WatchmenArchive) March 5, 2019 But while some are caught up in those comparisons, other critics genuinely enjoyed the film and what it brings to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The wait is over! #CaptainMarvel is here and it does not disappoint. https://t.co/OQSNM6XWoo — Entertainment Tonight (@etnow) March 5, 2019 Entertainment Tonight calls Captain Marvel “an Avenger origin story like no other,” before summing up the film-watching experience, saying, “above all else, Captain Marvel is fun , in a way that superhero movies sometimes forget to be — packed with rat-a-tat banter and Star Wars -worthy dog fights.” The people over at Variety and LA Times seem to like the movie, too. #CaptainMarvel review: “Brie Larson radiates an ability that too many comic-book heroes never get the chance to show: the superpower of expression” https://t.co/OQXY2wQtSd pic.twitter.com/dDTsAFRp8g — Variety (@Variety) March 5, 2019 Review: #CaptainMarvel and Brie Larson boost the MCU to even greater heights https://t.co/Kgx4EKuA9C pic.twitter.com/IWs0SQ4uNL — LAT Entertainment (@latimesent) March 5, 2019 But even with these positive reviews comes a little skepticism, with some people around the web thinking some of these critics are being paid to keep things positive and are making excuses for certain details in the movie. Stop giving excuses. Just say #CaptainMarvel was terrible and you hated it. Or if you loved it tell that. All the reviewers are contradicting themselves in their reviews. Let go of the Mouse — Haroon Shareef (@BatsWrite) March 5, 2019 When you have to praise formula, half of those reviews would be considered as rotten for other movies. When movie is that bad you have to praise the cat… Paid reviews at work. #CaptainMarvel pic.twitter.com/5mqfsu5eEP — PartizanNiksic (@Partizan_Niksic) March 5, 2019 You really can’t win. The moral of the story here? Just see the movie for yourself and form your own opinion. If anything, seeing so many contradicting reviews will just make people more eager to see the film to find out what all the fuss is about.
Source: MAURIX / Getty We don’t see much of Eva Mendes these days. The actress has stepped out of the limelight and into fashion and building a family with husband Ryan Gosling . But, once upon a time the actress was a sought after leading lady, staring alongside Will Smith in “Hitch” and making an appearance in the “Fast & Furious” Franchise. Many men lusted after the Cuban-American cutie, so much so that a few rappers spit a bar or two about Eva. Check out our favorite mentions below: 1. “I Know You Don’t Love Me” – Tony Yayo ft.
