Trouble in paradise! Well at least for all the Teen Mom OG fans who are not happy with Cory Wharton’s new relationship status . The reality star confirmed early this week that he is back with his ex-girlfriend and former season 1 Ex On The Beach lover Taylor Selfridge. Meaning Cory is moving on from his baby mama, Cheyenne Floyd . And viewers are shook. Cory and Taylor dated briefly after the show wrapped. And it’s not like everyone hates her…but no one loves her. Fans who were hoping that Cory and Cheyenne would reunite expressed their frustration while Cory was on “baecation” with Taylor in Mexico. He responded to the hate in a series of Instagram live videos: “Cheyenne’s a great person, a fabulous mother, and I’ll always have some love for Cheyenne but I’m not IN love with Cheyenne,” Cory said during one of the videos according to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup . “I have to do what I have to do and Taylor is the person who makes me happy. I’m sorry to disappoint some of y’all…if Y’all really want to see me happy, you’ll support me no matter what.” Before Taylor’s appearance on MTV’s Ex On The Beach , you may remember Taylor from Season 5 of Are You The One? – infamously known as the girl who took home the $1 million prize. Taylor also appeared on season 6 of Are You The One? as the ex-girlfriend of contestant Joe Torgeson. Her terrible reputation developed when she began terrorizing every one of Joe’s potential perfect matches, she was also outed for appearing on the past season while still in a relationship with Joe. Defeating the whole purpose of the show — which is to find “true” love. She’s also known for spitting on another one of Cory’s exes, Alicia Lavida, during an episode of Ex On The Beach . Cory admits that his new GF is “the most hated person on MTV, but she handles that s**t.” He then discussed his main focus, which is on his adorable daughter, Ryder. “Why are y’all so mad? Listen, at the end of the day, Cheyenne’s gonna be with who she wants to be with, I’m going to be with who I want to be with,” he shared on social media. “We’re still going to do the co-parenting thing with Ryder, so that’s that.” Cory told fans that Cheyenne is also in a new relationship and he’s “glad she’s happy.” “I give you the right to judge me off of TV…but at the end of the day, I’m not a dummy,” he continued. “I wish Cheyenne and her man all the happiness in the world. I am so happy she is happy.” “The worst feeling in the world was when I was talking to Taylor and Cheyenne wasn’t really talking to anyone. I didn’t enjoy that. She’s with someone new and she’s happy.” Cory added that Taylor and Cheyenne are not friends, but they are “civil.” And he also noted that Taylor is the one woman he has taken around Ryder. Cheyenne later addressed the drama herself. “Everybody can calm down,” she said. “Cory is still Ryder’s dad. Cory and I are friends, we don’t hate each other, we date other people, it’s OK.” “If you’re happy that’s all that matters,” she concluded. Cory, of course, didn’t miss his chance to tease the next season of Teen Mom OG promising his followers “we’ve got some s**t coming.” TMOG loyals are hoping all of this nonsense will stop and that Cheyenne and Cory will just get together already ! And create more attractive babies. View Slideshow: Cory Wharton Unveils New Girlfriend, Gets Slammed by Teen Mom Fans

Before she got booted out of the house earlier this month, Dina Lohan was one of the stars of the current season of Celebrity Big Brother . And in her relatively short time on the show, Lindsay’s mom made quite an impression. This was largely a result of Dina making some pretty bonkers comments about her relationship — which at the time appeared to be completely imaginary. In conversation with her housemates, Dina revealed that she was planning to get married to a man she had never met. Not only that, in the five years that the couple had been “dating” at the time, Dina said she had never once Skyped of FaceTimed with the guy. So it’s not hard to see why many jumped to the conclusion that Dina is either lying, out of her mind, or being played for a fool. On Twitter, even Lindsay begged her mom to stop with the “crazy catfish” talk . The master angler himself, Nev Schulman, took to Instagram to suggest that Dina allow him to help her hunt this guy down. All-in-all the whole situation seemed about as believable as your eighth-grade buddy whose model girlfriend went to a private school in Canada. But today, the story took a surprising turn. Radar Online has tracked down Dina’s beau , Jesse Nadler, and not only does he exist — he totally wants to marry her. “I am going to marry the girl,” says the shockingly extant Nadler. “I know it’s crazy because we haven’t met. But we have amazing chemistry,” he adds. “We get on the phone and talk about everything under the moon. She’s talked to my mother, my niece.” In a way, we guess it makes sense that Nadler proposed without ever having met Dina. Marrying into the Lohan clan is like joining ISIS — it’s something you need to commit to online before you witness the savagery of the situation and lose your nerve. “Even though we haven’t been physically in the same room, it’s like we are two kids,” Nadler tells Radar. “We talk about big things, little things, what we had for dinner, breakfast, we just talk. There’s no way that’s going to change. “You know when you talk to someone on the phone, like you feel like you know them?” Nadler concludes by being all like, no really, I exist: “I’m not a catfish and fake guy who steals photos,” he says. “I didn’t like the term ‘catfish.’ Anyone who cons people, who creates false personas and photos rubs me the wrong way and really upsets me. “I’m a real guy. And Dina is happy that people don’t think she got catfished. That’s embarrassing.” Sadly, Nadler and Dina still haven’t met — but they recently took a major step forward in their romance: “We have been FaceTiming three to five times a day,” Jesse says. “We’ve been talking like crazy!” Jeez, get a room, you two! Jussie Smollett has been accused of staging his own assault. Following his arrest, some of Jussie’s Empire castmates demanded that he be fired . They have gotten their wish. On Friday, FOX announced that Jussie is out for the rest of the season. On Friday, Executive Producers Lee Daniels and Danny strong released a statement on Jussie Smollett’s status on Empire . Along with EPs Brett Mahoney, Brian Grazer, Sanaa Hamri, Francie Calfo, and Dennis Hammer, they said: “The events of the past few weeks have been incredibly emotional for all of us,” the statement begins. “Jussie has been an important member of our EMPIRE family for the past five years,” the showrunners affirm. “And,” the statement continues. “We care about him deeply.” That affection has been complicated by his alleged deception, which has his friends and colleagues feeling betrayed and angry. “While these allegations are very disturbing,” the statement continues. The showrunners emphasize: “we are placing our trust in the legal system as the process plays out.” “We are also aware of the effects of this process on the cast and crew members who work on our show,” the statement acknowledges. “And to avoid further disruption on set,” the Executive Producers write. They continue: “we have decided to remove the role of ‘Jamal’ from the final two episodes of the season.” That is a complicated decision. Late last month, Jussie reported to police that he was the victim of a vicious hate crime. Apparently targeted for his fame, sexuality, and race, Jussie said that he was beaten, placed in a noose, and that bleach was poured on him. Unfortunately, Chicago Police determined that he had staged the assault himself. He allegedly paid two brothers to do so, and paid them for their efforts by check — and also called them on his cell phone. In addition to general disappointment that someone would allegedly fake such a heinous crime, many are bewildered. Years of watching police procedurals have most people expecting tracks to be covered a little more thoroughly than that. Jussie has maintained his innocence, and his attorneys released a statement to that effect. “Today we witnessed an organized law enforcement spectacle,” his attorney said on Thursday. Jussie’s arrest and public malignment, his attorney says, is something “that has no place in the American legal system.” “The presumption of innocence, a bedrock in the search for justice, was trampled upon,” his attorney claims. This was done “at the expense of Mr. Smollett and notably, on the eve of a Mayoral election.” Jussie’s attorney is suggesting that his arrest by the (famously accused of racism) Chicago Police Department was a political stunt. “Mr. Smollett is a young man of impeccable character and integrity,” his attorney insists. Jussie is a man “who fiercely and solemnly maintains his innocence,” the attorney notes. Even when he apologized to his castmates for their current troubles, he insisted that he would never do this to them. “And,” his attorney concluded, Jussie “feels betrayed by a system that apparently wants to skip due process and proceed directly to sentencing.” What a complicated, upsetting case. Presumably, if he is vindicated, he will be welcomed onto Empire with open arms. And maybe even if he isn’t. After all, Ryan Lochte famously claimed to have been robbed at gunpoint, causing an international incident. He was later invited to multiple interviews. Just saying. What Jussie is accused of doing is serious, but not unprecedented. View Slideshow: Jussie Smollett: This is How He Staged His Assault

This week, we’re highlighting the top 5 millennial film & TV stars whose work is most likely go down in Black history. We’re sure you have an idea of who you would choose, but let’s see what DJ Franchise and Landon Levarius say. In no particular order, our resident critics, Franchise and Landon Levarius, chose Lena Waithe as their first millennial star. Lena is already well on her way to making black history. In fact, she made history in 2017 when she became the first Black woman to win a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series. Her Thanksgiving episode of Netflix’s “Masters of None” remains untouchable and she continues to create more and more content for the culture including “The Chi” on Showtime, “Boomerang” on BET, an upcoming series with Kid Fury coming to HBO and so much more. It’s a given that Lena Waithe will be creating more Black history in her career. The fourth Black millennial to make the list is Oakland’s own Ryan Coogler. Ryan has given us Fruitvale Station, Black Panther, Creed, he’s teamed up with Lebron James for the upcoming Space Jam sequel and he has much more on the way. When it comes to promising millennials in film that you absolutely must watch, Ryan Coogler is high on the list. He’s proven that he can direct phenomenal films and has no intentions of slowing down. It’ll be wonderful to see what other projects he comes up with in the next year. What other creatives do you think made our list? Press play on episode 31 of The Rewind to find out.
